Jack in the Box - The ultimate breakfast sandwhich - Fast Food Near Me - Cuba, Missouri

Burgers were fresh and good, even if they skimped on the onions. Fries were a little old, but not awful. The soda fountain was out of almost everything, which sucks when you don't drink soda and it's all they have. Lobby was clean, and well maintained. Had to ask for lids for our drinks. Staff was friendly even if a little standoffish. And our meal was immediately put into to go bags. Never asked if it was for here or to go. Just assumed it was to go. read more

The person that took my order was polite and efficient. However, my burger was cold and there no napkins in the bag. I thought that Jack in the Box made food to order but from the condition of my burger I doubt it. read more

Staff was nice! Cruising through the area for a road trip and had not had Jack in the box for a long time... Stopped in and ordered something I was super excited about. The brunch fest item of chicken bacon egg and cheese sandwich on English muffin... However when I got my food it was the chicken club sandwich...in other words no English muffin and no egg ...it was on a bun and had ranch. No big deal I guess... however I think I got someone else's order... I informed the nice lady that took my order (Nancy) whom should be commended for doing a great job. Fries and food was hot and came out quickly...so not a terrible experience. If in the area again...we might give them a chance. Respectfully, Bryan Oklahoma City read more

We stopped by Jack-in-the-Box and ordered some food through drive-through first of all. It looks like it was closed all the lights were out and it was only 8 o'clock then. When we ask one of the workers he acted like he did not want to serve us like they was hiding at work, so we finally got it ordered and when we finally got the food, there was hardly no sauce on the tacos. The sourdough Jack was dry and cold. This was Jack in the Box in Cuba by the way read more

Friendly and enthusiastic service for this drive-thru dinner order kicked it up from an ordinary visit. Staff checked all boxes for a quick, easy, and accurate transaction-- even overlooking my error and adding to my order without complaint at the window. read more

I don't know what it is but in my opinion since this whole frickin pandemic the quality of fast food service has taken a GIANT STEAMING PILE OF SHIT on the consumer.... This is the 2nd " j & the b's " I've been to where quality control doesn't exist. Fer fuxxx sake one of the customers had a jumbo jack with no hamburger patty, and buck 29 tacos weren't exactly fresh. So now that's it. No more jack read more

Food is typical, but this place needs help. The longest wait times in the drive thru. Idk if it's worker shortage or poor management, but something needs to change. They also need to start picking up trash around their restaurant. Waiting 30 min in line is too much, especially while your watching 3 working take a nice long smoke break while the drive thru is PACKED! Annoying read more

There's been an improvement since my first visit. It's been cleaner and service has been better. But I still don't like the kiosk or the seating. read more

We took a group of 22 and they handled everything great! Good job and the food was good too.

My friend Angela and visited our local Jack in the Box a few weeks ago after an evening at our local watering hole. It was going on 2 am and we were starving. After Sitting at the driver's speaker for quite some while with no response Angela yelled are you in there. The young girl on the speaker said I'm sorry we are closed we're getting ready to mop our floors. I thought , bad time to be getting ready to do the floors. This hasnt been the 1st time the crew at JIB has fallen short of par imo. read more

Always forget mayo on my sandwich's. Service was fast and friendly. Went through drive-through.

Service was very good, all of our food came out perfect and they even put it in separate bags for the different orders!

I had to make a trip from St. Louis to Rolla and back in one day...that's four hours in the car, and I was crabby. I was also hungry, so I pulled into the Drive-Thru at Jack-in-the-Box in Cuba. I expected a run-of-the-mill Jack-in-the-Box - nothing special. However, when I pulled up to the speaker, I was greated in such a fun and positive way by "Motorcycle Mike" who asked how he could be of service. He continued to be very upbeat, helpful and funny during the entire transaction. What could have been just a dull pull-off to an already long trip turned into a positive experience (at a drive-thru!), and put a smile on my face for miles to come! read more

I was taking some food to a church event, so I ordered 120 tacos and they had them ready and packed neatly in a box within 10-15 minutes after ordering and the staff was really nice too. read more

Got here at 9:00 pm. Drive told us closed. All the help quit and walked out. What a deal !!!

