    This is a terrible company and I will sue them if my credit drops because they refused to do their…read moredue diligence instead of arguing with me instead of getting me their supervisor So the problem is I made my payment to the company for the month of 3/6/25 and it was accepted but innovate loan service company bought out my previous loan company that I was making payments to called Westlake portfolio management company and before they bought out westlake I made my payment to westlake for my for the month of February and that payment was accepted and went through on 2/14/25 but because innovate didn't pull all the information for my file they are trying to say that my payment for march was for February and told me to send an email with screenshots as proof which I sent not only one but nine screenshots of my payment for the month of February 2025 and my other payment for march 2025 and didn't get a response back and the payment is due today 3/15/25 and when you call the line to talk to customer service and goto their website they both say they're open from 8am to 1pm central time and I've called since 8am here it is 9:38am and they are still not open or responding Instead of arguing with the customer and having an attitude when they tell you they already paid you for the month but you just can't see it maybe update your website and servers and have a dedicated and on time customer service team who will also get the supervisor when you request it

We have not made the 1st car payment yet and have we are already almost 2000.00 for repairs since buying the vehicle. The repairs and tow are already 25% of what we paid for the vehicle thus far. Absolutely ridiculous. Reply to dealer response 7/1/25 (on a google review) Ok. So now you are not telling the truth. Communication did not shut down because of derogatory name calling and you are wrong for not speaking correctly about the issue. I started asking for documents to confirm the inspection you did. Shortly after you cut communication. You did not offer to rectify, you stated I should have come to me first. I tried to explain when the light came on and your said, " I do not pay other mechanics". I told you, you were being dishonest and there was no way you did not know about the issue at hand. I also told you that when the check engine light came on we were addressing the tire light sensors that were needed on two of the tires. We do not stay near your shop and actually across town. If I am already having to address issues with a vehicle you sold me, in which I said was a lemon to you, I would not trust you to fix anything on the vehicle as it should have been done before you sold it to us. Why should we have to drive this vehicle across town and damage it any further?. You told me you used parts from ebay for your vehicles which is fine, however, this car had the original part. So before you replied to this review you should have been honest with your response. I told you in my text you could have been honest upfront. It should have been a red flag when you dropped the price of this vehicle from 8200 to 6500 with 76,000. A huge drop for a small dealership and a vehicle that passed inspection! Right?!. I hope you recall before the purchase, I asked you if there were any lights, and any issues with the vehicle and you said no. Upon arrival there was a tire light that remained on for weeks. The initial reason why we parked because we wanted to keep our daughter safe in this Texas heat after the light did not go off while putting air in. A consumer speaking up about a purchase is not derogatory rather, what accountability looks like.

    Two stars is being nice. I've had a savings account here for 3 or four years. When I opened the…read moresavings I apply for a checking and was told no but I kept the savings anyway. They came out with a opportunity checking for two or less history in Chex systems. I reapply this month AND STILL WAS DENIED. FALSE ADVERTISING. I applied online called and the lady stated she seen the app and would call me back. A week went by NOTHING! Thanks for showing you didn't even respect me enough to call me back. I called and was told oh I was busy I was going. To get to you ... yeah right.... She said no try paying the bigger one off and then reapply. I'm sorry but if I pay the bigger one off right now I can go anywhere but with you! I'm trying to get back on my feet and for a credit union member already that is disappointing. Mind you it's bad enough you don't even have ATMS but in the area you are in you would think you would help the ppl in the area. I would recommend this one run or drive right on by and go to a credit union or bank that advertise what they say and really do give opportunities.

I almost closed my account right then and there, but they assured me that was ONLY for new accounts and wouldn't be a problem once the account was established. Flash forward almost 3 years and over 30 direct deposits later. No overdrafts. No issues AT ALL, and a check I deposited is being held for 10 business days. Since it releases on a Saturday, it's being held an additional 2 days until Monday. So, 15 days total. Who in this day and age still does that? Now I have to go through the motions of calling the branch manager to ask for them to pretty please let me have access to my money so I can pay my bills. Absolutely ridiculous! If they don't release my money today (day 5) then I'll be closing my account as soon as the money is released and banking elsewhere. If they do, this 2 star is still staying up because everyone needs to know going in that the "we only hold checks for 10days on new accounts" is a lie. Do better Texas "people" Take care of the people that bank with you.
