I don't normally visit Taco Bell and tonight I was reminded of why. The guy working the window was incompetent or stoned because though I asked for a napkins and salsa, he attempted to hand me a bag that had neither. When I asked what kind of Salsa they had, he asked if I wanted "breakfast salsa." I was confused by this because I seem like most places they would have at least mild, medium and hot. When I inquired further, he told me that they had "breakfast salsa, red salsa, and green salsa." I asked for one breakfast salsa, and one red salsa. I was surprised when I arrived at my hotel to find that I had received 7 packets of breakfast salsa. I was even more surprised to discover that the Red salsa did not appear to be premade, and it looked and smelled like enchilada sauce. Given that Taco Bell is a huge franchise, I assume that all of their salsa should come premade in plastic packets. I googled and discovered that Taco Bell is supposed to have at least five different salsa is available, all of which are premade and packaged in plastic. I'm not sure what happened at this location. Did they run out of salsa and have someone run to the storebto pick up salsa, and they accidentally picked up enchilada sauce instead? Or did they pinch hit and just start scooping enchilada sauce into their own plastic contsinets thinking the customers wouldn't be able to discern the difference? I don't expect much from Taco Bell, but expect a little better service than this, and certainly a higher quality control re: the food. I don't know who owns this location, but they need to spend more time training their employees. I'm giving this location a generous two stars because my crunch wrap was edible, even though I didn't have any decent salsa to accompany it. read more

They state that they are a kiosk ordering only. So they will NOT take your order in the store. Our food was slopped together my tortilla was ripped when making my food so stuff fell out the entire way. I ordered a Doritos taco and there was not a sleeve on my taco. When we arrived for dinner this evening (7pm/ Aug 30) a young woman in the lobby was visably upset snd crying. While placing our oder at the kiosk, the young woman asked the clerk (female) if her order was close to being done. The clerk turned to ask the cook(?), who snapped at the clerk and stated loudly to feed the customer the receipt, as he did no have the order. The young wound then stated she had been waiting over an hour, and had been traveling all day. Now, i understand the this location was understaffed, but there is NO justication for treating any one the way that young treated that young woman. My wife and I immediately cancelled our order and left the store. I do not know if the young woman was ever served. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered food around 11:00 pm, and yes, I understand that's pretty late for around here. If I could leave negative star review I would. The manager was constantly yelling and speaking down to the workers who were just doing their best. The Bathroom in this facility was filthy. The sink had standing water in it. I would not recommend this place for anyone. We canceled our order immediately once we heard someone had been waiting for over 40 minutes. This place is a deplorable absurdity. They have zero customer service and after waiting for 15 minutes to order, I was instructed to use kiosk. Then after 30, I repeat 30 minutes no food. They complete all drive thru and door dash orders prior to tending to any walk in's. I asked for refund as I was not willing to wait any longer and got shorted on my refund. Terrible experience! I sat in the line behind six employees who ordered their food over the counter. When it was my turn I was told I was not allowed to order my food over the counter. I was also told that the sign is mobile order only even though it says takeout. They told me that I was not allowed to tell them my order but I had to download the app to order the food. The lady in charge told me to figure it out because rules are rules. Meanwhile seven employees were all hanging out at two tables next to each other eating food even though the lobby was closed. Confused as how the store is acting and treating their customers. In the time it took me to download the app add my card and place my order that was impossible to take by any other way six other customers came in with the exact same questions I had. This tells me how poorly this location is run. Extremely disappointed as after all of that they also messed up my food order. Some things you just can't make it up! If you want fast food and drink to go I recommend not going inside and ordering. I recently went inside to order a drink and snack they had a sign to order on the touch screen. After I placed my order only two people asked me if I have been helped and I said no I'm waiting on my order. The next worker asked me if I had a phone order I said no and they walked away. With the rest staring and not paying any attention to people waiting inside they continued to help the drive through orders. Ignoring guest that actually came inside to order and get customer service is rude at least ask if we have been helped and get out order done it's the least they could do for us going inside to order. Breakfast was surprisingly tasty. Bacon in AM taco was still cold but pre made scrambled egg warm, cheese melted and tortilla pressed. AM cruchwrap tasted better as it had a blast of hot sauce. Upgraded to steak but not sure that was necessary. In the future, I'd like to try both offerings "fresco" style. This location starts serving their full menu at 8 am for those that want blas`e fast food in the morning. By far the worst fast food place in Pendleton, door dashed an order over $50 and received 4 tacos and a quesadilla and was told they didn't have have my order from door dash and that they will not make my order to talk to door dash, staff was very rude and said they would absolutely not fix it, then after telling them they will fix it because I paid over $50 to their establish the lady very rudely said the hell I will and hung up the phone on me, this Taco Bell needs to be shut down or be completely flushed of all the shitty employees there and hire people that can actually serve in customer service, very shitty store and very shitty staff and management. read more

This location ripped us off. Everything we ordered was made smaller than is the standard. We are on a long road trip and I needed a quick stop to get food for my kids. We were already back on the highway when we realized that nothing was made correctly. In addition to everything being small, my Burrito Supreme was made with no meat, only beans, and our drinks were low 1 full inch from the top of the cups. I understand that businesses are hurting due to Covid but it appears that this restaurant can't meet its orders, and therefore we are the lucky ones that are back on the road, but still hungry. read more
