Me and my friend decided at 4:20 while relaxing in the vibe man that we were gonna Uber down to Jack in The Box. I was listening to Trippy music and the driver was really cool. When we arrived we knew what we wanted, none other than the Late night Munchie meal. This meal is perfection, heavenly in nature !!!! not only did they mess up my order but they had horrible service. The cashier vented out to us about how the clients were taking up his time and how they weren't reading the menus.. he even mentioned how they were all just hispanic.. my dad and i just had a convo with him but we didn't understand why that part was necessary. We told him our order was wrong and proceeded to give us what we didn't ask for because he had a long line. He gave us 20 tacos we didn't ask for.. we only asked for 4. He charged us for a combo #21.. and didn't add it to our bags. He gave us 4 #4s when we asked for 3... not only that but we only had ONE bag of fries.. and we paid for the combos. Stay away. This JIB is awful. The food is not on par with other JIB franchises. The food taste weird and its never made right. Ordered a sirloin steak melt it only had 3 tiny pieces of meat, no bell peppers or onions and they didn't 't want to correct it. I have had problems at least 6 different times at this location. I only eat there because it is on the way to my in-laws house and sometimes I want a bite to eat. Some of the people working there are just rude and don't care. I have always liked this JIB until recently. The store is not as clean as it used to be. The food isn't as good as it used to be. The staff has changed, not as friendly as the people that had been there for years. Today I was served the wrong sandwich, which was in a bag when I told the guy dine-in. Of course I had opened the sandwich and I took it to him, explained the situation (got no apology) and he wrapped up the sandwich and put it back up to serve to someone else! He didn't care that I touched the sandwich. I would not want to receive a sandwich that went to a customer and was returned. This sandwich was out of his sight! I went thru the drive thru today and I had a buy one and get one free coupon for a burger. I also ordered curly fries and 4 tacos. When I got home, I noticed they did not give me my Free burger. They did not even give me my receipt. So, I called them and told the guy who answered that I did not get the hamburger, and he said yes you did!! He would not accept the fact that I did not get my burger!! this jack in the box is disgusting. not because of the staff. the staff is nice and accommodating, however, one of the managers (I didn't get his name) was very loudly yelling and degrading one of his employees in spanish. The lady left the store in tears and it made my heart break. This isn't the first time i've seen him do this. If you are in customer service working with people you should have a good attitude or at least some patience. Will definitely not be visiting this location again as I do not support the degrading and humiliation this man was bringing upon his poor worker, and will also be calling corporate to complain about this mans behavior. read more
