I believe all fast food locations are super short staffed these days. With that being said, I can't really complain about the wait time at this location. Everytime we've stopped in, it's expected we'll be waiting over 10 minutes. But as far as food goes, it's hot everytime. It's fast food, so again, no gourmet expectations. I went to this Jack in the Box this morning to get some breakfast for my family and these workers have absolutely no care about the people they're assisting, or for the food they preparing for the people who are still coming to this place even with the inflation prices being at what they are. If we're going to get robbed everytime we eat there can you at least be kind? My terrible experience here (and it surely was not my first) started with me being rushed to place my order at the talk box, and when I got to the window the employee wouldn't even look at me or make any eye contact (like I was just another number) then practically threw my food at me, no thank you, no have a nice day, no NOTHING! The experience is reminiscent of a prison cafeteria food line like you see in movies. This new generation of teenage working class kids lack morals, values, respect, integrity, and decency. Reward your workers for their service and not their speed, and you may actually see an increase in your revenue from return customers. It appears that all you're concerned with is trying to increase the speed at which cars get through the line thinking you're making more orders faster this way, equaling more income per day.. WRONG! You don't get nearly enough traffic at this Jack in the Box for that to even be feasible. I wonder why Shit service from shit training, and shit upbringing of this new generation. We went to jack in the box like about 15 mins ago which we live right by so we always go there. Today we had a pretty big order. so as I was eating, taking pretty much my last bite I I feel something in my mouth, it was a long piece of hair so my girlfriend calls right away to inform them of what the situation is and all Margarita (the night manager so she says) is I can only compensate you for only the sandwich.. wow really.. she says i need the food and the receipt to give a refund. I went to this establishment just an hour ago me and my husband walked to the intercom to give our order because it is past midnight two cars had passed us up before we decided to go to the window the guy at the window gave us an attitude but took our order anyway he then forgot to give us an item we ordered and he told me to check my receipt he then realized that he DID forget our burger his name is Carlos and he was treating us degrading as if we were bums because we walked up but we just live up the street I will never come to this establishment again if the manager would watch the video she/he will see exactly what I was talking about we did not get rude with him until after he kept getting rude with us so Carlos I'm sorry that that is your profession but if you can't deal with the people then get a different one. read more

Well first of all, manager = RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!! I never ever Yelp negatively. And I've been in customer service for years so I'm usually pretty understanding. But the staff here is extremely rude. And their manger, she has a HUGE attitude. I'm never disrespectful. So there's no need to be rude to me. If I could give zero stars I would. And to top it off my order was wrong. half the food was cold. My chicken sandwich was soggy. And when I told the manager that it was wrong all she said was "they said they made it right so your order is right" and closed the window on me. And To top it off, I had to pay for all my friends food over $30 worth in the drive thru because they refused to do 2 separate transactions for one car. I didn't do 3 or 4 or 5 separate transactions, I asked for 2.... so I ended up having to pay for everyone's food. Idk if they were concerned about their drive time but that's never been a rule anywhere I worked. And other jack in the box locations have done it for me before. From now on I'm going to Taco Bell down the street just to avoid this completely terrible service and rudeness. read more

Not only did she forget half my order, but she literally crammed all my food in one bag cause it all to smash. Then at the window she tried having me drive off without my drinks. Then didn't even put on Carmel on the new Oreo salted Carmel milkshake & got mad when I asked her to put some on. I almost pulled her ass out the window. I'm actually taking the time to write a review because hopefully someone with some sort of authority at this location will try and fix the MANY problems that this store has. First off the people that work here (nights mostly) are RUDE!! We live nearby and come to this location often because of the convenience. My order is almost ALWAYS messed up somehow, either missing food all together or not made as requested. The Milkshake machine NEVER works or so they say it doesn't, always given the excuse that it's "down" or "being cleaned", no matter what time it is it is never available. I've been when they couldn't even give me a cup of water or ANYTHING to drink because the "machine was down", but when I went inside (to correct another problem) I saw that the dining room machine was working but they put a sign on it and she told me that it was to keep the homeless people from getting water!!! How freaking rude and unprofessional is that? So instead of walking over to the dining room to SELL me a drink she would rather Jack in the Box lose out on money? And also I thought it was insensitive to tell me about the "homeless people". I've been homeless and know what it's like to just want a cup of water. Which every establishment SHOULD offer no matter your race, income level, gender, etc! Besides what I have stated the other problems I've experienced here are some of the same problems I have read from other reviewers. I too have many times not gotten my receipt. I've also been treated poorly because if something isn't made correct or missing I do complain and then I get treated like crap for it. It's not MY FAULT these employees can't do their jobs! Don't get mad at me for trying to fix what I've PAID FOR! They don't like to correct anything, and if they do it's a HUGE ordeal. The manager also NEVER returns calls or answers. My chicken sourdough was rubbery meaning they keep the chicken in the storage containers for too long longer than food is suppose to be kept. How do I know? I worked for Jack in the box .... I went through their drive through this morning, only vehicle there was mine. I ordered breakfast and coffee. The girl was pleasant however when I got the sugars for my coffee there was one regular and one splenda. When I asked for another regular sugar she informed me that they didn't have anymore.... The wait for my food took about five minutes, the hash browns were so greasy that they stick to the wax paper and I was not given any napkins....
