I'm very happy with their inspections and reporting system! If a service is needed, the price of parts and services are pretty good! My vehicle stayed in their shop for 4 days, and after the inspection they told me that my driver-side lower control arm was broken and that the thermostat needed replacement. They charged me $3,600, but never provided any proof, photos, or explanation showing that the arm was actually broken. They also refused to give me the parts invoice, never showed the cost of the parts they used, and provided no breakdown at all. They charged me $2,200 just for labor, yet this job normally takes around 3 hours, not multiple days. When I asked for labor rate, time, or details, they didn't provide anything. The whole process felt unprofessional, unclear, and extremely overpriced. The worst part is that after I picked up my car, it had even bigger problems than before. The vehicle started having new issues immediately, and now I have to take it to another certified Mercedes mechanic to fix whatever was done to it. I honestly have no idea what they did to my car, but the quality of work seems extremely poor. I am very disappointed and strongly warn anyone with a high-end vehicle: do not trust this shop with your car. They provided no transparency, no proof, no proper documentation, overcharged for labor, and returned my car in worse condition than it arrived.

Turned out to be a great decision. They had the issue on my car diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours - which was intermittent to boot - and for less money than I paid my dealership NOT to fix the problem. The irony is my dealership wants me to come back into them to get $1200 of repairs labeled as "Caution" - aka needed to be fixed in the next calendar year. Like I'd ever trust their judgement now after they never fixed my problem. Wilson's Auto Tech experience was WAY better. The staff is great, they fixed my issue promptly and charged me a reasonable amount of money to do it. Now I can tell you who I trust to service my car and who I don't. The former is Wilson's Auto Tech. The latter is my dealership.

I had been to this location before with no issues, however Jan 19, 2026 was a very different experience. After my service appointment, I had another appointment to get to. While driving my brake pedal felt different, it went lower to the floor to brake and there was a clicking noise - both issues were not there before my service appointment. After my appointment I checked my brake fluid, to see if it had leaked. It was still at the max line and was still dirty.I called the Shop and explained my concerns and they said come by before they close. A fella took my suv and looked it over and came back and said it was fine. Again I expressed my concern and that the pedal didn't feel right, but they were not interested in checking further. The fella at the shop said that the problem probably was the brake master cylinder and power brake booster. He quoted me about $1,400 plus to fix that. I left and went home, worried. Jan 20 l sent an email to the Shop explaining again that things didn't seem normal, and the fluid still looked dirty. That I wondered if there was air was in the brake system. I asked for them to check my suv again. No one replied with a solution.Brakes are important and having the system operate correctly is important for safety. I made an appointment at another shop. They took my suv for a test drive, came back and agreed something was not operating correctly. They showed me the brake fluid they pulled out and how dirty it was, while performing the service and fixed things so they were operating as they should. The $1,400 repair 1 was quoted was not the issue! Jan 28 | emailed 7eighty again and told them I had to go else where to have my suv fixed and new brake fluid added. I had asked for a refund on the brake flush. Asking for a refund I do not think is unreasonable, it's the least they could do. Again after 24 hours I got no response.1 am so upset and frustrated that 7eighty did not do their due diligence in making sure their work was done properly and was SAFE! I feel I have done the right things by telling them my concerns, giving them time to recheck their work and make things right. I would NOT recommend going to 7eighty for service. They do not seem to take the safety of their customers seriously. They lack respect, pride and integrity in the work they perform for customers. BEWARE TAKING YOUR CAR HERE.
