Christian Flooring has been nothing but a heartbreaking and exhausting experience for my family…read more My mother purchased flooring for most of her home six years ago. Due to serious physical issues, we had to delay installation -- something the business was fully aware of. When the work finally began, we dealt with constant problems: poor installation, repeated failed corrections, and being passed from one person to another, including the owner, without any real resolution. Despite multiple attempts to fix the issues, the job was never completed. My mother passed away before she ever got to see her home finished. After everything she paid, everything she went through, and everything we tried to work out with them, the lack of accountability and follow‑through has been extremely disappointing. I'm sharing this so others know what we went through. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Today is 5/22, and there is still no call to schedule the installation; a third call/text-out has been made, and we are waiting! It's embarrassing to have people come over!
