I asked the server what this was and he told me it was the gumbo. I told him gumbo does not look like what you are serving. My server's response? "Well, this is how we serve it now!" Like that all I was going to get from him. Well, their "new" gumbo tasted as bad as it looked. The over condensed stew was over salted. Just tasted like pasty crap.
