Finding a barber is hard, but finding a good barber is extremely hard. Finding someone who can repeatedly give you exactly what you're looking for every single time is rare, and that is why I'm giving this place 5 stars. The Pro: I always go to Max, and he is incredible. He always makes time for me, and I never have to worry about how my hair is going to turn out. It's actually crazy--it looks exactly like the photos I show him every single time. He's a true professional who knows his craft. The Value: If I were rating the studio's pricing alone, it would probably be a 3 or a 4. A normal haircut here is about $90, which is undeniably expensive. I know the barbers rent their individual booths and don't set those studio prices, but $90 is a lot for a standard cut. Final Verdict: Even though the price is steep, Max does such a great job that I don't mind paying to see him. I'd follow him anywhere just to cut out the middleman, but as long as he's here, it's worth the investment for a perfect cut. read more

I've taken my son for a couple of haircuts and Tyler has done a great job both times. The team is welcoming and the overall experience was solid from booking through the haircut itself. Tyler listened to what we were looking for and delivered. My son's hair not only looked great directly after, it grew out nicely. The shop itself is modern and located within/near The Camp. He's incredible at taking into consideration the small changes I ask for with curtain bangs or growing out length or adding more face framing. The haircut has zero depth, no shape, and none of the basic fundamentals done correctly. The sides weren't faded or blended at all, the sideburns weren't aligned or even trimmed, and it looked nothing like what I asked for. This wasn't a stylistic choice -- it was sloppy. On top of that, he barely spoke to me the entire appointment and came off as egotistical and uninterested, as if the result didn't matter. For $84, I expect precision, communication, and professionalism. Instead, it felt rushed, careless, and lazy. Legitimately love both the salon and the products. There are so many completely bogus men's hair and wellness products on the market so I have been through it. Everything here is approved by my fiancee which is a high bar. Everything also smells and works better than anything else I've used. I have long fine hair and the hair clay holds all day but actually feels like clay, not like glue. The deodorants are clean ingredients and a bit pricey but they last way longer than any other invisible solid sticks I've used. Just got my first haircut here after finding out they aren't just products and they have a salon near me. Went in for a lymphatic drainage facial at the end of December and not a day goes by that I don't deeply regret it. My skin barrier is completely destroyed from the products that they used (like 4 to 5 different products were used on my face which is overkill) during my massage. The products were tingling and burning a little bit, and I asked the facialist if she's ever had anybody break out from their products and she said no. They claimed that all of their products are made in house, they should truly warn everyone that they are not suitable for all skin . I've always had very clear skin and my entire face has been covered in bumps for weeks now it's been nearly a month and I'm still suffering daily. read more
