On Sunday, we said our GOOD-BYES and it was decided we'd seek Filipino cuisine. Jocelyn checked her phone and came up with a restaurant, "FULL HOUSE." So there we went and we had a great dinner. As we walked in, a voice was heard: "WELCOME!" ... choose a table!" We did and in no time, A young man (Zeus) came to us with menus and said we could call him when ready! Well, between Tastic, Neil and Jocelyn, the menu items were selected, and Eros took our order. It was very long before the items began being served to us and we began our mini feast. The restaurant is not very big but it is great. The service is top notch as the Waiters and cooks were very timely. Situated in the "SILVERADO RANCH CENTER", parking is plentiful and the entire area is very nice. Eats: *Appetizer Sampler Trio: lumpia, fried shrimp, fried siumai *Fried Tofu & Pork Belly on top of fresh salad *Oxtail Kare Kare *Bitter Melon Beef *Grilled Bangus Milkfish *Garlic Java Rice & Plain Rice *Flaming Halo Halo dessert OMG the garlic Java rice was so good! We only got a cup of it but I'd totally get more. Very garlic forward with fried bits and it wasn't overly oily like Java rice I'm used to. Their regular order of pork lumpia comes in a Jeepney container but only has four pieces so I ordered the app sampler instead. It arrives with a trio of sauces: aioli, soy vinegar, sweet n sour. Kare kare (oxtail peanut stew) was solid. Delicious with steamed rice. Doesn't overly taste like straight up peanut butter. Grilled fish had all the essence of classic vinegar with extra on the side. Parents liked this. Bitter melon beef was on the salty side. Had to get those greens in. Halo Halo! They shape some shaved ice, ladle on all the sweet beans, jellies, coconut gel (my fave!), jackfruit, sweet corn, etc. before drizzling on condensed and evaporated milks, topping it with ube ice cream, then the square of leche flan with sugar torched to perfection! Can't forget about the crisp pinipig rice which they dye green. Pour on the side of extra evaporated milk after the flame dies down. Big enough for four people to share! The tripe was well-prepared, tender, and didn't overpower the dish at all. The pork sisig was done the traditional way--nice and crispy with lots of porky bits, topped with a fried egg, and served sizzling. The slight heat from the sili gave it just the right kick. We also ordered a sago't gulaman, which came with red gulaman since they were out of the black. Still, it was refreshing and paired really well with the meal. There's a $4 upcharge for lechon belly, but no other pork dishes were offered--no pork adobo, no lechon kawali. If you're charging extra for a premium item, there should at least be other standard pork options included. So instead of 20 dollars it was was $24 per person.  Drinks are not included in the $24 price. Overall, the food quality was mediocre and didn't justify the cost. There's an automatic service charge of 18% for a party of plus an additional 3% credit card fee. We don't mind paying more for good food and a satisfying experience, but this just didn't deliver. When my friends and I went on a saturday night they had a buffet from 6 pm to 10 pm. Along with the buffet was live entertainment. It turned out to be karaoke night with Mike. So much fun! My friend and me ended up placing 2nd and 3rd in the karaoke contest and won gift certificates and even cash prize!
