As has been said - it's hit or miss. Today I am writing about a miss I am sick of experiencing. The title of this review: Another Reason Why $15 for These Kids is Outrageous. Closer to home than my other review, but still - you get there, you wait forever (assuming you are getting a freshly made order and not a heat lamp deal) and you finally get home only to fine - missing sandwiches. The sandwiches we DID get were cold...ICE COLD. So we went back and got our missing sandwiches. They were very polite and had our sandwiches waiting, but still... We can sit here and say people make mistakes all day long. Problem is it's the same mistake, over and over and over... And they want more than $10 an hour?!?! Really??? read more

Ordered for pick up from the app. I got two breakfast sandwiches...one of which came with NO EGG. The food was horribly thrown together and missing ingredients. This was a terrible experience and waste of money. I will never be back. read more

man whoever was working August 13 thursday night drive thru needs to be fired asap, they were rude to the car infront of us and when it was our turn they said "give me a minute" and never came back. Just Horrible read more

As I'm writing this review on May 10 I've been ay the speaker since 7:47am and it's not 7:52 am and no response. There was no one ahead of me and parking lot only had 1 car. 1 person inside eating, Oh wait, I guess they heard me cause they finally came to the speaker. Let's see how the food is... Ice coffee- caramel. It's extremely thick and sweet. Reminds me of the consistency of core brand water but way thicker. I don't know if their coffee is a concentrate and they have to mix it with milk/water but that's what it taste it. Is just straight thickness Breakfast- wasn't all that. Was t hot but wasn't cold Customer service- the woman who took my order, again there was no line but she seemed like she was in a rush when taking my order and when I got to the window. There was also no "I apologize for the wait". It was just a lack of customer service all the way around. I tried adding some water to the coffee to dilute but mannnnnn it's still so damn thick. I'm not even lying yall. Go try it and you'll see what I'm talking about read more

I went close to 2:30am. Obviously i knew there was probably going to be a wait time. Ended up waiting over 30 min. I paid for my food and came home to find out they didn't give me my whole order i paid for. Just wanted to note that after I ordered there were two girls laughing on the mic. Not sure if this is common to anyone else. Please do better Jack! Make sure the whole order is in our bags before we drive off. read more

15037 Nacogdoches location....i don't blame the employees in the kitchen or at the counter. It's all about the management and franchise ownership! Train your people ! Stock your inventory ! It starts with you as managers and owners. I had to compromise more fries and mini tacos because you don't have nuggets to sell after I place an online order. How is the same as what I actually paid for? read more

The environment clean! I find myself asking this question a lot... acting like I don't know how to order online but when I ask this manager, she really didn't know how it worked nor did she really care how to explain... it nor did she speak fluent English. Her English is pretty good, but as far as educating herself with online orders, that was just not gonna happen! read more

Terrible experience all around if I could give it zero stars, I would. Had to wait at least an hour for our food, just to realize they hadn't even started making it yet, and when it did come out, everything was garbage. On top of that they messed up the order, and the bathroom was atrocious. If you know someone that you hate, tell them to come here. read more

This place is slow I went inside and there was a line to order I was second and we waited about 5 minutes before the employee fill the drive thru order said someone will be with us shortly maybe about 3 minutes later he yelled out to us that we could use the kiosk if we were paying with a card I placed my order and sat down after about 30 minutes I got my food I was given 2 desserts because of the wait but when I got home I was missing my sauce... every time I go to this location no matter if it's for myself or a pick up for food delivery app I work for there is always an issue some employees have an attitude they act as if you are bothering them once I ordered "Minute Maid" for my drink the employee heard "Lemonade" and said they were out after some back and forth I drove to the front window and asked she continued to state they were out of "Lemonade" when I specified again I want "Minute Maid" she walked away and her co worker understood and gave me what I asked for only for it to be watered down when I asked about it he said that they haven't gotten the truck yet so they were out of the syrup boxes after that every time I go they are still out so I don't get drinks from the here is a pic of the fountain drink menu they are out of just about everything it's always like this read more

took 15 minutes to order (no people other than me btw) and interrupted me while ordering !

