This is a great fast food stop in south Tulsa. I've always loved the tacos as Jack in the Box. My fries were fresh and hot. The munchie combo is so much food for $11. Staff were quick and friendly. It's a nice restaurant from the drive thru. read more

I'm a long term Jack taco fan. Been eating them for 55 years. Burgers and chicken are comparable with most fast food spots.

After a fairly disappointing experience at Brahms, I ran over to Jack-in-the-Box for a second chance to get some decent french fries. I have to give it to him. The fries were cooked very fresh. Have just the amount of crisp and saltines. read more

For dinner, I ordered the mini tacos. I'm probably the last one to know this, but they're absolutely delicious. Not a perfect taco, but a dang good one. I like how it was a good mix of soft and crunchy, probably because all of the grease. The flavor was fantastic, the texture was great. I loved them. Highly recommend. Extremely clean fast food at a great price! Wait.. is that possible? We don't have many Jack in the Box's where I live so I stopped by here when I got a chance. I ordered the chicken sandwich with curly fries. Not sure if it is the norm with Jack in the Box's but they bring your food to your table. I guess I'm used to standing at the counter like an idiot blocking new customers from ordering. The food was great. The sandwich was tasty and wasn't oozing grease like other places. The curly fries tasted great with their homemade sauce. Overall, it would be nice to see a few more Jack in the Box's in my area and less McDonald's. read more

There are two jack in the box's here in Tulsa. Yet sadly, the one closest to my family and I. Do not go to. For very specific reasons. One, quality. You order a chicken sandwich and it looks like it's just been sat out for 3-5 days & then re-fried. It's completely disgusting. Two, I shouldn't want to come here & then go to the competition such as Burger King. For a better, chicken sandwich. When chicken has been cooked, the protein turns into a cloudy brown color. That is what I always get every-time when coming to the location here at Bixby' Oklahoma. Vs, going to. Broken Arrow, you can literally taste the difference. Do not waste your time, going to this location. Because not only is the chicken old, but the buns are stale, the burgers taste just as bad as the rest. I would have to rate this quality lower than McDonald's. Maybe a change of management, staff, would be a good start. Check expiration dates, maybe actually give a crap about what they're serving their customers. From greasy, oily sides to overcooked & 3 day old food. Your best bet is the Broken Arrow location. The best Jack in the Box I have eaten. I always get the 2 tacos for $1 which I think was the price 20 years ago. The Manager was unbelievably friendly and made the experience an experience which for fast food is not the norm. He loves his job, which shows in the facility, service and food. I've been here multiple times and have had good service, quick service and the food has always been good. But I would give one piece of advice to take seriously, do not get the tacos. Not only did they look gross but they pretty much tasted just as bad. I also got the double bacon cheeseburger, which was really good. So I would recommend that. read more

Okay, it's a few years since the original review of this place.... unfortunately things rarely stay the same over time they generally improve or get worse. Sadly Jack in the Box has dropped. No longer are they are 4 star place, but now a place I wouldn't really go to unless they are the only option. What happened? Well the egg rolls which were top rate have gotten smaller and more expensive. It is one thing for a place to cut the size and keep the same price, but to increase the price and cut the size is just not good... At this point they are no longer worth the price. The burgers, well they appear to have cut back on the pepper that was once a staple of their cooking. Years back the amount of black pepper was substantial, now I don't think they even use it any more. The cheese slices have also become a joke. They are now insanely thin. You still get two slices on a burger, but the two slices put together is still not as thick as even a single slice before they decided to cut corners. So now you've got a less tasty meat patty and translucent cheese... I might as well go to McDonalds now and McDonalds would be cheaper as well. read more

I had a buttery jack with bacon and it's very obvious the the juice dripping from the burger isn't from the burger. It looked like it was from the grease used to cook the fries. I've heard of fast food places dipping the cheese into the grease to melt it quickly but this appears they did that to my burger. Note to self. Stay far away. read more

Got something that cost around 20 dollars, wanted to pay 2 dollars on my card and the rest in cash. I guess the order taker didn't know how to do this charged my card for the full price. Then called the manager over who asked me for my receipt saying they would fix the problem. She then took my receipt and the rest of the cash to pay for the meal. I checked my bank account later and they had still charged me the full amount. So they basically stole money from me and kept the receipt so I have no proof. read more

Food quality was ok. Kind of what you expect from fast food. Breakfast was really good. No complaints there. Absolutely love the supreme crossiants. A little pricey for a 1 sandwich breakfast $7 plus but was very good. Cons: Tried to eat there for breakfast twice before work. Waited 10-15 min each time to get my order. I was the only one in the lobby and only ordered 1 breakfast sandwich. Could be because only 2 people were working both times I was there. Might have just been understaffed days but I don't have alot of time in the mornings to spend waiting for food. read more

My husband and I spent part cash, part card on a transaction and they put it all on the card and took our cash too. When we asked for the situation to be resolved, they said they would and took our receipt and never resolved the issue. They stole over $15 from us. Also the food was worse than normal. Hard things in the meat and forgot cheese in my tacos. But that's not the issue.. I want they money back they took from us. They took our only proof. The person working seemed new and called the manager over.. the woman that took the receipt. Dishonest practices to cover up a newbie's mistake. We were nice and understanding of a new person making a mistake.. but we deserve the money you owe us.. we ended up spending over $32 on $17-something worth of food. The manager, Misty, is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered, and I've worked in the food industry for ten years. Just the way she was speaking to us through the drive thru box already had my husband making faces and annoyed. Then when we got to the window she had gotten the order wrong, and when we pointed it out she kept speaking over us and then rolled her eyes and reprimanded us both. If you're having that bad of a day, stay home. Don't disrespect customers for no reason, especially in front of our kids. We will be passing this along to corporate as well. read more

Fast food is such a personal thing. Everyone has their favorite and JIB is mine. Can't get enough of their Jack's Spicy Chicken sandwich and churros. The recent switch to the magic soda machines (you know the ones with all the soda, water and tea flavors plus additional syrup flavors for mixing) is fun too. The staff at this location are consistently friendly and the place is always clean. It's my go-to fast food. read more

Very unfriendly staff. Cursing loudly when there was children present. Also messed up my order and when I asked for it to be fixed they gave me attitude and raised their voice at me and told me that I was in the wrong and that I never told them I only wanted cheese and ketchup only on my burger when me and my associate remember asking.
