I have been searching for MONTHS locally, online and on facebook marketplace to find a new or used sit on kayak. Not only did they have them, they had a whole bunch of them!!!!! My best girl (dog) has cancer and I am wanting to be able to try to take her out on the water. I spent our time in Utah thinking about it and ended up deciding to buy one before we headed out. The employee that helped me was great. He opened one up so I could sit in it and compare it to my friends as this one was a little bit longer. Everyone was really nice. Their credit card reader was not really working the day i was there and ended up needing to use a debit card.

Everything else so far is not as bad, some empty shelves here and there on the other side of the store, but I have seen the difference. I will not include the cashier's because they have enough on their plate. What's happening is not their fault, it's the results of some customers actions. There's a lot of amazing employees (not bosses, those are 50/50). The employees are always willing to stop what they are doing to help us. Most of them knowing well what you need and where it is without looking it up. Even found others employees that will translate and if they don't know how to communicate, they'll figure out something, but won't give up until the customer get the things they are looking for. Honestly it's been way better. I don't know what or whom is doing the changes, but there's better results. Maybe they are reading these and actually paying attention to their customers reviews.

I chose it because it happened to be on the same street as the recipient. I called my man Al and we worked together to order the perfect arrangement for a 50th wedding anniversary. I had occasion to call back between the order and delivery date, to revise the accompanying card. Come delivery date and because of MY mistake, delivery proved challenging, several phone calls, and a re-delivery. Al handled the problem with patience and a smile under his mask. Later, per his promise, I received a texted picture of the arrangement and receipt. I love Wyoming-ites and Al and the Country Cottage Gift Horse are great examples.
