I'm confused as to some of the negative reviews for this location. I came through this afternoon on my way out of town. I pulled up to the drive through, we greeted immediately, placed my order, and pulled up to the window. The woman at the window was utterly delightful and friendly, confirmed my order, and took payment. A different, but equally delightful woman handed me the order - hot, freshly cooked and an ice-cold drink! The food was great, the service was efficient AND friendly, and I was back in the road in no time. Because of this, I'll probably stop in again the next time I come through town! I went to dine in on Sunday at noon around 5:45 when one of the managers at this location started yelling at one of the employee that had just came in and started her shift and threat to fight her and had very unacceptable behavior and very rude attitude she was a black female with glasses I don't understand how you can accept this type of harassment never coming back again and I hope something is done and that employee doesn't stay quit about it read more

I haven't been to a Jack in the Box in more than 13 yrs. We tried to go to the Jack in the Box in the Cherrydale area but decided to leave after no one came to the front counter take our order. But we should've known it was going to be odd because the entry door had busted glass in it. We decided to come this JitB off Pleasantburg Drive. The service was quick. The restroom was cleanly. The dining room didn't have working AC although they had ceiling fans just blowing hot air. The food was hot as I remember when it's served. Portions seemed to be reduced compared to what I remember from when they first opened in my home town area. All the portions were smaller than what they used to be, including the fries. They gave us our food in bags instead of being on a tray even though we were eating inside. So that was odd to me because I remember it being different. I had hoped to have a decent late lunch. It was okay but they need to bring the clown head type of JitB back because this was a miss. Honestly I was trying to make a good memory with my young family members but I think I'll cherish the memories I have because they only wanted churros lol read more

I don't understand the hours of this location, drive through window says drive through opens at 8:00am, and dining room opens at 10:00am, yet they have a huge sign that says it's open 24 hours, which is not true because at 8:06am, the drive through was still closed. This manager needs to be fired and the owner of this franchise needs to be talked to by someone from corporate. When a restaurant serves breakfast, they should be open much earlier. read more

I don't live in Greenville, so for the one or two visits I'm able to make, I always make my way to JITB! On this recent visit to the N. Pleasantburg store on 12/7, the restaurant was very clean and orderly. The counter staff was very friendly and patient as our family made our order. The food came out fast and was good, as expected. The food was great, service fast and price reasonable. You can't get any better for fast food.? I was kinda worried when I saw the drive through only one lane and I couldn't bail out if things took too long. I saw all the bad reviews but had to give credit where it's due. This place used to be really good. When they first opened, it was a convenient spot to grab a quick bite with my family. The staff has changed and it is no longer the go to place it once was for us. It has become a weird magnet of sorts. The staff don't seem to be able to complete even simple orders without errors and this has become so bad that I would never contemplate a drive through order without auditing every single item before pulling off. I contrast this to the staff of yore that actually recognized my voice at the drive through and would offer to complete our orders based on past performance. Now, it's a mess. Back to the weird magnet -- The last few times I've been, there have been some odd people collected there doing things I don't quite understand. It no longer feels like a safe place to be. I will no longer take my kids there. Something has gone wrong. I have no idea why they have employees / former employees sobbing and creating scenes at the counter, but there has been some drama each of the last few times I've been there. Despite my normal willingness to tolerate a lot of odd stuff in the pursuit of cheap eats, I've decided to avoid this location until I can tell something has changed. read more

Got the drive thru for lunch today. There was one truck in from of me, and it took forever for them to take their order, after that, it went smoothly. Maybe a shift change?, lol. Long day of work and had to head out for a 2 hour drive so needed something quick. Stopped by at 7:15 and ordered a #10 spicy chicken combo. They told me to pull and wait on the side and they would Bring the order out. 10 mins go by and I go inside to wait, it finally comes out. The sandwich was cold And the fries were super hard. I ordered a Homestlye ranch chicken club combo from this Jack in the box through Postmates and boy did I hit a Jackpot.When I opened the box of the HRCC sandwich it was like nothing i've seen from a fast food restaurant...the sandwich was wrapped nicely and resembled the photo that made me want the sandwich in the first place.When I took a bite the sandwich wasn't cold despite being delivered,The sandwich was not a sloppy mess; it had the right amount of ranch,the chicken was crispy without being overly greasy,and the curly fries were on point with no ketchup needed,and as far as the drink...well it was water.For such a mediocre rating this particular location actually has potential!!!Thank you Jack in the box for actually putting in the effort this time!!! read more

I don't have Jack in the Box in my hometown, so I was pretty excited to try it here. I got a burger the first time, which I wasn't impressed with, but I'm not a big burger person to begin with. I'm not a fan of their milkshakes either (and I'm a huge milkshake person), because they're really, really thick and not in a good way. I like their chicken nuggets, curly fries, and egg rolls. I'm a night owl, so I love that they're open 24/7. Super convenient and I've always received the right order. However, I will say (as everyone else has) that drive-thru service is extremely, extremely slow. I've been here several times and I've never had quick service. I know that when I come here and expect it, however, if you need fast service, this isn't the location for you. If it's a close location for you and you're patient, it's fine. Also, I will say I came by one night and they were only serving fried foods because they didn't have a chef. It wasn't an issue for me, but it could be for others. read more

I'm so sick of this place giving me the wrong things for my order! I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese and large curly fries with a cola ended up with a teriyaki bowl! Wow. I've never had a worse experience in my life. Waited for 20 minutes only to be told when we got to the speaker to move forward and say our order at the window. Unfortunately for us there were 5 cars in front of us and 2 behind us. We were stuck in cue for another 25 minutes before we could even order even though we wanted to leave. WTF are the owners of this place doing. If you hire trash employees you get a trash product.
