One of the only places that coffee didn't disappoint, wanted strong coffee and got it . Food was beyond good, huge and great for pricing, was stacked full but we got our food way quick. Definitely coming back when I come around again! Cashier was cool too. Environment was crowded but oh well.

We came for breakfast on a Sunday morning and they were really busy. We got on the waiting list…read moreand then stood outside until they called our name. The seating is in one large room. We were seated at a table in far end of the room. Once seated it's hard to get in and out from the wall seat because the table are pretty close together. I ordered the Spinach, Mushroom and Swiss 4 Egg Omelet. They asked me if I wanted 2 or 4 eggs and I chose 4. As a substitute for the potatoes, I opted to choose the avocado which came as a slice 1/2 of avocado. For my toast option, I chose the single pancake, but could also have chosen a scone. The scone wasn't on the menu as a option, so I missed this when I ordered. My omelet was very flavorful, although a bit dense. I attributed that to the 4 eggs fitting into a 2 egg form factor, but I really don't know that for sure. The avocado was a good complement to the omelet and worked out very well. The pancake was delicious. There was syrup on the table and butter came on the plate. I gobbled it right down and thought that I maybe should have got another one. I have eaten here before when I was in the area, and will likely return again when up here. The busy nature of the restaurant is offset by the good quality food.

I was so excited the CML truck was making a stop in our town…read more.. The event was advertised across social media. In a town like Bozeman where seafood options are limited, the hype was real. The truck was supposed to show up at 12:00 pm. By 11:30 am, there was a like wrapped around the brewery the truck was expected to be. Here's the catch...it was almost 40 minutes late. And the guy driving the truck must've been having a bad day because he wasn't very kind either. The rest of the staff were great and super patient with an obviously frustrated crowd. People had been standing in line for a while and started leaving after 12:15pm rolled around. Many of them simply had more important places to be. Thankfully, I decided to order through the mobile app before we showed up. Though, there was still a long wait. After the truck arrived much later than anticipated, they only filled mobile orders for about another 20-30 minutes. As you can imagine, those standing in line since 11:15 am were very upset. Even after the truck arrived late, they waited even longer to get their orders taken. In the midst of all the chaos, we somehow managed to get our food (at 1:40pm). As far as the food goes, here's my honest review: * Lobster Tots: Not great. I used to live in Vegas and would order these all the time. On this occasion, however, it was lackluster. I had maybe 3 claw meat pieces of lobster and that was it. * Maine Lobster Roll: The best thing of the day. I will never wait in a line like this again but it was good. I feel like the roll itself was smaller than it used to be but that seems to be the case with everything these days. * Clam Chowder: It had a good flavor and didn't skimp on the clams. * Red Velvet Whoopie Pie: if you ask my husband, this was the best thing on the menu. It was such a crazy experience and I can't say it was worth our time. If the truck was on time, it maybe would've been.

Third time at Cousins, we follow them on Facebook so we can stop by when they're in Davis County,…read moreand they are so good. My go to is the Salt Lake special, think combo meal. I get the Connecticut Roll and my wife eats the tots, she loves them. And a drink. My wife also ordered the Lobster Bisque with large chunks of lobster.
