I originally believed I did not need a designer and was pretty skeptical about going with Arrow versus hiring out myself. After calling a few places, Arrow was the only company who took thorough measurements and followed up. The others came for the first walk through and I never heard back from them until I called them dozens of times over a course of weeks. Everyone last year was booked and busy, even Arrow, but they were the only company that remained professional and responsive. I probably could have saved some money going with independent contractors but I'm glad we didn't. The timelines they gave us were very realistic/underpromised and they over delivered. The crews were very professional, timely and thorough. Steve was out to the site often, checking in and any question or concern i had along the way I knew I could just text him and he was always responsive. They have a great selection to meet all price ranges and Steve was very good about helping to make design decisions but also respecting my aesthetic and budget. Months later, we had a minor issue with one of the under cabinet lights and Steve responded right away and to take a look/fix. It's nice to know if I had any issues concerning the work done, I could probably walk into Arrow kitchen and get some help. This was our first kitchen remodel, we did a lot of research before hand, we also did a lot to help save money (demo, plumbing, light electrical) and Arrow was very helpful in the entire process to get the job done. We live in an old house (1890 build) so I had a lot of concerns about unknowns...Steve was really knowledgeable about old houses which helped set up expectations with the process and scope of work. All in all, we had a great experience and would highly recommend!

I have never once gotten a promised quote for the work. This last time I went in nobody greeted me although there were several people working and several chatting amongst themselves. Finally someone helped me after I searched them out and asked for help. I provided my kitchen sketches and she promised an estimate. It never came. I went back in THE.NEXT.DAY. To show my husband some of the kitchens, and the woman who had spent 15 mins with me had no idea she had met me the day before. It's been 5 weeks and no estimate or follow up. Inde is owned by a builder. They use the showroom to help customers that are building a house pick their finishes. Which is fine but why bothering opening to the public if you're not even interested in working with the public? The sales reps are not interested in you unless you're building a home. Not even if you're doing a $40,000 kitchen remodel. Don't even bother. Also, if you are going to work with them look closely at their displays. The work is mediocre. And they want you to drive over an hour away to pick your counters!!!

I first contacted them about damaged tile that was supposed to be covered under their guarantee. I spoke to a sales rep, was given an email for their repair department, and even had a man come out to personally inspect the damage. After that visit, I never heard back--no follow-up call, no email, nothing. I followed their process, sent photos, and waited, but weeks went by without any response. Because I was in the process of selling my home and couldn't wait any longer, I was forced to repair the issue myself. It feels like once they knew I was short on time, they decided to ignore me, assuming I'd drop it. To make matters worse, they claim they have "no record" of the wood laminate flooring they installed for me in 2016, even though I've had ongoing problems with uneven planks popping up. Between the poor workmanship, broken promises, and total lack of follow-through, I've had one of the most frustrating experiences I can remember with a home contractor. The tile was installed in 2018 and the laminate in 2016, but neither job has held up well, and their so-called guarantee is worthless. I'll never use them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

I got the quote back in a day or two and he suggested custom wood floor vents to match the floor. Dave did an amazing job installing it. I had all the ceramic tile and carpet pulled and did new 6" white base with 1/4 round shoe molding throughout. The mitre cuts Dave did were amazing not a gap to be found anywhere. And he did some amazing cuts around my kitchen cabinets so my doors would open against the base. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'll be calling soon for shutters for my sliding glass door next....very pleased.