Food: Average quality fast food items. Prices: Typical fast food prices. Service: Mixed. Some staff were very friendly and helpful, others seemed clueless. Order fulfillment was slow. Location: Conveniently located off the highway, but dining room floor was mucky, the bathroom could have been cleaner and there were copious house flies. read more

Small Jack in the Box that is understaffed or staffed with employees that don't care. It took a while to get our order taken and I got a clear view of the kitchen with dirty floors. I should have left then but we were in a hurry and had already waited to order. Our food came in a to go bag even though we asked for here...apparently they ran out of liners for their trays. We had no forks for our meal (that clearly required them) and had to wait to even ask as the cashier had disappeared and the kitchen staff avoided my gaze. Will not be back. read more

Worst excuse for a jack in the box. Frustrating have to dine in in order to get a warm sandwich and the correct order. Over and over again the quality of this location disappoints. read more

I ordered two breakfast burritos from here and when I got them they were cold wont go back to this location ever again I expect my food to be hot when I get it read more

This place is the WORST literally!!! Such rude employees and they don't speak loud enough into the speaker and when you ask them to speak up they snap at you!!! Lol fast food workers! Since this is the only jack in the box in the area I will return but I won't stand for this behavior, I will get someone fired next time!! I've never been so disrespected on numerous occasions by different employees in the same location before read more

Stopped for breakfast order and was charged twice to bank account. Called store and would not change. No concern and don't care.

I always look forward to stopping at Jack in the Box in Cuba on my way from Springfield to St. Louis. This is the only one remotely close to the Springfield area. The last two times I have stopped here I was so disappointed. The food was good but the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant took away from the food. I felt like I wanted to scarf down my food and get out of there. There were flies buzzing around the tables and overflowing trash cans. None of the tables had been wiped down and the glass doors had greasy smears and handprints all over them. The staff acted like I was bothering them. If you love Jack in the Box.... skip the dine in option and go through the drive through in Cuba.. otherwise just keep on driving by. **Given 2 stars just for the food. The experience was a 1 star.** read more

This Jack in the Box is very frustrating. The employees are rude. The food is good, but the disrespect is unreal. This has been on 3 different occasions. And their lobby closes at 10, which is also frustrating. read more

The place obviously managed by the invisible man/woman. Never a good idea to leave the care of your restaurant in the hands of min wage folks. Stood in line at register for 10 min. No service. See ya read more

I always stop at this Jack in the Box on my way to or from St. Louis. The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and enthusiastic. They always greet me with such a positive attitude in the drive thru and they are always fast. They get me back on the highway in record time and I always appreciate that! Don't forget to get curly fries! I wish we had Jack in the Box in SW MO. read more

We don't have a Jack In The Box in Northwest Arkansas, so I always stop at this one on my way to Louisville, KY. When I went through the drive thru, this young lady was so friendly. When I got to the window she was so cheerful, and it really impressed me. Her name is Hannah and on my way back I made a point when I stopped to let the Manager know. She is such an asset to this Jack In The Box. read more

This was the worst food the burger taste like rubber the raspberry iced tea is undrinkable

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely filthy. Every trash can was overflowing, trash on all of the tables, employees coughing over all of the food, and the floors were sticky. Made you feel like you needed a shower after being in there. Last but not least, the food was disgusting. Tasted like a frozen patty heated up in a microwave and slapped on a bun. Just the worst jack in the box I have ever been to. The health department would have failed them if they showed up. read more

We passed through here while traveling and were not disappointed. The food was good, the service was even better. Beth was a sweetheart and brought our food to our table for us. She was very patient and kind. It's refreshing to find another person enjoying their job and happy to pass on a smile to her customers. Thanks so much Beth! read more

Not hard to screw up a one item order, but this place did.

Always good..do you want extra sauce, never a problem.and for the most part food is hot..one time we went there and they got so swamped...they closed the dining room for a half a hour so they could clean it up drive through was kept open... I don't know about you but I personally appreciate things like the...I will say this though..Jack in the Box use to always be the go to...but they r starting to get a little bit pricey..since I can go to a nicer Type of a restaurant and spend the same amount...what happened to the jumbo jack on the dollar menu...it kept people coming..and they would order a lot mor sides and tacos...we think it was a big mistake to take it off the dollar menu... read more
