I was involved in a car accident in May 2025, and our case was not finalized until October 2026. Throughout the entire process, the lack of communication, professionalism, and organization was extremely frustrating. Michelle, the paralegal handling our case, was consistently rude, unprofessional, and difficult to communicate with. Whenever we reached out for updates, she would make comments about how she was working on other cases and that we did not need an update on everything. She would tell us that she would contact us if anything changed. As a client, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect communication and updates about a case that directly affects me. We were constantly left wondering what was happening. Another major issue was that she would wait until the last minute to request important paperwork that we had never been informed was needed. One example involved a minor passenger who needed a parent's signature before the hospital could release medical records. This requirement was not communicated to us ahead of time, creating unnecessary stress and delays. On top of that, there were multiple instances where Michelle had incorrect information about the minor passengers, even though we had provided all of their information when we initially hired the firm. I also felt that I received very little assistance when it came to fighting for my vehicle. I ultimately had to handle that situation on my own instead of receiving the support I expected from the people representing my case. Inti, another paralegal who initially seemed willing to help, eventually became just as difficult to reach. Messages went unanswered, and phone calls were not returned. Overall, neither Michelle nor Inti provided the level of communication or professionalism that clients deserve. As someone experiencing their first car accident, I was already dealing with a stressful and unfamiliar situation. I needed guidance, reassurance, and a team that would keep me informed throughout the process. Instead, I felt ignored, frustrated, and left to figure things out on my own. It is disappointing because they can initially make you feel welcomed and reassure you that they will take care of everything, but the experience afterward was completely different. **A case is more than just paperwork. Clients deserve respect, communication, and to feel like their concerns matter.** Another situation that really bothered me was that Michelle asked one of the minor passengers involved in the accident to leave her a 5-star review, which, in my opinion, was completely undeserved given the experience we had.
