Found our new spot! So took my son to another shop this afternoon and they unfortunately did a terrible job on my son's fade. My wife called Dapper Don's to see their availability for an emergency fix. Over the phone they were very understanding, they responded "just bring him in and we will fix him up" Once we got there Happy and Bubba went above and beyond to help clean him up. They took us right away and made my boy feel reassured he wasn't going to be getting a hack job. Thankful for their professionalism and kindness! He's open to tweaks and checks with you before finishing the taper, which I really appreciate. Stopped in last minute and had a haircut by Zach with a trim on the beard as well. The spot is tucked in the corner of this little shopping center right off the 55 freeway. I called ahead and walked in 15 minutes later. When i got there i was sat down in my chair within 60 seconds. I love it when things run smooth like that. Zach was easy to chat with and asked what exactly i wanted done. My beard was about 6 weeks out of control and i dont have much hair on top to work with so i asked for high fade starting with 1 at the bottom and blending to a 2 or 2.5 at the top without taking away any length on top. Zach nailed it. Then we taped the beard from my ears down to my chin, letting it gradually get longer. I don't like my lines to look too clean. I like a natural look, as if i never even got a cut, but just looks clean. I get exactly what i wanted. I even texted Zach the next day and was like "dude, you are my barber going forward" the looks I got at the gym made it worth it 100%. I usually get a cut every 2-3 months.