It's been a good long while since I've been to a Jack in the Box. The reason was mainly horrid service. Welp, today I discovered that really hasn't changed. The drive thru line was sort of busy so I went inside which wasn't so busy. There wasn't anyone at the counter but that's not unusual. The person that was responsible for the counter was apparently busy getting an order together. However there seemed to be a problem with the order. Anyway, it seemed like, once again, they were short handed. I stood there for about 10 minutes while things seems to be somewhat chaotic. I gave up and left. read more

Every time we go here they take 15-20 mins just to get through the line, takes even longer when it's your turn at the window- just to get cold fries and cold tacos. Not cool. read more

This place is atrocious. Not a single employee wearing gloves when handling food. June 4th at 12:30PM, the employee with a blue class ring was touching his NOSE and then handling food??? Drive thru was backed up for a few minutes and they only had one car on the queue. Don't get me started with the bathroom; the sink is filthy! It's more dirt and the sink itself. This place is not the place to go. This place is nasty and I don't regret staring this review read more

I was surprised to find that Jack-in-the-Box sells cheesecake It has a very distinct vanilla flavor . Best cheesecake around !!! The employees have always been Friendly and efficient . I wish I could give them negative stars!!! The worst jack in box that I stopped by!! 15 minutes and still didn't take my order from drive true !!! And talking back, instead of apologizing!! read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Took 30 mins to get my order. They messed up my order so bad they didnt even give me the right burgers. Only 2 people working. Had to go through the drive thru again where it took another 40 minutes to get the right order. I had to go inside and get the order that was wrong AGAIN. I had to fight to get a refund. They should have just shut down the store or told me to away from the beginning. This was the worst service I have ever recieved. The poor teenage girl was frantically calling management to help her and was crying. I do not blame the girls working i blame the store manager for not properly training employees and with 2 ppl in the store they didnt even stand a chance. read more

Been here a couple of times and usually something is wrong with the visit. Sometimes the wait is super long and there was even times when the location was closed in the middle of the day. However each time we have been able to get food the service has been great, super nice and apologetic when the wait was long. On my most recent visit, 29 Oct, the food was super fresh and the wait was not long. They did have updated times posted in the drive-thru, 6am-5pm. I'm assuming they are hurting with employees just like everyone else is right now. Overall I would definitely go back, it's just a bummer I can't make a late night taco run. read more

Idiots couldn't even get order of 2 tacos and fry right. Kid in the front is a little butthead too

I just ordered 5 minutes ago and everything was not right I would like a refund I got a Chicken sandwich light mayo and a buttery jack and both orders was messed up and the large fries was all hard and cold I just want my refund please contact me. read more

The iced coffee is great...problem is they are always out of it. Employees say it's only made in the morning but if you serve breakfast all day, coffee should be available too. The menu makes it seem like you can order an iced coffee anytime. Today they were out of curly fries, popcorn chicken, orange juice, and iced coffee...basics. the staff here is fine and apologetic. I don't think these issues have to do with staffing issues. This location's management needs to up their game. read more

Been going there since 2015, each year service and food has gone downhill. Need more pleasant, attentive worker with less attitude. Only ordered onion rings and small shake. Onion rings over fried, couldn't eat & milkshake consistency of soup. Requested ketchup, none and no napkins. Not going back for a few months. Very disappointed. read more

This location is closed. Went way before 5 and no cars in parking lot yet timers going off and all lights on. Skip this location.

I've never said this about any restaurant or drive thru or anywhere. But this location is over due for changes in the customer service they offer. I worked at Burger King on army base our drive thru had 2 lanes and then the dinning room being opened and there be times there only be 2 of us and we didn't close either dinning or drive thru. This location shuts the dinning room if there isn't more then 4 people working. Or they don't give you your orders completely the way you wanted it. One morning I ordered the number 30 breakfast plater but told them I only wanted sausages on there well it came out with everything. Another occasion my order was called at the counter and I went to go get it and the guy behind the counter literally yelled at me thinking I was taking the wrong food. But yelled at me. He yelled at me in front of the manager and the manager didn't do anything about it nor offer me an apology for his disrespectful employee yelling at me. Today I ordered a Oreo milkshake and asked for no whip and no cherry. Guess what it came with whip and cherry. So I said it was supposed to be no whip and no cherry and he looked at me and said o. Didn't even apologize. I've never ever had such disrespectful customer service at any place besides this jack in the box. I think it's time that they start changing the type of customer service they provide because the service they provide is a shame and an embarrassment to other locations. It's very sad. Hope to see better service next time I come. read more

I was scared to come here because the rating but was craving a sourdough sooo bad. And to my surprise got amazing service!!! The worker with dermal piercings had excellent customer service and the food was amazing!!!! Will go again! read more

Went yesterday and ordered a sourdough burger, they were out of sourdough bread, ordered something else and were out too, then when I finally asked for something they had, I asked for a regular coke, and guess what? You guys should just close down. read more

