Went to get a taste of home since there are nowhere to be found where I live. I was pretty disappointed. Staff cared more about the drive thru than inside the restaurant. Breakfast croissants were barely cooked through. Luke warm at best. And the hash brown was soggy. If you have other options for breakfast, go there instead. read more

There's a reason this location has low ratings. I would not recommend coming here, especially at night, they're not busy so anytime someone comes either inside or drive-thru, you are met with aggression and attitude lol. Ridiculous. When I received my order my fries were cold. I could hold them in my hand and barely fill the heat. When I asked for hot ones the young lady pointed and ordered me to go somewhere to the other side and wait. I then decided it would be a good idea to check the rest of my order. The burger was also cold. The manager along several observers also came up. She stated it was just made. I told her I wouldn't be able to hold my hand on it like I was doing if that was the case. She continued to go back and forth with me as if I were causing problems. Instead of arguing with her I told her I wanted a refund. She gladly agreed. They didn't know how to transfer it back to my card so she gave me cash. Not only did I receive cold food I also got horrible service. I attempted to reach jack in box corporation but I grew tired of the endless dead ends when trying to reach someone. The fact that I'm even giving one star is charitable. I'm usually a patient guy but this visit really pissed me off. My boss gave me an hour and a half for break. By the time I was finally out of the drive thru line (there were only 4 cars in it btw) an hour passed. An hour just sitting there was by far the most stupid way to waste my time. I usually like everything I get from Jack in the box. The burgers, fries, oreo shake, and egg rolls are really good. BUT do not get the mozzarella sticks!!!! That is not really mozzarella in them and they are just not good. Try using real cheese and it would make them 10 times better. read more

This is my near the office and I need a fix of monster taco Jack in the Box location. My last trip is very typical of the other ones (wow, I tried to count and wow, I really go here way more than I've checked in). The place is kept clean and the landscaping is well maintained. The menu board is somewhat ragged and continues to get worse and with the volume this store does, it would seem they could maintain it a bit better, It looks like they went down the street to the big box hardware store to make some expedient fixes on it. The service is always top notch and FAST. In the past, it was a little hard to understand some of the order takers' accents over the speaker, but over the past year, this issue has gone away. The pick up window service was great this last visit as always. They treat you with respect and make you feel very appreciated. Lots of smiles and friendliness. They suggest condiments and take care of whatever you ask, which this time was a request for an extra dressing (I love their Ranch dressing). The food packaging and quality is always one of the best of the Jack in the Boxes I frequent. The last trip was no exception. I really enjoy the larger lemon wedges for my iced tea. This last trip, it was my chicken salad and tea. The salad was very fresh and the chicken breast was very tasty. read more

Did not meet my expectations. As an out of towner, we try and eat at a staple restaurant for the town we're in. I will say the customer service was great. The food, however, did take longer than expected for a fast food restaurant. The bread was dry, maybe had been sitting out for a while. The soda was flat. My chicken was a bit over cooked like it had been fried twice. The only reason I'm giving this location 2 stars is because of the customer service. I ordered egg rolls. When I got to the window to pay, I asked the young man for soy sauce. He takes my money and later hand me the bag. It contained sweet and sour sauce. I had to get his attention to ask for the right sauce. He shuts the window and pretends to look for it. He then says they are out. I'm sure he knew ahead of that question that they didn't have any. Came here before I went to work today and order 4 tacos and small curly fries. My curly fries were ok and my tacos were too too greasy didn't when finish them because they were greasy. Customer service was great even asked if I need condiments...thats really a big deal to me because no one seems to ask that anymore. The food quality is what you would expect of any Jack. (a guilty indulgence) The only issue I have with this location (and other nearby Jack locations) is that they advertise as having a 24-hour drive-through, but they really do not operate around the clock. On at least 3 occasions in May 2021, I've visited their location early (once around 5 a.m, another time around 5:30 a.m., and another time around 6:45a.m.) The restaurant had all their signage/lights on to appear to be open, but the doors were locked, no one answered the drive-through and when I pulled through to the drive-thru window, if anyone was there, they were hidden and sleeping on their shift. This problem has been noted in older Yelp reviews too. Apparently, absentee management doesn't adequately oversee the "graveyard shift" here. And this appears to be a chronic problem at this location. If you in the neighborhood, and are looking for an "early-bird" breakfast, you may not wish to go out of your way to try this place. Other nearby options include McDonalds, and 2 wonderful, locally owned donut shops (Shins, Olympia). -- Those guys show up for breakfast. read more

So this review is based on considering that this is a FAST FOOD CHAIN and not fine dining or somewhere you are paying $20 per person. It's cheap food done fast and compared to tons of drive thru restaurants I have been to this one is great. The inside is very clean, the staff is friendly and my food was fresh and tasted great (based on comparing to other drive thru spots). The presentation of the food was also elevated and made you want to dig in right away. Not to mention they have a freestyle Coke machine that automatically bumps up any reviews a star! Wow! This location is great and the employees are always so friendly. I dropped my wallet while going through the drive-through at one of the employees literally held my door open so I could get my card. I literally wanted to give her a tip. It's the small things that make you come back to places like these especially fast food places. I can't quite remember her name but I remember thinking wow I can't wait to make a yelp review. The breakfast was quick and hot and my order was correct! I surely will be coming back here, being that this is really close to my job and it's superquick for a rushed morning. I went into this Jack-In-The Box, on a Wednesday Night. It was dark out, no lights on in the parking lot. I walked in and there are no booths anymore and very smarten of any photos on the wall. Some interior lights were out or different shades of white. My wife and I ordered two Ultimate Cheeseburgers, and Curly Fries. We got the food, the burgers were cold and dry and tasteless, the Curly fries were a mixture of regular fries and Curly fries. There were no napkins or condiments out and the place was filthy.
