We had gone down several aisles looking for something and were obviously having trouble finding what we needed. Timothy noticed us and, without us even having to track someone down, came over and asked if he could help. After we explained what we were looking for, he immediately knew what might work for us. What impressed us even more was that Timothy didn't simply tell us which aisle to go to and send us on our way. He personally walked us to the aisle, showed us exactly what he thought we needed, and he was spot on! Timothy was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely available to help.