This Location is really not that bad as people say. It can be a LITTLE slow but they get to you in a decent time and are friendly. I think people just come on here to "Karen" cause they got upset. If I could give a review without leaving any stars, I would. This location has got to be the worst in its chain. I mean wow, employees were complete garbage, not sanitary, no tact whatsoever and their work ethics are no existent. We walked in the place was filthy, like, I have seen condemned buildings in better condition and cleaner. Second, when trying to order our food, the staff was rude, condescending and very disrespectful. They seem to always be out of most of their drinks and half of their food (based on word of mouth as well as our personal experience). When asked to speak to the manager we were flat out told no and the manager was busy and had more important things to deal with. We have already filed a complaint with corporate and went somewhere else. Hopefully this location gets closed and employees fired because it is obvious that none of the local staff care how it's being operated. read more

Let just be honest, I normally don't mind Jack in the Box but sometimes the food is cold but THIS JACK has it down. It's sooooo good, my food was all hot and fresh and delicious!!!! Definitely coming back. Also the employees were nice and helpful :) read more

Just doesn't care! Had Drive Thru cashier refuse a survey offer because she couldn't read the conditions clearly stated on the receipt. MOD also confused and clueless. This is after saying they were out of Tacos, Shakes and a chocolate dessert offered on the menu. Their phone is not answering, their corporate customer service number never returned the call. Gee! try them if you want a good laugh-this is one visit out of possibly 3 yearly hopefully expecting improvement and always disappointing. Except for the last visit when my hopes were raised with their service. Guess it was the old " even a broken clock is right twice a day " but with digital clocks is that merely another lost wish. By the way the number given to me by another store for their area manager an Isabel is a non working number!. Never again read more

This jack in the box is by far the absolute WORST place on earth. Every time I have ordered food here my food has been made incorrectly and is cold. At my last visit The staff were cursing and yelling at each other while I was waiting in the drive thru for 30+ plus minutes. I had my younger child with me observing the employees standing out behind the store yelling profanities at each other. The whole JIB needs to be taken down. Complete ghetto disaster read more

Just bought the two taco special in Seguin, TX. Had so much oil/grease dripping out of the taco it was not edible. Spit out first bite, tried a bite from top half to see if it was any better, nope had to spit out that mouthful of grease. Called the store, was told "That is how we make tacos here." Are you kidding me? People eat tacos with grease drippingg from them? YUCK Should have went to taco cabana. read more

First off all, this is listed as a "fast food" place, it isn't fast. Walked in for three items, it took way to long, in my opinion. Then it was we're waiting on fries. You knew I order fries initially and you didn't think to start prepping for that. I'm not sure who the manager is but they need to review their process and customer service. read more

F***ing disgusting. Everything was cold bread wasn't even toasted and waited in the drive thru for 20+ mins. Understand they are only serving everyone through the drive thru during this pandemic but what's the point of taking all that time for some shitty food. This jack in the box DEFINITELY not essential. So frustrated with the fact this place profits off shitty meals and terrible service. read more

This place is pretty much a hit or a miss. I must admit that I only go here for the drive through. The people are usually friendly but not always efficient. Have had yo wait over 20 minutes at time which by no way should be a drive through expectancy. I get the munchie meal most of the time. 2 tacos, half order of regular and seasoned curly fries to go with option of sandwiches. Not a bad deal for 6 bucks. Last 2 tines were a miss since I had to come back to change my sandwich. Go with a drive through expectation and you may not be disappointed read more

This store routinely accepts orders without being able to fulfill them. I'd leave less than one star if I could. Save your money.

EVERYONE knows jack in the crack...the good old stand by for very late night dining (which is about the only time I go). You either tolerate it or HATE it. I try to stay away not because the food is bad, but because its not the healthiest option. You aren't going to get something here expecting it to be the very best thing you've eaten, and I'm sure you have had worse. Come to think of it, when I order here, the food (pretty much) looks just like it does in the commercials...unlike a lot of other fast food stops. The thing about this jack in the box is the staff...I pretty much just stop by to say hi to Don...that dude is hilarious! read more

Litterally EVERY single time I come to this location in particular I am always told to park in front so their numbers look good but usually I wait ~ 10 mins to order and another 15-20 mins for my food. The food is ALWAYS cold and usually not even right. (And not very good) But on a positive note, no one has ever been mean or rude. The employees are usually apologetic about everything, but that doesn't excuse the wait times. Sorry, not sorry. read more

We were there on Oct. 11, went inside just to get some Caramel shakes. The floor was filthy, the tables hadn't been cleaned, the employees acted like they were doing you a favor just to wait on you. On top of that, the shakes barely had any caramel flavor in them! We've had these shakes before at JBX, and they're usually very good and full of caramel flavor. So we know what they're supposed to taste like. The restaurant was NOT busy, in fact, we were the only customers there for a good 15 minutes. I did not see a manager there or I would have complained to him/her about all of this! We will not be going back to this location, and I will discourage all my friends, family, and even strangers, from going to this Jack in the Box. I did contact the headquarters to tell them about this, but so far, no response from them. read more
