The staff was very nice, we discussed some upgrade options for my Fuji (they were experienced and answered all my questions), we purchased a few accessory items and left for our ride which ended a few hours later with a ripped tube on the Trek. He could repair in in four hours, but since we were just traveling through, we couldn't wait that long. At our Key Largo destination, we found this little shop to fix the derailleur. Bill found it wasn't a problem with the derailleur, but the axle on the rear wheel. It was something missed by all the other mechanics, including the one at home who was supposed to tune up the bike before our big trip. The tandem worked flawlessly after that. It's primarily a pawn shop, but had great service fixing our bike up. It only took under two hours.
