I really don't like leaving less than glowing reviews, especially for businesses in our town that I want to support. When this Jack in the Box first opened, it was honestly a five star experience. Unfortunately, over time I've seen a noticeable decline, mainly in cleanliness and a bit in customer service. The last 4/5 times I've chosen to eat inside, every single table has been dirty. I've had to grab napkins and water from the bathroom just to clean my own table before sitting down. The windows are covered in greasy fingerprints, clearly from little kids, and the floors under the booths are visibly filthy. This is not a one time issue, it has been consistent over multiple visits. To be fair, I have not experienced the order issues that other reviewers mention. My food has always been correct, and the food still tastes good for fast food, especially for takeout. I will continue to come back because I do like the food and want to support this location. That said, cleanliness really matters to me, and customers should not have to clean their own tables. I truly hope management sees the feedback and makes improvements, because this place has the potential to get back to the great experience it had when it first opened. read more

They usually always do a good job. The lady at the window was nice. Our French fries were hot and my spicy chicken sandwich was great. My sister ordered a regular chicken sandwich with nothing but the chicken and the bun. That made her sandwich with mayonnaise and lettuce. She was disappointed so we when back. They fixed the order and gave us one of their chocolate cakes! I recommend going here!! They have a drive through and indoor seating. It's usually clean. read more

Probably won't come back This was the first time I have came to this jack in the box. I went inside and ordered a munchie meal and tiny churros. The kitchen is open from where you order and I watched a man make my burger with his bare hands no gloves I didn't eat the burger . The food was amazing as always, but it took 40min to get our food inside. The staff was amazing, special thanks to Johnathon and the blond girl because they were so sweet and was working with us to get our order but it's the cook who's an older woman who was so extremely rude to the employees. She was upset with the blonde girl for telling her we were waiting for our burgers and she snapped back with a "I've already made the burgers" and then resumed to say it was our problem for having to wait for our food that long. They frequently are out of what you want. I don't go very often but almost every time I have, they are out of something. Today I ordered a twisted soda and chicken strips. They didn't know they were out of the twisted soda until I got to the window. Then thy asked what kind of dip and I asked for 3 sweet and sour. They had 2. That parts no big deal, but it adds up. The last time I went there I ordered on the mobile app and they said they never got my order after 30 minutes they said they had received my order but would not cancel and refund my money, I got nothing. Not a fan. They no longer have anyone taking your order at the counter and expect you to order from a kiosk which is lots of fun when you have kids who are picky eaters and leaves lots of room for you to make a mistake. Next if you dine in your wait time is significantly longer as they prioritize drive thru orders over dine in. I eat there weekly while I do laundry and have started a timer after my order goes in and my average wait time is 10-15 minutes. Not bad but not great. I just ordered 18 wings and a shake to be delivered by DoorDash. Someone called and said she had no wings. Would I like some chicken strips or nuggets. I said strips would be fine. The worst Jack's ever! 1st visit (grand opening), it took 20 minutes to get my order through the drive through. 2nd visit with my husband, he got a soggy fried chicken sandwich instead of the chicken wrap (special promotion) that he ordered. 3rd visit (today), 5 cars ahead of me and myself sat in line for 20 minutes- no movement whatsoever! Finally, after car #1 got their order, the other 4 cars drove away. I pulled up to the window, it was closed and dark. I ordered Egg Rolls from them this afternoon. After getting an "after taste" in my mouth, I looked up the ingredients and I was horrified. Just want to put it out there that me and some friends including one of there little sisters who is 13 all went in the drive thru last night at 1:13 about and the night manager I believe her name is Yolanda was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we pulled up we asked for a minute so we can order then when we asked to order we was ignored 3 times and when she finally answered we were cussed at and had the cops called on us. When we pulled forward this same manager came out to the parking lot and continued to cuss at us and make extremely rude comment about our parents. She is also an employee of the business I work for and threatened to call my boss to get me fired. I do not believe this woman should have any right to be a manager or even work at this location.
