I clarified that the loan was simple interest, no penalty for early or pre-payments. My Bad. I'm being charged interest on my regular payment which is OK, but they are also charging interest to a principle payment in the same month. Their system automatically applies a principle payment to the next months payment due and charges interest accordingly. I talked with with an overseas CS person whom I'm not entirely convinced was human... I asked how I can make principle only payments without this happening and was told to send a check noting same. I've been send checks with a note "Principle Payment Only" for months. I'm still being charged interest, over $400 so far. Call # 2 to overseas, human questionable voice. "It's a system issue due the timing of the payment blah blah jump though hoops if you want principle payments to apply to your principle". NO. I don't CARE about your SYSTEM. I'll be refinancing with a reputable lender soon.

Left my car there went back to work at the Fort Worth VA. They called me when my car was ready. I washed my car today and discovered a dent at the bottom of driver side door. it looks like when they lifted my car to change the tire something hit it. There is nothing worse than damage caused by somebody else. Nobody said anything. do not go to that dealership for anything.

They came out with a opportunity checking for two or less history in Chex systems. I reapply this month AND STILL WAS DENIED. FALSE ADVERTISING. I applied online called and the lady stated she seen the app and would call me back. A week went by NOTHING! Thanks for showing you didn't even respect me enough to call me back. I called and was told oh I was busy I was going. To get to you ... yeah right.... She said no try paying the bigger one off and then reapply. I'm sorry but if I pay the bigger one off right now I can go anywhere but with you! I'm trying to get back on my feet and for a credit union member already that is disappointing. Mind you it's bad enough you don't even have ATMS but in the area you are in you would think you would help the ppl in the area. I would recommend this one run or drive right on by and go to a credit union or bank that advertise what they say and really do give opportunities.

The people are nice, but their rules are way antiquated…read more When I opened the account 3 years ago, they held the check I deposited for 10 days. I almost closed my account right then and there, but they assured me that was ONLY for new accounts and wouldn't be a problem once the account was established. Flash forward almost 3 years and over 30 direct deposits later. No overdrafts. No issues AT ALL, and a check I deposited is being held for 10 business days. Since it releases on a Saturday, it's being held an additional 2 days until Monday. So, 15 days total. Who in this day and age still does that? Now I have to go through the motions of calling the branch manager to ask for them to pretty please let me have access to my money so I can pay my bills. Absolutely ridiculous! If they don't release my money today (day 5) then I'll be closing my account as soon as the money is released and banking elsewhere. If they do, this 2 star is still staying up because everyone needs to know going in that the "we only hold checks for 10days on new accounts" is a lie. Do better Texas "people" Take care of the people that bank with you.
