ALWAYS love this place! Friendly staff & food served HOT with a smile! Try it all. It's ALL good! Worth any wait in the drive-thru if you can't go inside. Always a clean facility though. BRING BACK THE DIABLO SAUCE!!! Enough said. read more

This place is UNACCEPTABLE we found a bug in our food and the manager just sat there and smiled at us as we were trying to tell him about the situation We tired to tell another employee about it and she shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Eventually 2 very nice employees helped us out and made us a free new burrito. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! read more

We couldn't find all five sauces (two paid for) in the bag, instead of just handing us sauces they took the bag and removed all the contents, put them back, handed us the bag and claimed they were all there, we got home to find they were indeed missing and when I called the manager said "they were all there" I said "how many?", they said "three", I said "there should be five". The best they could do was give us the missing sauces tomorrow, after rudely checking the bag and incorrectly claiming they were there they then couldn't fix the issue and lunch wasn't enjoyable as a result. Thoroughly disgusting treatment and attitude. read more

I went there for lunch today, waited for someone to take my order in the drive through.... nothing! Cars backed up behind me, saw cars in the lot got out and saw a person sitting in the restaurant, door was locked he came over and said the power was out!! WTF? Hello?? Can't you put out a sign in the drive through? Lazy fat guy sitting there like no big deal! Some people have 30 minutes for lunch, thanks for using 20 of mine, I won't be back read more

HANNAH IS AMAZING GUYYYYS! I mean I literally have a girl crush on her. She is so friendly and so generous I love her so much and I don't even know her. She is accurate every time and kills it with execution. I mean she deserves the world. And really raises the customer service bar so high. Say hi to Hannah she is awesome sauce for real. Great job Taco Bell team y'all are always busy at this location and stay on top of y'all's customer service. I'm living for it. God bless read more

I feel weird reviewing a Taco Bell, but as this was my first visit to this location and I was sort of amazed at the quality of the food that I received that I really felt like writing a review for them. I went through the drive through for lunch because I was really hungry and needed something quick. The drive-through was fairly busy but moved quickly. As usual, I got 3 tacos. I have to honestly say that whoever made this made them how I imagine the Taco Bell textbook tells them to make it. Perfect ratio of meat, cheese and lettuce. And if actually looked fresh, not like it had been sitting around. My Pepsi also tasted like Pepsi, and not Pepsi with a Dr. Pepper aftertaste (hate that!). So if I need a quick bite and am in the area I will definitely be back. read more

EVERYTIME and I'm not exaggerating literally every time my mom orders a mango sweet tea it is always severely watered down. Even today after she told an employee that it was watered down he "replaced" it with a new cup, but it tasted the exact same way. It is only at this specific Taco Bell we've experience this read more

So disgusted with this location... Food is never fresh, they get an attitude when you ask them to remake your food and still bring it out the same stale food.... read more

I stop at this location often as it's the closest to my apartment and it's usually the only thing I'm craving when I'm out running errands. Staff is always super friendly and my order is always right and hot! I usually have to wait a minute or 2 at the window which tells me the food is fresh so I don't mind. It's quick, clean, and delicious. Best location in Humble! read more

I arrived in the drive thru around 1:19am. No one answered the intercom or came to the window. This app says it closes at 2:00am. What's up with that?? read more

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell you can go to. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant with as slow as they are and how do you run out of beef more than once? They always say well we are short staffed. read more

Who doesn't love Taco Bell? This one is at a great location near my apt, easy in and out. We have visited a few times and our order is usually correct. The food is hot and fresh. Only once was my taco supreme order incorrect and I was given a regular taco, didn't notice till I got home, oh well. Also it seems like the bean burritos are shrinking, lol. Otherwise all our visits were great and the food was consistently good. read more

This restaurant is not managed well. The drive through is not efficient. Both windows are not in use. The last two times that I went through the drive through, my order was not correct. read more

Taco Bell has this 99cent beefy potato-rito and it's good, but is it good enough to have its own $5 box? I think not. But you can get it for 99cent for a limited time I think so that's cool. I've visited this Taco Bell before and it's always quick and easy and the customer service is always nice. There is one really important way for me specifically to judge just how well a Taco Bell gets rated. One, they usually ask you if you want any sauce. Sometimes I forget and I'm mad when I get home. Two, if they ask I always say may I have a lot of hot sauce. Key words "a lot". If I ask for a lot of hot sauce and you drop 3 sauces in my bag when I have 3 loaded grillers and 2 chicken mini quesadillas you're really tripping with yourself and I will circle back around or come inside and take a whole handful for me and my refrigerator. I was asked if I wanted sauce and I did not have to circle back around so 5 stars. read more

Really enjoy this location, friendly staff, extremely clean, & consistency/quality one would not expect from a fast food joint! I've been to quite a few Taco Bells in my time all over this great Country and this is by far the best one! read more

Girl giving the food at the drive through is a JOKE. Ordered 22 tacos and she only gave us 11!! Then I asked for a ton of mild sauce and she gave me 4. I told her I ordered 22 tacos I need her to dump some sauces in the bag. She gave me 5 more. Are u kidding me? I gave up on her and went inside so I could take hundreds of packets for revenge. Edit- the manager on duty was awesome tho she helped us get the missing tacos and she seemed to know that the other girl was completely useless read more
