Was coming back from a trip and wanted to get food before getting on the road, went inside and ordered 2 sourdough breakfast sandwiches, a meatlovers breakfast burrito, and a sourdough jack combo, took about 20 minutes to get our food, now we went during the breakfast rush, but we could see that the workers were going super slow and there were only about 5 there. And after all that, when we asked for ketchup they said they were out, which is completely absurd because this is a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, THEY SHOULD HAVE BOXES UPON BOXES OF KETCHUP BECAUSE THAT IS THE MOST POPULAR CONDIMENT. First of all I wish there was a zero star rating . I have never had drive thru service like this and the worst thing about it was not just the service it was also the food. The ambiance at this restaurant is the worst with the person said she is the night manager was constantly yelling at the crew and calling them obscene names while the window was still open. I have never seen or heard a manager act like this anywhere else. read more

The food is ehh...Most of the time your rather spending your hard earned money on spoiled food or undercooked food. The tacos are HORRIBLE. But only at THIS location, 85% of the time they're soaking wet, 7 tiny pieces of lettuce. FLAT AS HELL. I've had Amazing tacos from this place once. All other times including today HORRIBLE leathery tacos. Very dissatisfied..Hope management gets on top of this. Food in the trash. What a WASTE read more

You ever have one of those days? Trying to find a reasonably low carb breakfast on a road trip. We are in a Uhaul. This location is not open for indoor dining. Uhaul won't fit in drive through...so this girl walks through the drive through. Now I don't weigh enough to trigger the sensors for them to take my order. Lucky for me their customers are kind too. Nice man in a big truck pulls forward and patiently waits so I can order. Success, I'm in. Maybe next time I should order ahead but it wouldn't have been as great of an adventure. Excellent variety of food options. We ordered the sausage breakfast burrito and the ultimate breakfast with no bun. Only miss was I asked for swiss instead of american cheese. Tasty, low carb and ready to drive a few hundred more miles. Thanks Jack in the Box and nice man in the gold truck. read more

My husband and I are from out of town. Our fast food joints are marginal to put it best. We had sworn off of fast food ( more like the mcdonalds down the road from our house in WA). We had been driving for 13 hours today and decided to stay at a hotel close to this jack n the box.... Needless I say this long on the road had made fast good sound amazing and we tried the jack n the box off if court place. Let me just say not only were the employees so nice but the #1 burger I had was FRESH!!!!!From bun to bun it was perfect! Better than some restaurants we had tried the trip before! Thank you jack and the box for reminding me it's ok to love fast food when it's made like that! read more

They selld us spoiled hamburger paddy's. All 3 of ours were spoiled. I am never going back here. You shuld run away from here.

This Jack in the Box us so Bomb Diggity it makes me sick. I eat here all the time and always am blown away by how good all the food tastes even if it looks like it was made poorly. Also there is this dude who works there that is also bomb diggity. Anyway, don't listen to Philip K, and go to jack in the box. 10:25a Slowest service I've ever encountered in the fast food industry. My father and I were the only people in there and ordered chicken strips and a breakfast sandwich. I kid you not, 15 minuets later our food is ready. Wasn't given any sauce for the chicken strips so went back up to the counter and no one was in sight. 5 minuets later someone comes out and asks what I needed. The quest for honey mustard sauce was completed but will for sure stay away from this Jack in the Box because I have a life to live, and can't be waiting forever for some lousy chicken strips, a breakfast sandwich, and honey mustard sauce read more

I had never even heard of Jack in the Box until I went up to visit my husband's family, and I was surprised by how good it was. I can't remember what breakfast burrito I got because I had my husband order for me, but it was really delicious! After I finished it, I wanted more and was still a little hungry, but the taste was spot on! We got our food quickly, and our order was right. If you are near this Jack in the Box, I would totally visit it! read more
