While out of state for too long, I dreamed of the one thing that makes Jack in the Box a dangerous addiction. Be forewarned if you get one, because you will need to get another and another, just like that stuff that so many people wandering around the high desert are high on. Their chocolate shakes. Yes, their chocolate shakes will make you do unspeakable things in order to get the money just so you can have another hit. Another one of their delicious cold frosty topped with real whipped cream chocolate shakes. Then another. And another. I don't know nor do I care if there is any intervention for this habit, because I'm never gonna quit you, Jack in the Box. read more

Went in on 9/25/26 and everything was good until we ordered. Ordered and sat down, shortly after about ten people walked in. They mostly ordered separately. Wife and I were talking while waiting and noticed it was taking a lot longer than usual. Then we noticed all the orders that they did after we ordered and sat down. Were getting their food and walking out. My wife walked up front and asked why was it taking so long? Which we never got an answer to. She just walked to who I assume was the lead or manager on duty, who said "yeah that's the order I told you about". At this point I say I would just like my money back. The girl again walks away and about two minutes later puts a tray with my food on the counter. Which means it had either been sitting for almost 20 minutes or it only took 2 minutes to make. Either way I should have been eating a long time ago. I declined the food and got my money back. Waited for over twenty minutes and left hungry and highly annoyed. Like most people say.... It would be a 0 if I could. read more

Wish I could give 0!!!!!! Horrible customer service no "please or thank you" I had a somewhat big order, 1 wrap, 2 orders of tacos 2 chicken sandwiches 1 chicken bowl and 2 burger combos. We asked for ranch & bbq, they gave 1 of each... absolutely ridiculous. Also no napkins? The two old white women need to do better it's basic stuff read more

We just stopped by to get some shakes. I got the oreo one and was not disappointed. Great customer service, the shop was very clean. Private parking lot with plenty of space. The shake was delicious and pictured perfect. read more

The various choices are the best. The window service was clear voice, polite and pleasant to me. If you have little time, little time, not sure what you want to eat pickJack he'll do you right. read more

Today we decided to do a mobile order and picked it up in under 25 minutes, seems like the food was made hours ago. Unfortunately all the food we got tasted old and like they refried it all. Mozzarella sticks were cold, the cheese was hard and we didn't get marinara sauce. And fries and tacos were soggy. Pretty disappointed. read more

Went there to get a quick breakfast, never again. We both ordered French toast with scrambled eggs. I had bacon with mine and my girlfriend had bacon and sausage. After using enough salt and pepper I could eat the bland eggs and hash browns. But what really got me was when I tried to cut the French toast with a plastic fork. I tried stabbing the toast , but was afraid I'd break my fork. I had to use my knife to cut the toast into smaller pieces. And I still couldn't get the fork to pierce the toast. The service was lousy and the store looked like they were getting ready to close the store or demolish it. I would rather starve than to eat at another jack in the box. read more

They forgot some of our food and they don't have a working phone to call. What kinda business does not have a phone. Good luck getting your order right so check before you drive off. It's not the first time they did this. read more

Came here right after checking out of our Yucca Valley Airbnb and needed something quick before the long drive home. Had the Grande Sausage Breakfast Burrito, and picked up two medium curly fries because the app had a great deal on them. Seriously, get the app if you haven't because there are tons of deals on there. But yeah, breakfast burrito was great and hit the spot. For fast food, you can't really complain. Want to give Sarah, the manager, a shoutout. She was really nice and treated us with respect. Made sure my orders were all taken care of since I ordered at the register and on the app. Usually, the only people that ever review fast food chains are those that have nothing good to say. So that's why I'm dropping this review, because someone's gotta balance out all the reviews of people complaining! read more

I placed my order at the drive thru. Ordered 4 Jr. Jumbo Jack's, 2 chicken sandwiches from the value menu, and 6 tacos. I was shorted one Jr. Jumbo Jack. I tried calling the phone number I found on Google, but the cell number was not accepting any calls. Nothing worse than not having enough food for the people you love and are waiting at home. read more

I came here super late at night to catch the stars in April. I always order crispy curly fries in every jack I go and they don't make it right except this location. They actually care and got my order right. A dude name Zack made sure he got my order right and he did not disappoint. This dude works fast even at 12am. read more

This is a great Jack to grab a quick breakfast. Plus, several cheap gas stations nearby on Highway 62. You can't go wrong with the Meatlovers Burrito Combo ($6.59) . Plenty of food to keep you fortified for hours, and Jack's coffee is really good (I got a refill). The chintzy little hashbrowns patty could be better, but for the price it is just fine. The staff provided table service, and it was prompt, even. A great place for a quick meal. read more

stopped here for some chicken sandwiches before me and the fam headed out to disneyland. i accidentally ordered my son, junior, regular fries instead of curly but that's obviously my bad. i had good good sauce with my sandwiches and it kept me satisfied on the drive to disneyland and i ate my second sandwich in the alien pizza planet inside of disneyland. thank you read more

