I stopped going and once I was informed that dr cooper was no longer there I came back. The dental assistant Hee Young is awesome. She is Honest, caring and delicate with your procedures. She makes going to the dentist enjoyable again. I trust her and she educates you on proper care of your dental requirements. I had bonding for 40 years and had gotten a small chip, so I had a small gap again, which I wish I would've just kept! Dentists don't want to do bonding, anymore, as I guess there's not enough money in that. I keep wishing I could go back because I HATE MY TEETH NOW!!! I am someone who smiles constantly; now, I keep my mouth closed as much as I can. I had a small overbite, which I discussed with Dr. Cooper asking how the veneers would affect that. Three dentists, including Dr. Cooper, had expressed that my two front teeth were "too big." I love my teeth and have had 40 years of compliments about my smile! Dr. Cooper said she would do four veneers and make the two front teeth a little smaller and the other two slightly larger. After almost 6 weeks of a comedy of errors (wrong veneers sent twice, one the color was too dark (but probably not), the fourth and final ones in my mouth--I have two HUGE front buck teeth, a HUGE overbite (I'm so uncomfortable when people can see my teeth from the side), and the veneers are a TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOR from my natural teeth!!!!!!! Oh, my veneers were EVEN BIGGER than they are now--I had Dr. Cooper shave them down!! I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW I FEEL!!! I am having the veneers removed and ortho (Invisalign) because I can't even take a chance of another botched job! I paid $1500 for the ortho as that's what I was told at the other dentist office to get started. Turns out I need to pay another $3500 for a total of $5000 for them to do the gum surgery, temporary veneers, and ortho fitting. I just paid $7152 at Laurel Smiles, which brings me to $8,652 I've now spent. I can't afford to pay anymore right now, so I'm stuck with these HORRENDOUS things in my mouth until I can afford to get them removed and do the new treatment. On top of that, I will now be forced to wear a retainer in my mouth four nights a week for the rest of my life!!!!! If you're getting all veneers, maybe you'll be okay. If you're not, KEEP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DENTIST!!!! I CAN'T EXPLAIN HOW I WISH I COULD TURN BACK TIME!!!! OH, THE REPAIR JOB--JUST UNDER $15,000 WITH A DISCOUNT!! Oh, I also do not bite into anything! My veneers are so thick, and my teeth don't meet like they should, and I'm afraid they'll pull off and split my gums!! The head dentist has done some intensive work on my mouth over the years (even though the aesthetics were not the best). I often complained about my smile as I told Dr. K I NOT LIKE my smile (based on the work he did). Recently, the head dentist performed what I feel was faulty bridge work over implants. I paid quite a bit out of pocket for the dental work. The bridge failed in 6 months (this work should have lasted many years); besides that the work looked poor & I was uncomfortable with my smile). I reached out to the practice about fixing the faulty work and addressing the aesthetics. The dentist agreed to see me but stated because my insurance changed, to repair or even review his faulty work the visit would be OUT OF POCKET! Why should I have to pay this dentist again to fix his faulty work? I declined to accept the appointment. I have paid him more than enough money over what must be 20 years. Patronize this practice at your own risk but don't expect a perfect or quality smile. I will not recommend another person to this practice (sorry if I recommended you & it was not a good result/experience). Signed, Ms. Seriously Disappointed

When the denture broke again just a month and a half later, I call the office to see they can repair it again at cost but they simply say you need to purchase a new one. no rationals given. so it is clear that this is just a money making machine. If you're looking for a denture office that actually stands by its work, look elsewhere. This place uses rock-bottom advertised pricing to attract customers, but once you're in--they charge far more, deliver flimsy repairs, and deny responsibility after the fact. The experience is expensive, misleading, and frankly infuriating.

Nothing was ever said about the condition of my gums other than using one or the "pro health" mouthwash and not the alcohol based ones. Last time I saw them was six months ago. No problems expressed to me. Made my 6 month check up. Went Friday and now I'm all of a sudden I have advanced periodontal disease that they wish for me to spend $2300 to get a deep cleaning. So all of that somehow developed in the last six months since YOUR hygienist cleaned my teeth. I find it very suspicious. Not saying they're lying, just saying, I'm getting a second opinion before we do this $2300 procedure that in the six months of being in their office, no one has said anything about. And to the kind insurance person, (truly not sarcasm) you should understand that if you just whip out the statement, "it's only $2300". You can expect a shocked, upset response. I'm sure that I did frighten you a little bit in my response but don't just shoot the number $2300 at a retired person and expect them to do cartwheels down your hallway with joy. That amount represents my entire rent and utilities for one month. Stop and think about the information you were delivering. You need to practice your delivery!

As a business owner, I plan my schedule carefully and take time off work for these appointments -- time that I can't get back. On both occasions, the front desk staff claimed they had called and left a message to reschedule, yet I have no record of any missed call or voicemail. I'd be surprised if they could produce proof of one either. What makes this even more frustrating is that they send automatic text reminders a week in advance, which I have confirmed each time, only to show up and find my appointment gone. Their dental services are good, but due to the unprofessional handling of scheduling and communication, I will not be returning. This kind of disorganization and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable.

From when I arrived the front desk(Erica), dental assistant( Blake) and Dr. Ariana Frank was nothing short of AMAZING. They made me feel comfortable and educated me on what's going on. Blake the dental assistant calmed me with music and encouraging words. Dr. Frank put together a great treatment plan for me to have the perfect smile. I personally will be coming here for all of my dental procedures. such a great team of people !
