Ever want real Mexican food? This isn't your typical Mexican restaurant that serves half Americanized and half real Mexican. This place is the legit kind...the kind that serves beef brains and tongue on their tacos. Of course they also have steak and pork for the less adventurous, but nevertheless, still delicious. They have salsa, lime, onions, cilantro, and slaw on the table for your preferred do-it-yourself toppings. I like it with onions, cilantro, and a bunch of lime. This gives it a nice balance from the saltiness of the meat, the sweetness of the onions, the freshness of the cilantro, and to tie it all together, a hot corn tortilla. Cheap, good food. What's there not to love.

Next time indeed will post pictures, or will try. Truly the aromatic scents of the Chicken Shawarma will capture your senses when you walk in the door of this wonderful merchant. Although I do have an image of my grocery haul while I was there. Bonus there is a Butcher with fresh meat selection if that is your fancy. There is also Lamb and Goat and it is Halal! Service is very professional. The ambiance is that of a locally owned small market. However, there are plenty of international options and fresh produce! An example, my pasta is from both Turkey and France! Do give them a try.

You pay at the register up front. They don't have a dining area. It was very reasonably priced ($10 and change), which is a steal for the portions that they give you. When I got back to my office and opened the box I was shocked at the size of the chicken shawarma, it was a little smaller than a burrito from chipotle. They also give you a good portion of fries, basically filling up the whole to go box. They put some type of seasoning on the fries that is very good, and the sauces and spices they use on the chicken shawarma were amazing. Don't let the location and first impression fool you, the food is amazing. Everything was hot and fresh. The lady that was preparing the food was very kind and polite, and helped me figure everything out since it was my first time eating here. I will definitely be back.

I initially went there and was really impressed by the store. Sadly, I've had to return food there…read moretwice. The second time, that will be the last. I will not return to the store. I walked around the store and bought things on sale. Sadly, the sale prices that are posted is not how things ring up. The other problem, I bought a smoked chicken a whole chicken. I was very excited to get home and eat it. It wasn't fully cooked. I didn't realize and ate a chicken wing. I also bought a piece of cooked salmon. I'm not sure if it was the salmon or the chicken but all of a sudden I was so incredibly nauseous! Then I looked for my receipt. I had no memory of the cashier giving me a receipt. I looked through all my bags. I looked in my purse. I looked in my wallet. No receipt. Oh and I bought a bottle of evolution. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Opened it up when I got home and it was bitter, which meant it was going bad already. And I went directly from the store home so it didn't sit in my car and get warm. Since I didn't have a receipt and I felt I was overcharged... The charge of my credit card wasn't what I thought I had paid... I returned everything to the store. They were able to download my receipt. They did give me a complete credit for everything I bought. But there was something I went back and bought. Simple syrup mixers for alcoholic drinks. They were on sale for $2.99 and usually $4.35 or $4.50. My original purchase I had bought five. That's definitely a good deal and I use this product all the time. After returning everything, I went back to the shelves and grabbed two bottles of simple syrup. When I went to pay, here's a surprise: they rang up at full price. As I walked into the store, and as I walked out of the store, I kept telling people to check their receipts. It's very common for grocery stores to have sale prices posted, but not update their computer system and if you're not paying attention, you do not get the sale price. Well, sadly, I guess this is what this chain does. I hope the people who run this chain read my review. I hope they check how they cook their chickens in store and sell them as fully cooked. I know Costco and all the other grocery store chains do not sell undercooked hot chickens. Someone's not doing their job or they don't have their thermometers working. Very sad.

Nobody smiling and lifeless. I drive by this place about 4 time a day and I absolutely refused to do business here from this experience. After many years, I gave this place another try. To my surprise it was a night and day difference from the first time I walked through the doors. A young lady at the entrance greeting you with a some samples and a big smile. Walked passed the bakery section and heard a very loud "how are you doing today". I almost passed out from someone actually speaking to me. I was in shock. This isn't the same place I visited when it first opened. I look around and see employees smiling and wanting to be there. In the distance I heard laughing coming from the deli and meat department. When I walked up, I was immediately greeted with a smile and asked if I needed any help. They were still in tears laughing by the way which was a nice feeling. So in a nut shell, this is what I think about Sprouts now. Great selection of products. The people are very nice. The Manager's Specials they have are amazing. I saw they had Rotisserie chicken for $.99 and some ham at the deli for $.50/lb. I'm a customer for life now and when I'm done shopping I go next door to Kairo's for a bite to eat.

However last night theses four went above and beyond . My wife and I got there at 9:40 had almost 2 buggies full of groceries but we needed to call a Uber driver to get it home . My phone lost power with no USB to charge it or a charger. I asked one of rhe employee do yiu have an android charger . She said me see if I can find one . She came back with one I could use and I used the recharging room to see how much charge I could get . Managed to seem to get an Uber driver and just before I got it secured my phone cut off . So they canceled the Uber. I didn't know for sure so we were waiting outside 15 minutes later still no Uber. 4 employees came out after closing up . Braylon the security guard , Lydia Ashley who got the charger first for me and her mom Jessie they said do you have someone coming . I told her my situation she said yiu can use my car to charge your phone. So we sat and waited for my phone to charge and talked till I got at least 8 percent took and had to order a new Uber driver . 21 minutes away . So they sat with us till our ride arrived and I insisted to stay till we were in the vehicle . We thanked them several.times . They deserve a special attention from those who are their superiors. You don't find that at Walmart, food lion , ingles . This is why we shop at Sprouts . Thank you again so much you all are a blessing and will never forget your hospitality. They also cater to the semi-prepared, frozen meals (as in minimal cooking required) selections but do have good organic fresh meats as well as an excellent fresh produce department. This is the kind of store where you could do all of your shopping, but many come here for certain items. Also, did I mention the affordable wine (Charles Shaw, aka "Two Buck Chuck")? But it's not $2 anymore, still a good deal. Customer service is ample, helpful and fun/upbeat. Ring the bell for recognition of excellent service. Ambiance is casual, but "fresh" with a lot of items and specialty items in a smaller space. They do this by mostly carrying only their own store brands, which are typically unique and higher end of quality and value.

Next, the potato chips alone are reason enough to go there. What's so special about plain potato chips? Well, if you don't know, then you just haven't tried them yet. Some of my other favorites are the sun dried tomatoes in oil and fresh flour tortillas. My daughter loves the section of dried fruits, especially the mangos.
