Another pharmacist or clerk acknowledged I had an appointment & told me to take a seat & someone would help me. It was 3:55 when I took a seat & at 4:10 I had yet to be helped. So I asked if anyone was going to help me since I had been sitting for 15 min. The pharmacist asked for my insurance card & told me to sit again while he prepared the shot. By the time I got the shot it was 4:17 & that's because I got up & asked if anyone was going to help me. Who knows how much longer I had to wait if I hadn't spoken up. I showed up 15 min early for no reason except to wait because they didn't even bother to make my insurance card until after my appointment time. Also I was the only person waiting for a vaccine & there were only a few customers waiting to pick up meds. Walgreens should not have appointments if they're not going to honor them. It should be first come first served.
