This is a fairly cute dog park! I wish the small dog area was slightly bigger as my little frenchie lives to run. But overall it's very clean and well kept. Beware though, parking isn't the greatest. read more

I've been coming to this dog park on and off for the past year mostly because it's close to my place, but the only thing consistent here is the epic amount of dog turds everywhere. The moment you step out of your car there are turds in the parking lot like landmines, and walking to the entrance feels like an obstacle course. Inside the park it's even worse, with poop all over the planter area and the artificial turf. Most owners I see do pick up after their dogs, so I have no idea how it always ends up this filthy, but it does every single time. Today was the last straw. Another owner's Frenchie bit my dog in the face as we were walking in. She didn't apologize or rush over, and I had to physically separate her dog from mine while she just slowly made her way over. Completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this dog park unless you're okay with stepping in dog poop and dealing with irresponsible owners. Easily the dirtiest dog park in Orange County. read more

I live right next to this park and it is very well kept. The one thing I noticed was that all of the owners seem to know their dogs well enough to know if they should or shouldn't be at the dog park. There are two sides, one for small dogs and one for big dogs. Each side is both good in size and space. read more

This is a very tiny dog park located in an apartment complex. We came here because we were meeting friends for beer at Everywhere down the street, and wanted our dogs to be able to play a bit before sitting at the brewery. Parking is pretty much nonexistent, but after circling the complex twice we noticed one of the parking garages said RETAIL PARKING, so we parked in there and walked over. Our friends were running late, so we chatted with the few people in the park while we waited. A very friendly guy overheard me on the phone describing to my friend where to park. He told us that next time we should park in the lot behind the Wells Fargo on the corner of St College and Orangewood, good to know if we come back. I am glad they were late. They parked next to us and a security guard told them nobody was allowed to park in there after 6 PM - there are ZERO signs posted about that - and he was calling a tow truck for our car! We leashed up the dogs and rushed back, the security guy was giving us nasty looks and watched us to make sure we left. He took his job VERY seriously. I read the sign again when we returned and double checked that there was NOTHING posted about being towed after a certain time. I would be open to coming here again before the brewery, especially now that I know where to park. Even though it is small, it is well kept and everybody we encountered, and their dogs, were all nice and well behaved. read more

I love bringing my dog here, the other dog owners are nice and friendly. The park is clean, there is plenty if shadey areas for the dogs to lie down, water fountains, and lots of room. I never have any issues bringing my dog here. I will admit the parking is awful. I'm lucky enough to be able to walk from my apartment. Clean and beautiful! Plenty of stations with doggy trash bags and enough benches to sit while your babies play. Small dog side is closest to Union street but keep walking around and you'll get to the large dog side. Parking is limited but there is a loading zone at the dead end of the street where you can stay for 2hours or less. Went at 9am and it was empty other than one person and her dog. I didn't know this dog park existed, BUT SO HAPPY there's finally one close to my house. Nice and clean park with water fountains and obstacle courses for the dogs! Fake grass and newly planted trees and shrubs around, so no shade here :( that's the only drawback! But I'm sure once the trees grow taller, there will be lots of shady areas. Sooo I wouldn't come here when it's above 75 degrees because the sun hits hard and there's no breeze/wind because of the large complex buildings surrounding it. Your dogs would not like it =( The water fountains also shoot out warm water on hot days, not cold water. There are a couple benches on each of the dog sides (small and large). And also each side has two dog poo bag dispensers (one at each of the two entrances on each side). There isn't much street parking right next to the park if you're coming from State College Blvd to Artisan Ct. But there is a parking lot next to the park, where you can access it from Orangewood and State College Blvd (next to Wells Fargo plaza) that allows you to park right next to the dog park behind the wall. There is an open pedestrian sidewalk to use to get to the dog park next to the locked gate. (BEWARE there are signs in the parking lot that says No Pets Allowed! though) There's a half basketball court and exercising equipment next to the dog park also. And a small open grass area. read more

I enjoy this dog park more than others because it's nice and small but spacious. The only downside is that there is hardly any shade so be sure to come in the morning or really late before it closes. Because it's smack dab in the middle of all the apartments there is no wind that gets through. Also the fountains only bring out hot water during the summer time. Parking is non existent but there are usually spaces that free up either in the morning or really late. People are usually really respectful and it's a nice community type of park as nearly everyone from each building brings down their dogs for some fun! read more

Love this hidden park! It's so clean and owners are good with keeping an eye on their dogs. It is kinda slow though, sometimes I go and there's no dogs for my pup to play with. Like this park because there's plenty of dogs and it's literally a 2 minute walk from my apartment but this place needs to be tended to. It just smells like straight up urine. The poles on the bottom are so corroded from pee. This park can be great but it severely needs to be sprayed down and maintained. I can't even bring my dog back here because the stench is so bad and I feel incredibly dirty afterwards. This goes for the small dog side, not sure if the large dog side is the same. read more

After going to a couple different parks in the area to walk my puppy in attempt to tire him out, I was so excited to find this dog park hidden away. Finally a park with a gate so I can let my pup run free! (And I don't have to run with him anymore). Sometimes it's empty and sometimes there's a few other dogs there's to play with. It seems like a steady flow throughout the day so it's good for him to get some social interaction. The only con is there doesn't seem to be any real parking. read more
