I was there yesterday with my granddaughter, ordered 3 jack Jr's and 2 curly fries. There were maggots in my granddaughters burger. Took it in, got a meal refund. The guy cooking said he was sorry and someone was to be keeping a eye on that problem. Never going there ever again. read more

My mom is hard of hearing. She's completely deaf, for that matter. Deaf people are allowed to go through the drive-thru and order at the window. They were incredibly rude and told her to order inside. The manager is notorious for being a complete ass to customers and I think it's absolutely wrong for them to be treating people like this, let alone disabled customers. read more

I ordered a couple of burgers last night and didn't realize it was a drive up order only. It was too far to walk and I was at a hotel so I immediately canceled the order. My son was hungry after an appointment and wanted jack in the box. We were only ones in drive thru and waited about 15 minutes for anyone to come to window. We watched 2 employees go outside,leaving 1 inside alone ( yes it was alone about 8:15 in the morning). Thabkfulky we check before we leave parking lot as they left out half of our food. I go inside manager walks in fron outside and was not nice with me asking what i needed. I explain she walks away doesnt wash hands after being outside smoking and put gloves on, makes my food, walks away and rell other workers " give that lady her food and make sure you apologize for leaving it out of her order". Employee manager was talking to decided to answer a personal video call on her phone walks away yo take drive thru order, bags my food gives it to me " here you go" and walks away. All the while the manager is standing in back watching me. Won't go back there again. Not to mention they all look like they are strung out on drugs. I worry for this business! Not only are they running out of ingredients and menu items but some food is expiring such as salads. The service is good but it needs to stay open later just as do all the restaurants and stores in Sandpoint. I however love their jalapeño poppers and the food is as is usually expected except the chicken fajita pita was not satisfactorily made with normal required ingredients... it just had chicken So i will never order real food. I hope you can address the food shortage, and food quality, and hopefully hiring so you can stay open longer. read more

Last two times I was there, #1, stopped at the order sign, just then two people come out to make changes to it, They get in my way, the twisted drive can be tricky, had to stuff my front right tire to get around after they waited for me to order. Time #2 ordered the fish sandwich. They told me to wait in the parking lot, guy at the window said they'd remember my car. Went to the parking log, another guy came out with the bag, looked around for a moment then turned to go back in, I yell out the window asking if that's my fish sandwich, He looks, says yes, then after handing me the bag seems to start blaming me...after all, how is he supposed to know which car to go to? Allot of fish, no taste, it was hot was all I could say. Arby's is much better and great prompt service!! read more

Worst Ever! When ordering after every item I'm asked "is that it?"... Then we can't comprehend no mayo because it had so much mayo that it was leaking out of the sandwich. I honestly can't believe this happened.. we walked into jack in the box in sandpoint just wanting to grab a quick bite to go. I ran into the rest room and my spouse waited to be helped. After using the rest room I came out and no one had even asked if they could take her order. We waited another 5 minutes and listened to the workers yell and use foul language as we stood right there with not even one person asking to take our order or even tell us they would be with us in a minute. We happily walked out of there and drove across town to burger express. And that will be the LAST time we ever consider jack in the box in Sandpoint. Thanks burger express for taking care of us! Despite the rating we decided to try it. Everything was fine. Food was prepared quickly, place was clean, staff were friendly.

Showed up in the drive thru around 8:50 pm tonight and the drive thru lights for the signs were on and lights inside the store were on and waited at the drive thru order speaker and no one said anything so I was saying "hello?" and still nothing so drove up to the pick up window where you pay and looked and saw 3 employees walking around inside. A girl and two guys. One guy with the headphone thing on. I was honking and the employees totally ignored me. Two other cars were in the drive thru behind me waiting and no one was helping us. The guy with that headset kept walking by the window I was at and I honked and he still ignored me so I drove out of the drive thru to let the other cars drive out and went to the front door and it said open till 9pm because of the Corona Virus. Obviously the employees wanted to get off early and not care about us hungry people trying to survive and find a drive thru because they lost a lot of business tonight with everyone leaving to go somewhere else. If they wanted to close early they could have at least turned the drive thru lights off or coned off the drive thru so us people knew they were closed. What a bunch of non caring employees. Went for breakfast. The sandwich had no flavor, the hash brown was almost burnt, and the person waiting on us acted like we were wasting her time. She was more interested in getting back to her conversation with her coworker than taking our order. This was my first and last experience at Jack in the Box. read more

I stopped going there because every time I go they get out order wrong. Every single time! I gave them one more chance a couple weeks ago. The girl at the window was the only female there and the guys (including the manager) were all being so mean to her. Belittling her and making fun of her. They finally handed me my order after sitting there for about 30 minutes in the drive through and I asked for a side of pickles. The girl told one of the guys in the back that she needed pickles and he told her he was too busy and she needed to get them herself. She didn't want to because she was not wearing gloves. I called the manager guy over to the window and told him to forget the pickles. I pulled off to the side to check my order and almost every single sandwich was wrong and I was missing stuff. I had to go inside to get them to fix it. Got back out to my car and it was still wrong. I left because I had been there almost an hour at this time and didn't want to fight with them anymore.
