Also make sure that you secure your belongings because my daughter's phone pop out of her pocket then hit the floor of the vehicle and then bounced out onto the ground Next we did the ax throw which we're only supposed to get 2,3 throws but the young lady let us continue until we hit the target because we were the only customers over there so she let us get multiple turns which was really cool Lastly was the Mini golf they don't give you a pencil or a piece of paper or to keep score is really freestyle freestyling and people are walking around the course and kinda in the way so don't think of it as a complete game from start to finish you might have to alter courses But I think my favorite part was the Instagram worthy props and photo ops located all around the property to take some really awesome shots group shots in my daughter and I really got some nice photos together

When buying tickets online, you have to select a time slot, but that feature is completely useless. You can arrive whenever on your ticketed date and stay as long as you'd like. The problem is that on busy nights you face extremely long lines for the attractions and the park is over crowded- especially during COVID! There was no capacity limit set, no one (staff especially) was wearing masks, even though we were outside, social distancing wasn't enforced, and the props (axe, golf clubs and balls, go kart machines) weren't cleaned after each guest. Every attraction we headed to there was a long line, at least a 30 minute wait-- go karts have the longest line. Overall, Neon Summer is a nice concept, but they need better time management and crowd control because it was not enjoyable to wait 30+ minutes in every line, including the bars. If I were to go back it would be on a weekday or in the afternoon. The park is open to kids and adults, and kids can do all of the activities except axe throwing. On the website it states closed toe shoes must be worn, but that wasn't enforced. Staff was friendly and easy to talk to.

I am now entering hour THREE of this experience. We prepaid for three races and arcade cards for nine teenage girls. These are not ordinary teenage girls. These are high-school wrestlers. They are feral. They are starving. They are stronger than me. I fear for my safety. I've had two beers over the course of three hours because I'm driving the girls home and trying to be a responsible adult. If this were not the case, I would currently be on beer number THIRTY and possibly asleep under a picnic table. The races? Absolute chaos. The third race has been such a disaster that: * We asked for a refund * The birthday girl's dad MISSED THE RACE ENTIRELY * There are WAY too many carts on the track * It's basically bumper cars without consent * Accidents every 6 seconds * Zero flow * Zero explanation * Maximum confusion At one point I genuinely wondered if this was an experimental stress test sponsored by NASA or the Department of Defense. The girls are now circling the track like gladiators while I sit here hungry, exhausted, and emotionally broken, wondering how a simple birthday party turned into a Lord of the Flies karting edition. Look--I'm not asking for perfection. I'm asking for: * A schedule that makes sense * Races that actually happen * A track that isn't a demolition derby * And maybe a snack so I don't get jumped by nine wrestlers in Crocs This place had potential. But today? Today was a full-blown shit show. One star. Would not recommend for: * Birthday parties * Groups * Parents * Or anyone who values time, sanity, or cartilage. If you see a tired adult staring into the distance in this building... it's probably me. Send help.

If they don't know what they are doing your kids have potential risk to get hurt. They have 2 or 3 rides closed to lack of staff. I had fun but I was getting annoyed that non of the staff will want to open the rock climbing nor the flying ride nor a ride That spins because Insufficient staff. I had not seen my bra daughter for over a year we met There and we paid the most expensive ticket so she could ride all of them And those rides were Closed until I actually told A kid to please Let My granddaughter rock climbed and he said no we don't have enough staff but eventually after telling him we were there for only 2 Hours he let Her climb

Over the years, this place has kept on investing on more items more exciting things while utilizing the space so cleverly. I think the owners are very intelligent people, they do disinfect this place pretty often as they say, and keep bathroom and floor clean too. They (conveniently) never got back to me before the party to answer basic questions about their packages, confirm details about the food, etc. This is all part of their plan - to be as shady and ambiguous as possible about the party packages. It's a true bait-and-switch scam. They position the arcade package as "unlimited." Buyer beware - there are only like 4 games that are unlimited, all of the other games require an upgrade, which was super frustrating for the kids (and for us). Because their game cards only lasted about 5 minutes, we had to add laser tag to our party package to avoid having the kids just running around aimlessly. Turns out, only about 1/2 of the kids were able to participate because of their shoes. The party planner didn't help us whatsoever with serving the pizza, cupcakes, or cleanup. And then had the nerve to charge a mandatory "service fee" (tip) of over $100. It was a MISERABLE party experience from start-to-finish....and it cost us over $700! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Though it is pretty awesome with carnival games, old school and new age games, virtual reality games / motorcycles / cars, etc. There is a challenging, exiting go/cart track, huge slides, basketball and other courts, a maze with laser tag, and so much more. My favorites are the rides. They have a spinning, fast roller coaster. As well as an exciting giant drop that goes up and down instead of just one drop. My other favorite is the mini golf courses! Like the rides, they have two courses which are both so fun and completely different. One course is in the center of everything (similar to an outdoor course). The other course is in a separate area and is glow in the dark, which is always a fun change in my opinion. They have a full bar. Food is also served though unsure if it's plates, apps, tapas, or what exactly is served. Employees genuinely appear happy and are so polite, friendly, and considerate. We have already been three times in around 6-7 weeks so safe to say it's my new favorite spot.
