Turns out that our fresh water holding tank developed a crack which was evident by the sinkhole near one of the sides. H&R Complete was recommended to us by a friend, so we gave them a call. Herb came out to survey the damage. He brought in another contractor to supply the new tank, who was also incredibly professional. Together, they removed, excavated, replaced, and hooked up a new concrete vault. I've recommended Herb (H&R Complete) to anyone who has had issues with septic or freshwater vaults. Thanks, Herb!

This company is terrible. I'm the neighbor of a project they are working on. They left demo'd and used materials all over my property in a place that could have been removed or tarped off multiple days in a row. Even after they have started tarping off and cleaning up the accessible areas I am finding shingles and wood and staples and nails every day. As I was throwing material back over the fence that I had to pick up from my neighbor's project one of their staff members jumped on the fence and threatened me. It's taken them multiple weeks (and still not finished) to roof a 1700 square foot house. These guys are incompetent.
