We stopped in for a seat cover for our Trek. The shop had what seemed to me a great selection of supplies in spite of their tiny square footage. The staff was very nice, we discussed some upgrade options for my Fuji (they were experienced and answered all my questions), we purchased a few accessory items and left for our ride which ended a few hours later with a ripped tube on the Trek. We walked back and even though they were super busy with bike repairs all around they took the time and got us on our way after only an hour wait. GREAT shop! read more

Super great team here! They know how to fix and repair any bike. I love bringing in my Mountain Bike after I have ridden it and it is all full of mud and they have clean it...just kidding, I would never do that...NOR should you, I always like to clean my bike before bringing it in, that way they spend less time on repair and get in and out of service department much faster. I have had to leave it for a few days in the past when they get crazy backed up but that's understandable. read more

We rented 3 beach cruisers for the day from here. Our experience was fantastic! They delivered our bikes in great shape with nicely inflated tires and in good working condition...helmets and locks included. Our bikes were picked up at the end of the day and we didn't even have to be there. I would definitely recommend All Keys to anyone looking to rent bikes in this area! The only thing I would do differently next time is rent a hybrid to have gears and hand brakes.... read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. We are on a bicycle tour and stopped in with a bike needing repair before one person could continue. They simply were not interested in helping. We were told we could leave the bike, they might get to it today or tomorrow. One mechanic basically barked in my direction but would not help. The young lady at the front desk was not interested. I have ridden many many tours across the US and in other countries. I have NEVER run into a bicycle shop that simply would not help a customer on a tour. I will NEVER stop at this shop again and will tell everyone on every tour I ride or lead to avoid them like the plague. read more

Stopped in while on a longer trip up the Keys by bike. Sadly got a flat about half mile from this shop when i stumbled on this place. What great luck! Friendly, knowlegable staff with actual bike mechanics on staff -- unlike most bike shops in the Keys which are just store fronts for a rental service. Fixed the flat AND several other nagging issues that had cropped up including fishing line that had become tangled in my derailleur. They did a great job and clearly know their way around a bike. We visited here, hoping to rent bikes for our full month's stay in Keys. Turns out for the cost for a month for a hybrid bike, you could buy a new bike. Staff suggested I do just that....buy a new bike! Since the above post, I did go back and rent a single-speed bike for a week. $90. I looked up the prices at Billy's Bikes on Sanibel Island (I was there last year). And I could get a multi-speed bike there for half the price of a single speed here. read more

Had a great experience today this bicycle shop. On my way to the Keys my bicycle jumped off the bike rack at 70 mph onto the highway. I thought that I needed to buy a new bicycle. The owner of the store looked at my machine and told me he could probably fix it. I have a Cannondale hybrid. He did in fact do this in about five hours and now it runs fine. It needed new wheels new tires etc. When I decided to have the bike fixed there, the owner gave me an estimate and I agreed. He looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Along with the other near cataclysmic issues, the mirror was shattered. They actually had that part of their assembly sold it to me for half price of a new one. When I picked the bike up, the owner again looked me in the eye and held out his hand. I can't speak for new bike pricing or rental rates, but for repair and fairness, it's five stars. read more

This shop completed maintenance on my mountain bike. My chain was slipping and they replaced it while I waited for a very reasonable cost. I realized that the cassettes needed to be replaced as well, it had been a couple of years and it was time. Also had a rusty brake cable that was sticking. They worked with me to allow me to drop my bike off and pick it up in the parking lot at the end of the week and it was great to come back to Key Largo from Miami Friday night and get my bike and take it for a ride to Publix from where I was staying at John Pennekamp state park. If you live in Key Largo or if you're just in the area for fun and need bike repair, I highly recommend this shop. Their prices are reasonable and they provided excellent customer service. Great feeling to get my bike back on the road and zip around the trails in Key Largo, thanks! read more

This place is amazing, I wanted to suprise my husband for Valentines day with a new bike. We also bought a bike hitch and a child's seat and they had it installed and ready. I took 17 year old Specialized bike in for a "tune up" and while there I asked my husband if he liked that bike (the one that I had bought him) and he said "hell yeah, that bike is awesome" I responded. This is a bike shop that I thought would give great service to my bike but at that same time is conveniently located a block from my home. I took my bike in for a rear flat and while there decided to have a complete tuneup $100 for complete work. The guy Steve, I believe was his name talked me into liners to place between the tire tubes of both front and back for flat tire protection or at least lesson the chance. So another $20 I threw in for those. The next day I go to pick up the bike and bring it home a block away. It is not throughly cleaned like I expected and he took a spacer off my handlebars that I placed there on purpose for my preference. He said he found a bad bearing and replaced it without my consent and just charged me another $15. I paid reluctantly since he should of called first. Anyway I get home and let it sit overnight. The next morning anxious for a bike ride come upon a flat front tire that I never had an issue before. So I bring it back to this shop and leave it to repair overnight. The next day I arrive to pick up and this guy wants me to pay for a new tube and labor. I ask him really! There is no puncture through the tire, the pin hole happened when he removed the tire placing the flat prevention strips he sold me. I said no way I will pay for labor again for something that should have been done right the first time. He said he would take $5 off and I refused for the point. He then took the time to remove the tube and return the bike back to my with a flat. As I walk off he say have a good day with a smart ass attitude. Beware of this shop! I took my bike to jacks bikes and he replaced the tube and I had my bike back perfect with half the cost. I highly recommend Jacks where the Uhaul flea market lies just 100 yards before the rip off All keys cycle. read more

Dude with the beard has a sign behind the register that rates level of bike expertise with length of beard. I spoke to the mechanic, who was a king young gentleman about lubing my chain. I was on route to completing a 1,900 mile odyssey from NYC to Key West and just wanted my shifting to be a little smoother for the last leg of the journey. I asked if it can be done for a couple of bucks since I'm on a lightweight setup and didn't need to purchase a new bottle to use it once between here and Key West. I was told to speak to the bearded man, who was on a phone call and didn't bother to tell the caller "one sec I have a customer" or me, "one sec I'll be with you in a sec". He stayed on the phone for a few minutes, besides me and the two men the shop was empty. Once he got off the phone, I explained my situation again and asked if it can be done for a couple of bucks and he said, "sure". He gave the bike to the mechanic, who lubed it up in a matter of two or three minutes and took the bike off the stand. The bearded dude came back up to me and when I asked him for the cost, he wanted to charge me ten dollars. I told him I thought he agreed on a couple of bucks, couple meaning two or three. For ten bucks I would have purchased an entire bottle of lube. He said "Ten dollars for parts and service, but ok, so I guess I can do 8". And decided to start negotiating with me. Crazy. read more

Steve spent over an hour explaining about different types of bikes and frames. He then suggested a particular bike to try and the result was amazing! Neither my husband nor I have ever encountered such a comfortable bike. We ended up buying two of them, and now enjoy daily rides like never before. We've gone to All Keys several times now over the past 3 years for parts, repairs,rentals, and advice. Every time we've walked away feeling good about what happened. Steve and his staff know their stuff, give good advice, do good work, and under charge if anything (we just returned a rental with a broken spoke -- our fault -- and weren't charged). You may be able to buy stuff cheaper at a big box store but they won't be able to help you use it or fix it or make sure you got the right thing. This is definitely one of those small, local businesses that make you feel good about free enterprise. read more
