In my experience; They absolutely blew me away with their exceptional service, attention to detail, & kind, professional servers, Our food was arguably much better than the same exact orders at other locations . Clearly, here- the employees take their time preparing the food the RIGHT way.... Unlike the sloppy food I've received at most every other JintheB. Also, because our online order for milkshakes couldn't be made (due to the milkshake machines currently being cleaned)..... so, our lovely server Helen refunded our Milshakes, and to our delight she gave us large soft drinks on the house!!! I highly recommend this location. As well, I highly recommend Helen(who works early mornings) to get a raise from the Boss at this establishment. She's a keeper, and I will definitely be back. Jack in the Box immediately stands out for their curly fries! And they don't taste like your average, frozen ones. These are crunchy, curly, and well seasoned. They're best hot and straight from the bag. Anything that's more than the usual fast food offerings of straight, salty fries makes me so happy. I also ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with cheese. Delicious and the toppings were perfect for the portions offered. Included the right amount of sauce, and the tomatoes and lettuce were super fresh. Oh, and got an unsweetened iced tea to trick myself into thinking I was getting something healthy. Not half bad! It's amazing to think that things still taste good without the god-awful amount of sugar normally infused into everything. Will be going back to this location. I realize that there might be problems when you ask for no Pickles and no Onions and the he says, "no Tomatoes, no Onions?" Oh, no, there's going to be issues. Not only was our order corrected several times, there were items miss-keyed. A Double Jack became a Jumbo Jack, a small Chocolate Shake was keyed as a Regular Oreo Shake, 3-orders if Tacos(6) was entered as 1-order Tacos(2), then to 2-orders, and then 3-orders, a large Iced Tea was interpreted as a Large Hi-C, a Bacon Swiss Buttery Jack was entered as a Buttery Jack. At this point I was yelling corrections loud enough to be heard through the pick up window, 20 feet away and able to hear the Supervisor advising Angel, through Angel's mic. I let the Jumbo Jack, stand, and out of frustration, ordered a Double Jack. At the window: the Chocolate Shake was an Oreo Shake - exchanged. An order of of 2-Jalapeño Poppers(10) was keyed as 1-order, corrected to 2-orders(10), but he deleted the whole order, without us noticing. We did not notice the absence of the Jalapeño Poppers until home. When one wants to end their day on a low note, out $40, come here and Angel will make you wish you went straight home. These guys busted my cheese all up in my bag. I ordered three orders of mozzarella sticks and received three orders of busted cheese in a bag. Then they refused to serve me their sweet cream and did not give me their tacos I ordered. I did not get a receipt from the cashier. I pulled around to rectify the busted cheese and my missing taco, which the lead refused to take care of. Then things took a turn for the worst and I asked about the regular girls that work there he said no girls work on Saturday. He then turned asked his employee if they were a man or female.. the individual said woman, then the lead asked me if I'd like to meet her... which I politely declined but the issue with my busted cheese and missing taco was not rectified. Sent someone to Jack-in-the-Box to get the spicy chicken meal with extra tomatoes. They returned with old curly fries and the tomatoes were the worst looking tomatoes on a sandwich ever! So I called the restaurant supposedly spoke with the manager I was told that "they don't cook extra food" implying that the food I was given was what was cooked that morning? Drive thru response was pretty timely. And the person on the other end did a good job of answering questions. I always like the variety of items Jack In The Box has to offer, and their specials. And the food is usually good tasting. Why not that 5th star? Cause someone made the decision to cram this store down in a little corner of business property. Don't try to drive anything bigger than a compact car, unless you don't care about your bumpers and wheels. The drive thru path has some tight turns, tight blind corners and is just narrow and encompassing in general. Bad design decision on someone's part. read more
