Terrible service, the cashier Manpreet, had a problem with another customer and when she got to the window, perhaps because of what had happened to her, she was very rude. The worst thing is that it took more than 15 minutes and my food was cold, but seeing her attitude, I had better not care. So when does this jack in the box location Charge for Ranch ?? This is the ONLY jack in the box in this area that I know that only charges for ranch . I don't mind paying 15 cents for some sauce but I think it's a robbery since other near by jack in the box don't do the same and when I told the girl at the drive through I would like to speak to a manager she shut the drive through window on my face and 2 minutes later opened it and handed me the ranch and she continued to say " oh we changed the policy since new years and blah blah blah and I was like who's idea ? She said it was the managers " and I said yea no they can't do that and also said it was a robbery . I also went to a different county and they didn't charge for ranch . Ridiculous. The girl working you could tell didn't give a shit about her job. I ordered a breakfast jack combo with no egg, a sprite and 2 tacos. I Had to repeat my order 4 times. Food was poor quality, cold and old. And I was waiting in the drive thru for a while, so I assumed the food would have been fresher.

This place is disgusting. Do not eat here no matter how hungry you are. They don't wash their hands, the men walk out of the restrooms sniffing their fingers and the floors are all filled with grease. I don't get how a bunch of young kids go to the bathroom and come out sniffing their fingers?! That's straight up nasty. These dudes keep grabbing themselves and help with the food?! This Jack in the Box is connected to a Chevron Extra Mile that is right off the freeway. It's a really convenient location for travelers/commuters which is most of their customer base. I come here often as it is right near my work. The food and service is pretty consistent with all other Jack in the Box restaurants that I have been to. They are connected to the gas station, but you can tell that they run independent and stay consistent with the service & food quality standards. read more

Have a good night." - bag feel so light and small - open bag and find no fries - op is filled with "joy n happiness" from the fact that op gonna be late back from lunch if not heading back to work asap - op says "fudge it" and drove off without fries since op drove past window already - legend says that op is still waiting for his fries he rightfully paid for to this very day 10/10 would come here to get robbed by this JITB again Saw rat outside building twice on different occasion through drive thru. Beware the awesomeness this place has to offered. Don't know why i even come back here. I only come here as last resort since only place to offer protein source for the "energy and nutrient" for the type of work being done, or else i feel weak from not eating anything. So disgusting... We walked in having to use the bathroom and wanted to grab some chicken nuggets.. Well it was gross in their kitchen, and when they finally took my order (I was the only one in there) five minutes later, I knew then that I should have walked out. They grabbed the chicken nuggets out of some metal container that had been sitting there for god knows how long and put them straight into the box.
