I spoke to a sales rep, was given an email for their repair department, and even had a man come out to personally inspect the damage. After that visit, I never heard back--no follow-up call, no email, nothing. I followed their process, sent photos, and waited, but weeks went by without any response. Because I was in the process of selling my home and couldn't wait any longer, I was forced to repair the issue myself. It feels like once they knew I was short on time, they decided to ignore me, assuming I'd drop it. To make matters worse, they claim they have "no record" of the wood laminate flooring they installed for me in 2016, even though I've had ongoing problems with uneven planks popping up. Between the poor workmanship, broken promises, and total lack of follow-through, I've had one of the most frustrating experiences I can remember with a home contractor. The tile was installed in 2018 and the laminate in 2016, but neither job has held up well, and their so-called guarantee is worthless. I'll never use them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.
