I would like to sincerely thank Degnan Horne, and in particular David Degnan and Brandon Texido, my…read moreattorney, for their outstanding legal representation during one of the most difficult and complex periods of my life. My case involved a highly stressful and time-sensitive landlord-tenant dispute, including retaliation issues, procedural pressure, and significant personal and financial risk. My first point of contact with the firm was David Degnan, who spoke with me by phone on a Monday morning and agreed to meet with me in person later that same afternoon. With a court hearing scheduled later that same week, his willingness to make time in his schedule to listen carefully to my situation, provide thoughtful initial guidance, and accept my legal matter before assigning my case to Brandon was critical. I am deeply grateful for the diligence, respect, and steady guidance I received. Brandon's work made a meaningful difference in both the outcome of my case and my ability to endure an extremely challenging season with clarity and confidence. His judgment and foresight--particularly in establishing an early and constructive framework for resolution--were instrumental in bringing the matter to a fair and balanced conclusion. When an early procedural ruling created a significant challenge in the case, Brandon responded quickly and strategically, and his persistence ultimately helped strengthen our position and move the matter toward resolution. I genuinely felt that the final outcome reflected an appropriate allocation of risk and responsibility, and that I received a just result under the circumstances. Throughout the representation, Brandon was also consistently mindful of the financial impact of each step and worked to resolve the matter efficiently and responsibly. He helped me carefully weigh resolution options against the uncertainty and risk of litigation, and provided clear, practical guidance so I could make informed decisions at each stage of the case. Throughout the process, I experienced the firm as a true team. Everyone involved worked collaboratively and communicated effectively, creating a seamless and well-coordinated approach to my case--so much so that I consistently felt fully supported and prioritized. Degnan Horne proved to be a firm that is well organized, responsive, and highly competent. Communication was consistent and professional, and I never felt overlooked or dismissed. The firm's structure and internal coordination gave me confidence that my case was being handled thoroughly and responsibly. It gives me great confidence and genuine pleasure to recommend Degnan Horne, and both David Degnan and Brandon Texido, to anyone seeking skilled, ethical, and truly dependable legal representation. Sincerely, Theresa Mattox

Beware this guy is a fraud and a liar, after hearing my case in person at his office downtown he…read moredecided to take it, he said there were crimes committed by this horrible moving company I contracted with, not to worry he will get my compensation back on all the deception, overpayment, destruction of properties, furnishings and theft. He took my credit card payment for $2,750.00, which is a lot of money for me as a widow on social security, he continued to boast how tough he is, that I will win this case against the moving company. I had already filed a complaint with the State Attorney after describing to a State Trooper (Sargent) who was head of a newly formed department to handle complaints against movers, I sent him photos as well so he referred me personally to the state attorneys office, I did just that. The lawyer did not do a darn thing after taking my money, I kept asking what was going on after so many weeks and months, I also was hospitalized because of the moving company owner's treatment of me and the tactics of lies and cover ups, they wrecked havoc on my health. I finally realized the lawyer I paid for was sitting on my money without doing what he promised from his own agreement contract - there was absolutely no performance on his part! I asked for my money back, instead he sets up an appointment to meet with me again downtown Phoenix, it turned out to be nothing a "dog and pony" act.... he kept me from getting my refund by telling me he was very busy with bigger cases than mine. Afterwards, I kept in touch with him thru texts and phone messages, but to no avail again, no updates. After many weeks he surprise calls me with a few questions pertaining to the case, he thanks me and says all is well that he will now proceed to serve a subpoena.....what? Nothing further from the truth, I didn't hear back after several weeks, so I called for an explanation, he said he didn't know if the server had actually served the subpoena or not, (how does that happen?) He said he would serve another one soon and that the moving company was ignoring him, again I waited for results but nothing happened for weeks then months, same as before, this has been going on since January 6, 2019. I want my money back, today I called all the phone numbers I had been using but not one phone number worked, I tried several more times, calls were dropped over and over! His website is still online, please beware of this guy, he will take your money and you will get nothing in return. I was truly taken advantage of.

Warning to Parents: Deceptive Marketing and Unsafe Legal Advice…read more"I contacted The Valley Law Group because they explicitly advertise a 'Free Consultation' across 24/7 phone lines. Despite their staff confirming this over the phone, the experience was a bait-and-switch. I was lured in under the guise of legal help, but it quickly turned into a high-pressure discussion about my finances without ever receiving the promised attorney consultation. Under Arizona Rule of Professional Conduct 7.1, communications about legal services must not be false or misleading. Advertising a 'free' service and then switching the terms is a clear violation of that trust. Furthermore, the legal strategy suggested by Ryan Reppucci was incredibly reckless. He recommended that I voluntarily file for a Rule 35 psychological evaluation on myself. As a parent, I now know this is a dangerous 'legal trap' that would have opened the door for the opposing party to invade my medical privacy and attack my custody rights. Suggesting a parent voluntarily submit to a court-ordered psych eval--especially when only trying to resolve a fee dispute--feels like a setup designed to create more litigation rather than protect the client. If you are a father looking for an advocate who values honesty and your right to privacy, look elsewhere. Ryan Reppucci and this firm use 'free' lures to get you in the door, then provide advice that could jeopardize your relationship with your children."