A few months ago, they had superb "2 for 1 Jumbo Jacks", and I wrote a 5 star review. No longer do they have it. So I switched to 2 Junior Jumbos for $ 6.50 and was fine. Until yesterday. I got my usual 2 Junior Jumbos and left smiling. Not for too long ! Within about 15 minutes, while driving, I felt nauseaus, then broke out in sweats and my ears began to ring, signaling I may faint. Barely made it to the gasoline station across the street and felt I was getting a bad bowel movement. Layed down in my car and used a plastic bag for the bowel horror. What a mess ! Never before did I have to use my car as a bathroom. Jack in box became "toilet in the car". My head was spinning. Diarrhea continued pretty much into the night. Looks like they got a bad bug in their food. So, next time you go to eat there, have some plastic bags and toilet pater with you. Kindley, they give you actually plenty of napkins, possibly because they know the food will exit you fairly soon ? And nowadays, with all the bugs going around, you better make sure you can convert your car into a bathroom within seconds. And lay down first, so you can faint comfortably. Jack in the box is now jack in the toilet. :( Have a great day. Jack In The Box Survivor read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. It took us 45 minutes to order because the lady taking our order didn't understand English and kept misinterpreting us and getting the quantities wrong. It looked like the person in front of us was having the same problem because they also took 30 minutes. When we pulled up to the window, turns out, she got half of our order wrong. No Dr. Pepper, no straws, no churros, and NO RECEIPT. I peered into the kitchen and there was a rodent staring back at me. It also smelled rancid as if they were storing rotting dead corpses in the freezers when we went back to contest our order (which took and ADDITIONAL 20 MINUTES because she didn't give us our receipt!). Also, the fries chipped our teeth because they were so poorly prepared. My Dr. Pepper was watered down. My chicken was pink in the middle. I'll update if I contract salmonella. The kicker: as we were leaving, we saw 2 homeless people spraying bear mace at each other. This place needs to be investigated by a health and food inspector. read more

The staff here is incredible! So many talented cooks that work very well together. Greeted in a manner of seconds with a friendly smile. The entire lobby was super clean and my food was 100% correct! Hi desert local for about 30 years now and since I was a kid this has been the go to spot for my entire crew:) and I think , Thursday and Saturdays, some really cool classic car owners have chosen this location to meet up. But even if you don't go on those days, be prepared for a special time. Even when I drop by in the middle of the night, the graveyard crew is just as pleasant to interact with and food always tastes very fresh. Above and beyond. read more

Literal shit on the toilet. When I told the employees if they could clean the restroom really quick one of them said 'yeah well get to it' and then the 5 of them continued to lean on the walls and talk about some tv show. There were no cars in the drive thru and none in the lobby. I waited a few minutes and asked again, the response was 'can you hold on a second' I responded saying that there was literally shit on the toilet and I didn't feel comfortable using it. The woman in the back said 'Its not that serious.' If the public restrooms look like this I can only imagine how the inside kitchen looks where they prepare my food. read more

Went here on a late night trip. HORRIBLE FOOD! My burger was damn near alive and my tacos were disgusting. Maybe because it was late. But i did not enjoy my food. And with that being my first attempt. It may just be my last. read more

Pretty disappointing. I ate a chicken sandwich which looked nothing like the picture and had been obviously pre-pre-precooked. Who knows how early they cook everything? I used to appreciate Jack in the Boxes because you could always get freshly (just cooked!) fried foods. (Jalapeño Poppers, fries, tacos, egg rolls etc.) Super scorching hot and delicious. No more. At least not this one. I guess I'm back to making my own sandwiches. Which are a lot better and cheaper too. Sorry JIB, now you're just the same as the rest of them. read more

So I ordered online and when I got there she say oh your picking up for Jess and we said yes. She then handed me the bag. My husband and I always double check before we leave the long line! We noticed that the fries were wrong so we told her and she says oh ya we are out of those. I didn't bag it. Well first off there is a price difference. Then we get home to only find one napkin! This makes me mad because the price of food is going up and we get crap service! Y'all make $20.00 plus dollars an hour now. So earn it!!!! read more

Drove past and got myself some jack and it never fails me . Thank you to the nice staff and accommodations

For a fast food joint this place was definitely five stars. The place was spotless, the restrooms were immaculate, the employees were extremely friendly and well-dressed and company attire. As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed to Jack in The box by an employee and assured me that someone would take my order quickly. The french fries were hot and crispy, the big chicken sandwich combo meal was excellent, the free eggroll I got with a coupon was great and although I'm not a fan of the tacos both of those that I ordered were delicious. I left completely stuffed and spent just a little over $5. Whoever is responsible for hiring training and supervision of these employees at this store is to be commended. I watch the interaction between those working here and many other customers and they were all just fantastic. This is probably the best Jack in the box that I've been to. Nicely done. read more

Please don't go here they literally tried to still my card by not giving it back to me before my food like they are trained to do in every fast food joint. I really feel like they do this often and took my card number I had it canceled immediately but still was able to track it down and wanted the card back regardless. I went in showed them my ID and they tried to tell me it wasn't my card when my name on the card and ID match. They clearly wanted to keep it badly. I almost called the police and let them handle it but they gave the card back in the end. Big middle finger to this place they are for sure running scams... read more

Jeanette in the drive thru at this location is extremely rude. We ordered our food, she read it back to us correctly but when we got our food the order was wrong, when we explained this to her she replied "Well when I read you back your order you said it was correct" with a snooty attitude 1. It was correct when you read it back, 2. Who speaks to customers like that? 3 an apology and a "oh let me fix that for you" would have been a better response. THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ. ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE EITHER OLD OR THE PERSON DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT. Now, I don't normally write reviews for chain fast-food spots because you pretty much know what you're getting. However, I don't know what is going on with this Jack in the Box location because they seriously go above and beyond. I have been here a lot as I deliver for Door Dash, and every time they do such a great job. Even when I have gotten in that late-night drive-thru line that leaks out into the parking lot, they keep the line moving quickly, and my late night snack is always warm and delicious. I have NEVER left this Jack in the Box without feeling better than I did walking in. The people working here treat you like FAMILY. I feel like I'm visiting uncles and aunties whenever I come here! What other fast food place have you been to that does that!? They don't have to do that, but they do! Their milkshakes are the best because they're made with LOVE, people! You don't get this kind of service anywhere else! If you are having a bad day, go here. I don't care if you're not hungry -- just go in to get a soda, and you will see what I mean. read more
