We ordered 138.00 worth of food so we understand that can happen from time to time with big orders . We called in and spoke with a VERY RUDE young lady. She told us too bad on the order, REFUSED to get a manager on the line, refused to give me her name, refused to give me the number to corporate and then refused to give me the franchise number . This place robbed me of my money, before you even try to come at me I have worked fast food and it is the easiest job ever. The person cooking the food looks at a screen that has my order on it, the person packing the food looks at a screen that tells them the contents of my order and the person that hands the order out has the receipt that shows all the contents of my order taped to the bag. Yet they still manage to forget an item. This place is a complete disgrace, and you wonder why you make minimum wage it's because you are too retarded to look at a screen and put all the items listed on the screen in to a bag. Hell when I worked fast food (in high school because it was the only work I could find during school) I was drunk or stoned on every shift but never messed one order up. Year by year Jack in the Box has started losing it for me. They have made a bunch of changes throughout the years; a lot of good ones and also a lot of bad ones as well. The thing I loved most were the Spicy Chicken sandwich and the cappuccino milkshake (which hasn't been on the menu in years). You know if they say something isn't broken you shouldn't fix it, well that's how I felt when they started replacing their original seeded buns with the split top sweet buns. They're disgusting on a spicy chicken sandwich and when I asked them to switch the bread out to their only other option of sourdough I was charged $1. I don't get it? They're not losing any money by switching out the bread. It's not hard to do...when I asked about why, the manager Jonathan said because they'll be short some bread when they do inventory. We had coupons we received in the mail and decided why not use them. We went they the drive thru. We tried to use the the coupon for the meal. They told us that they didn't have any small cups and if we got a different cup then she said she wouldn't honor the coupon??? So we picked another item, the grilled chicken what do you they didn't have chicken???? We picked a totally different meal. But seriously what horrible customer service. Not sure what the purpose of having a drive-thru is if I have to wait in line at the drive-thru. Then I have to wait once I get to the window. Then I have to park my car in front of the restaurant and wait some more. Then I have to check my order and run inside for whatever they did not include. People go through the drive thru for ease and convenience and the process I just described is neither easy nor convenient. And here's another thing. I registered with Jack in the boxes app a while ago, but I've never used my points. Today I decided to figure out how to accomplish that just before I ordered in drive-through it took me 15 minutes to figure out how to redeem the items I followed the instructions, but the instructions failed to mention that I would need to scroll through, about 10 screens before I could locate the item that I was trying to redeem for rewards. In the past Jack-in-the-Box has made the app easier to access, so I am unsure why this changed. I just know that it did change. I redeemed for the chicken grouch sandwich And I was pleasantly surprised at the quality I received. The female at the drive-through with the drive-through headset did test my patience. She said she was ready I gave the specifics of my order. Then she says what and I had to take a deep breath before I was able to guide her through her own job. The gentleman who handed me the package was extremely professional and courteous. I think maybe she was in training because I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt. read more

Consistently the best fast food stop in Selma. Always pretty fast service, the most friendly and cheerful employees, and the food quality is great. If you like Jack n the box you will appreciate the service here. Even during the lunch rush you don't spend long on line. I had a coupon for two loaded breakfast sandwich combos for $7.99. I love the loaded breakfast sandwiches when they're fresh and the bread grilled to a golden brown. Yesterday....not so good. First issue was that the drive thru lady would only let me have two small coffee's instead of two small soda's. This is hit and miss at other fast food chains, but most Jack in the Box's will give you soda instead of coffee if you ask. I have already had two cups of coffee and I was going to work anyway.....but the lady in the window was adamant and even showed me on the coupon where it said "coffee". I showed my disappointment to no avail however and ended up with two small cups of warm brown water. I even overheard the staff talking about the issues with the coffee machine, so guess what? I got sub standard coffee. Ok, ok....I can deal with all that but what happened when I got to work was I opened a cold, dry, sandwich that wasn't grilled. Check out the pics.
