He communicated his actions to us and then delivered his response to us promptly. He backed up all the supporting arguments with relevant case law. We were highly impressed with his forthright and detailed responses. We highly recommend him. Thanks again!

And Please, do not have Griffin email me or contact me in any way! In a Michael Douglas movie, Douglas's attorney said 'it's a game to them'! I hired Att. Tom Griffin because of a utility company. In arbitration the co. said 'we had the job listed under another grade'. Mr. Griffin said 'I didn't know that'. Griffin had all the info so he knew about it. Griffin kept saying the $20k was a lot of money. I told him, it's NOT! Later he agreed with me, but he got his thousands of dollars & he's not giving it back to me! Looking back, I should have demanded that the company attorneys be in the same room with us! I should have stopped the arbitration, but Griffin never gave it as an option, and I was emotional and couldn't think to stop it. He wants it fast and with no bumps along the way. Afterwards, I asked him about the other company issue with the contract company (associated with the utility co) & suddenly its 'I don't do litigation'. Went home & looked on Att. co web site & his bio didn't say litigation. So, the next time we spoke, he says 'I do litigation' but now he wouldn't continue with my next case. Griffin says whatever convenient to him! I say 'Griffin is a smart man, but what a waist as a peoples attorney'. He finalizes as many cases in one day as possible. He won't fight for you (your lucky if he likes you) and it appears to me that this is financial favor for companies. While we, the small people suffer, and can't get a job. Just another attorney that has put a nail in my coffin! 'it's a game to them'! Fighting for your truth to be heard and never giving up, has its drawbacks... you end up poor!

DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM! They will take your money and run and lie to you about communication with…read morethe defendant. This firm outright lied to us about communication with the defendant and then tried to blow it off as a "miscommunication". Even if that was true, it only proves how truly incompetent Troy Foster and his associates are. Troy Foster was engaged to represent us with a breach of contract. He eagerly accepted our $5000 fee and then we had no communication from him for weeks. I emailed them and asked if they had received any reply from the demand letter that we believed had been sent, only to receive a reply back from an office staff member stating that they had not heard anything yet, but Troy was expecting to hear something soon and he would reach out to them. This was on May 21, 2024, six weeks AFTER they took the $5000 from us After finally pushing Troy for some communication, he then informed us that the employer didn't want to settle. I asked numerous times for a hard copy of the demand letter and reply and I was given the runaround. I finally received a copy, and to my surprise, it was dated May 21, 2024, the SAME DAY I received an email from Troy's assistant telling us they hadn't heard back yet. They took the $5000 and sat on our case for six weeks and then outright lied to us about communication from the employer. Of course they hadn't heard back from the employer. It's a little hard to reply when no letter was ever sent Troy later did a tap dance about the why's and when's and had to audacity to tell us he needed more money to move forward. Do yourself a favor and find an attorney who isn't deceptive in their communication. Troy wasted months of our time on a case with a one year limitation to file litigation. You would probably be better off paying Legal Zoom to draft your letter. We have initiated a complaint with the credit card company that processed the payment and will be following through with a complaint to the State Attorney Generals consumer affairs office, as well as the State Bar of Arizona In response to Foster's reply to this review: You've completely ignored how deceptive your firm has been with the communication. This isn't about the outcome, because quite frankly you rolled over on the first communication. This is about your dishonesty in telling us you hadn't heard anything from them yet when you hadn't even contacted them six weeks after you took our $5000. Trust is vital in a lawyer/client relationship. You broke that trust with your dishonesty. Troy and his team are so incompetent that his assistant gave Troy the wrong phone number to call and when I pressed Troy Foster about them LYING to us about sending the demand letter, he simply chalked it up as a "miscommunication" I think Troy must have sent in his 25¢ and the coupon on the back of a comic book to get his law degree. The incompetence is staggering. Save your money and hire a different firm UPDATE: after this firm took my $5000 and did nothing, I took it upon myself to contact the employer. It took several requests but they did finally send me a copy of the recruitment file which proved our claim against them. Apparently Foster Law doesn't know how to do this, or perhaps that costs $10,000 ‍ Anyways, I managed to handle this on my own and we are negotiating a settlement.

I first contacted this business on the 13th of Feb. Found them on Yelp, sent a message for some…read moreadditional information and they responded to it promptly saying I could call the office. Which I did. I asked the "receptionist" how I could initiate a consultation and what that would entail. She rushed through a brief explanation accentuating that it would be $450 for a consultation. I asked if she could send me the details of what we discussed so I could consider everything and she said "Sure I will text it to you". I don't know if she had my number or just never intended to help me but I didn't give her any information and she didn't ask. I sent another message through the thread pointing out that I still hadn't received anything from her and got no reply this time. At the very end of the day I sent another message saying it was disappointing their follow through. That was 6 days and still nothing. Not a very inspiring first impression for a potential client who is looking to hire. I have since been contacted and communicating with another practice near this one who is planning to help me. Troy and his office obviously don't need your business so don't give it to them!

And he did. He let me know at the end of our conversation that my point of contact would be a gentleman/paralegal named Trent and if I ever had any questions or concerns that I could reach out to him. Within days Trent reached out to me and started to get the process rolling on all of my medical needs. Through months of counseling and medical treatment Trent was always calling me to check on how I was doing and genuinely cared about my well-being, to me it was so much more than just business, and that meant the world to me, Mr. Kelly, you have a rockstar in Trent!! My ending result was one that I was very happy with and I will send any loved one that needs a firm who is passionate, understanding and truly cares, to the Kelly Law Team. Thank you guys!!
