Jac's Parlor owner Jacklyn Reynolds with two fresh pies out of the oven. Try the Dill Pickle Pizza for a taste sensation!

Delicious pizzas, sandwiches, calzones, salads, and soups. Weekday specials. Big portions, big value! Dine in, take out, or delivery within five miles.

Ok spot for ice cream and pizza. They have a decent menu of food and treats. The staff seem to vary in helpfulness as some experiences have been better than others. I was told one day by staff that they accepted Apple Pay but I went back the next day and nobody had any idea how it worked (so don't plan on using Apple Pay). There ice cream selection is basic, with a good selection of scoop ice cream, flurries and other treats. They have some good salads and sandwiches too. The building is nice and usually clean. Would recommend if stopping by, but be aware of wait times between 4pm-

Pizza is good, but they stopped serving ice cream for some reason. Maybe they can't get help like many other service oriented businesses?

Owner was a very good guy. Honest mistake making our pizza and he offered a nice discount. Pizza was excellent. We will be back.

The ambiance reminds you of a Louisiana Cajun bistro with all the eclectic decor to match. It was busy, with a wait for tables, so we elected to sit at the bar. Our server recognized us, and said he would be with us in a minute, as he was taking care of other patrons and bringing out their meals as well. We appreciate at least being recognized, and understand when an establishment is busy. We chose the Fried Green Tomatoes, which were really tasty. Corn meal fried and served over creole sauce, topped with shaved Parmesan. For our entree we had the Bronzed Cajun Alfredo. You can choose either Chicken Breast or Jumbo Shrimp, we chose the Shrimp. The portions are generous so we split this dish. The Cajun Alfredo sauce was really good, "kind of want to lick the plate tasty" :) The pasta and shrimp were both cooked perfectly. Our server was attentive and friendly. Good experience. Would recommend checking it out if in Elk Rapids.

The restaurant itself was decorated with a New Orleans vibe. Made me feel like I was eating in the Big Easy. As for the food, I can't speak for everyone, but I can speak for my family. I got the étouffée. It was almost all rice. And it tasted a little burnt. I also got a cup of the crawfish chowder. It was very good. The biggest disappointment was what my son ordered, the frog legs. He's 13 & loves frog legs. What he got was something more the size of front frog legs. They were TINY & there were only 3 single legs. Typically, restaurants serve frog legs in pairs. This was particularly disappointing because these cost $15!

It's such a great place to grab a bite, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. The service was fast and exceptional. Our food came out quickly and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. We started with the fried pickles, which were SO good! Although, I have to say, they may want to consider renaming them because they were actually more like a ham, cheese, and pickle egg roll--and honestly, I'm not mad about it because they were delicious! We also ordered the shrimp tacos, which were super flavorful and yummy, and the signature cheeseburger with everything on it, which was cooked absolutely perfectly. Everything hit the spot after being out on the lake. We got the onion rings which were perfectly crispy and sweet potato fries that maybe could've been a fried a little bit longer but still good! Definitely a great casual spot to stop by if you're spending the day on Torch Lake. The convenient location, fun marina atmosphere, quick service, and solid food make this a place I'd happily come back to!

The woman at the register was rude and short with us... zero people skills in my opinion. Made snide comments back to me about my coffee order. The chorizo burrito was good. The chicken salad croissant was meh... pretty dry and unremarkable. Coffees were both good, however we asked for no whipped cream on one and still got it. The baristas were apologetic, but it was very clear they didn't want to remake anything so we just said it was fine. Interior was cute. I don't recommend ordering any food that isn't premade in the warmers or cooler because they were super behind on food orders and we watched other customers wait for a very long time for their food. Don't go here expecting to be wowed.
