    My son's vehicle was taken to Ray's in late August following a serious accident. The initial repair…read moreestimate provided to USAA was approximately $9,000. To date, insurance has paid Ray's almost $17,000, yet the truck remains incompletely repaired. The estimated repair time was also significantly inaccurate, resulting in substantial rental fees, as we were forced to rent a replacement vehicle on a daily basis due to repeated delays and miscommunication. When the truck was initially returned approximately six weeks later, the following issues had not been properly addressed: Pinstripe did not match Tail light chipped Paint chips above the front chrome bumper Tailgate was only attached by cables (unsafe for use) Rear differential locked, causing grinding noises when turning Large plastic piece left in the truck bed Gap in the front panel After the truck was returned to Ray's for an additional week, these items were corrected. However, the front tire still does not hold air. Ray's has stated the tire was not damaged in the accident and that they observed no issues during the six weeks they had the vehicle. However, the vehicle's app documents multiple instances of low tire pressure that were corrected during that period. Based on our experience, I strongly advise seeking another repair shop. Ray's demonstrated poor communication, misrepresentation, and substandard workmanship. I believe my son was taken advantage of due to his status as a college student and because he was limited to their services through USAA's repair network

After that the car AC stopped working and acting strange. Brought it back and was told to replace the entire AC system for another 5.5k. I was then referred to David Mai at Solo Motorsport by a relative. He tested it for a day. Found a coolant reservoir was bone dry. Cleaned it and filled it up. The AC is now blasting cold air just in time for the summer, and the strange noise was gone. All for $150. Thanks David. You got a customer for life. John

When I got my car back , the car was still overheating ! Took it back because they give a "3 year warranty" , and again , car overheating ! Found out from a friend it's overheating because of a radiator fan not working which he doesn't even work on Mercedes and he figured it out .. took it back to solo motor sports and he gave me a appraisal for $900 to change the fan when they should of saw the problem from the start ! I said no thanks , and went to go pick up my car and he said he felt bad for me and he would fix , When I went to go pick up my car they charged me $300 ? What warranty ? Car still overheating and fan radiator doesn't work ! Got cussed out because I was wanting an update on MY car that took 2 week to get back and nothing was fixed. Was made to feel like he's doing me a favor fixing it , and I shouldn't be calling for an update when I've spent so much money already . THEY SAY they "specialize" in foreign cars (Mercedes) , but all they gave me was gangster vibes and stole my money .I was nothing but respectful and trusting of them at first , who cusses out a customer because they just want an update and tell them to hold on and send me straight to voicemail . Now I have to go to a real shop to get this radiator fixed . It's all good GOD sees everything and Karma will get you .. you know who you are sir.

    Did not have a positive experience at all and end up incurring additional cost to repair damage…read morecaused by this individual. It became clear that he was inexperienced installation and careless in his service. Also showed no remorse and failed to assume responsibility for any of his actions. Specifically: 1) He was over 30 minutes late and didn't bother to notify me that he would be late for the appointment. When I reached out to himX that's when I learned that he'd be late. Did t even bother to apologize for lack of consideration of my time. 2) He initially installed the back up camera upside down and tried to first tell me that is the way the camera should be until I insisted something was wrong. He then realized the camera was installed incorrectly AFTER he had already drilled holes into the frame to mount the camera. He then had to change the location with new drilled holes. 3) when installed the radio, he didn't flush the radio and again tried to explain that it was installed correctly, only to have to redo the setting of the radio correctly. 4) Failed to reconnect the radio antenna causing him to come back and connect the antenna. 5) Literally broke the dash console when prying it up to reconnect the wires to the radio. As I am sitting right there, I witness him break the console but he denied doing so and said it was like that prior to him working on the job. This was clearly dishonest and I know my truck and knew it had not been broken and that I had witnessed first hand him breaking the console. I had to purchase a whole new console which cost me money. 6) failed to reset airbag light after he removed the console and claimed that the airbag light was on before he started working on the vehicle. Again, this was NOT true. Because of the above and lack of ANY responsibility for anything, I wouldn't recommend him for anything.

I am due a refund of over $3400.00 for the cancelled extended warranty. I provided all documentation to Berky showing the vehicle was sold and the odometer statement. I also provided the payoff documentation from the lienholder. I was told my refund would be a number over $3400.00 and I should receive the check in 6-8 weeks. I have spoken to Berky and another gentleman in the finance department multiple times. When I do get to speak to someone, they tell me they changed accounting companies and that checks are cut on Fridays. I keep getting apologies and excuses as to why they haven't sent the check. They tell me they will check on it and call me back. It has now been 4 1/2 months and still no refund.

    My father, a Disabled Veteran, went to Nissan of LaGrange on 12/13/2024 with a pre approved letter…read morefrom his bank to purchase a vehicle. He told the salesman and fiancé manager that he would like the vehicle purchased through his bank and gave them the pre approved letter. Without my father's knowledge, someone from the dealership called his bank and told them that they are going to match the 6.5% interest rate they offered him. My father's credit score is almost at an 800. My father told them he wanted to put down $5000 so that he could get his payments lowered. When it was time to sign the documents, my dad thought he was signing the typical documents for the 2025 vehicle with the vehicle being financed through his bank. He didn't know he was signing documents to finance the vehicle through Nissan. When I found out about what had went on I went to the dealership with my dad. The finance manager told me and dad that when they ran his information he got a better rate with Nissan than he did with his bank so he just went with Nissan without informing my dad. When I asked the finance manager why did my father had to put a down payment he said "he had to put down $3000 because he don't use his credit". I then looked at dad and asked him how much he put down he said $5000. I then asked him why he said because he wanted lower monthly payments but I told him I wanted the car financed through my bank. I asked the finance manager for my dad's file so I can see the pre approved letter from the bank. He wouldn't provide me the folder. My dad did not get the documents to the vehicle until I went to speak with them about the purchase that was fraudulently made. I would like help,if possible, getting my father out this contract, giving the vehicle back, getting the total amount ($5900) he gave back, and putting this place out of business. They have done this to several people in our community. THIS PLACE IS SCAM!!! READ OTHER REVIEWS!!!
