The first surgery resulted in a sinus perforation and the attempted repair was unsuccessful. This error has required three surgeries in the past year with a new practice. A request for a mild sedative before the last procedure at this office was disregarded and never prescribed. I called and I was told it was unnecessary and they would give me a mild sedative when I arrived. The nurse was rude and dismissive and the last surgery was an awful experience because I was fully aware of everything. A broken tooth was extracted to prep for an implant but it exposed a wisdom tooth that had to be removed by my new surgeon. The entire experience was not only disappointing but also traumatizing. I wish they had told me that they were not comfortable working with a nervous patient. It would have saved me the trauma.

I was in first thing this morning and was on my way an hour later. Getting in to this appointment was quick. I only had to wait one and a half days from the time my dentist called them for my appointment. Everything went smoothly from the pre-appointment confirmation call, the email forms to fill out online, to check in. They quoted my cost up front which I paid in office and they will bill my insurance for the rest. The procedure was done by Dr Burbank. Both him and Sierra were wonderful. Professional, clear, and focused on doing their jobs while keeping my comfort in mind. I went in with some anxiety which wasn't lessened after I heard about how difficult my particular root canal could be. Fortunately they were both able to make me extremely relaxed and completely fix my triple root infection while I lay there listening to my choice of music and it was completely pain free. Even the shots to numb me were not painful. They sent me home with written instructions and explained it as well as answered all my after care questions. I couldn't have felt more at ease and relieved. Thank you!!! If I ever need to get work like this done again or know anyone who needs it, this office will be highly recommended.

I had put off having oral surgery for about ten years because I was terrified of being put under and not knowing what to expect during my recovery. I've had consultations with a couple other surgeons out of state in previous years, and none of them really gave me the confidence I needed to get the surgery done. Dr. Bobst and his staff are so professional and compassionate and do everything to make you feel comfortable and at ease. When I originally went in for my consultation with Dr. Bobst, I knew I was in the right hands. They are honest and provided me with multiple options for my surgery, which no one else ever had. They were also able to get my my final estimate after insurance, prior to my surgery date. The entire procedure was super quick and painless, and it was with IV sedation. When I woke up from surgery, the caring staff had placed a warm blanket on me, it felt as though I had woken up from the best nap ever. No nausea or drowsiness either. I've had very manageable pain during my recovery and I absolutely believe that my smooth recovery all has to do with Dr. Bobst and his highly skilled team.
