My dad took me to buy a Porsche Macan. My dad wanted to come back the next day to buy the car, but the sales person & manager insisted he put the money down tonight because "there was only one Macan left with black exterior and interior". So we signed the lease agreement AND my dad put the $4626 "cash due at delivery" payment down on the car. The money was taken out of my dad's account..Everything was set... The car salesman said the car would be ready for pick up the next afternoon. An hour after we get home, the dealer calls back saying that my dad (who make several times what the cost of the car is per year), didn't qualify for the lease. This is AFTER we'd signed the lease & put $4626 down on the car. On top of it, the car, which was supposedly "only" black/black Macon they had was listed at $56,000 sticker price (i told them I wanted the base model). I just went on Jack Daniels Porsche online inventory, and they had SEVEN other 2017 Porsche Macon's with black interior / black exterior.. The one on my lease agreement happens to be the MOST EXPENSIVE black/black one on the lot.... When I specifically said I just wanted the base package. They have a Black/Black Macon for $48,000 listed on their current inventory online. What a scam. It's also cute that today was the last day of the month... So our deposit will still count as a sale on their inventory books. read more

The worst dealer ever, i had a extended warranty thru them, after year and a half whit the warranty i cancel the warranty the pro rated and send the money back to the dealer but they just dont want to return my money plus every person who i speak to is just curving me so they can keep the money... people be aware they are scammers on the loose. read more

Jermaine offered me a great deal on the car I was looking for, 2016 Q5 Audi, and I have no idea how he got a hold of me, since I was looking to buy and Audi and not Porsche. When it came time to actually buy the car he told me that the car was sold and there are no more 2016 and offered me 2017 for more money, of course. Your regular bait and switch. I emailed dealership managers complaining. Got a note saying to contact John Nunley the director of sales. He promised to call me back first thing in the morning, never did. Then Keith Muravski, same promise -no result. Then talked again to Jermaine, same promise- no result. They are all rude and impatient and they all lie through their teeth. read more

I am 71 years old and NEVER posted a review of any sort. I have been driven to this by the HORRIBLE service provided by their service department. I purchased a new 2017 911 from Jack Daniels and found the experience to be very good. I also purchased a standard service plan at the time of purchase. LAST May I scheduled a standard service several weeks in advance. When I dropped the car off for service I was told it would not be ready for two days because "they were busy." I had an unpleasant conversation with the service manager who told the person I was dealing with to "call someone else and tell them their car won't be ready" so mine could be done as scheduled. I set up this years service and specifically asked for a date were the car could be serviced in one day. The car was picked up Wednesday. I was told Wednesday afternoon the car wouldn't be ready until Thursday. I just received a call that it would now be ready Friday! UNBELIEVABLY BAD service. Buy a car somewhere, anywhere else!!! read more

While ordering and purchasing the car was wonderful. Afterwards having the car, getting the plates before the temp plate expires is another story. My plates expired on Thursday. The receptionist says call your salesman, salesman says call the receptionist.. Neither one has an answer. Ask to speak to the GM, 5 Days later no return call from the GM. Asst Manager passes me off in person because "nothing happened" or is because I am a woman. And in the process of speaking to him takes out his cell phone and looks at it and rolls his eyes me! Oh yes! I was also told all along that someone would call us. NOBODY EVER CALLED! We had to constantly call them. the asst manager says, there was an issue with your Corp Code. We had to call for it. really? I am the business. I own my company. I gave the salesman my CorpCode the day we ordered the car! Never again will I buy/lease a Porsche, or Go to a Jack Daniels dealership if their management operates this way. Absolutely horrible. read more

This dealership has the worst service department for service. I had my flood damaged vehichle towed where they sat on estimatiing it for over a week and when they called me with the estimate they stated they were going to charge me a $100 a day for storage and $300 for what was essentially just the parts list for the car. No mention prior was a storage cost charge i was told it would be $75 to estimate the damage. One of the worst cases of taking advantage of someone caught up in a natural disaster and predatory pricing. I will not purchase a future car from this dealership the sales department is great the service department however is a disaster. read more

Terrible sales experience. Tried to buy a BMW from out of town. We went back and forth a few times and finally reached a deal, documented by email. Sent in my credit card deposit authorization and all documents. The next day, the salesman send me an email stating that the manager did not approve the deal and he tries to re-negotiate. Salesman was "Gursh" and he never told me the deal needed to be approved. In the meantime, I lost the other car that I was considering. read more

This place is a waste of time. Disorganized, unresponsive, weaselly...what can I say that others have not already said. First, you click the button on their website "for special pricing" and the price comes back higher than the car was listed on the Porsche USA site. Let's call that strike one. Then the salesman says there is no room in the price..until he comes back later in the day $1700 cheaper. Next day... " special deal for month end, must sell today, we are really motivated!", so I give him an offer and say "let's get this done today"...no response for two days..I call the sales manager and say " I want a different salesperson" The manager has the SAME guy contact me with a lower price... Strike two...What part of "different" don't you understand? It finally sinks in. Manager says, "I'll have a new person contact you" I say "OK..Let's pick this up on Monday"...no contact Monday....Tuesday... Strike three. Pathetic! Any competent place, we would have had a deal given how close we were in the end. Can't imagine how bad they would be once they have your money. read more

My name is Adam, last Saturday my fiancé and I had the worst experience in our life with a car dealer at Jack Daniels Porsche. We had a E350 Mercedes Benz convertible and we lost it at a car accident one month ago. We have been shopping for a car for the last couple of weeks.We went to different Porsche dealers in NJ and NY. Last Saturday We went to Jack Daniels, we have been helped by Gursh, Gursh was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. He was very patient to go through the inventory and explain the differences between the options in the available cars at the showroom. We selected two cars, we informed Gursh that we received a certain discount at another Porsche dealer and wondered if they can give us the same discount. We did not like the color of the car at the other dealer otherwise we would have bought the car one week ago. Gursh asked for two minutes to check with his manager. After two minutes Gursh came back with Mr. Martin, he introduced himself as the GM of Jack Danieles and basically he asked us to leave since he is not interested in our business. We were shocked !!!! Never seen that in our life!! If you do not like our offer, there is no need to be rude !! I am writing this review for customers who read reviews before visiting showrooms, I hope my review saves you a moment of humiliation in your life. read more
