(Rodeo Goat in Plano and Frisco Texas are 5 star burger locations! Just saying.) Reasons: Ordered the queso and cheese dip. The chips unanimously were stale and old tasting. And to add insult to stale chips, the salsa has BEER added to it! OMG! Not sure how old this salsa was, but for food to bubble and sizzle on your tongue is an issue. That's fermentation! That's jacked up! Everyone had a different burger. All were different sizes. Another inconsistency. The patties were pretty small and were smaller than the bun. Not a big deal, but we all added additional items to our burgers. Jalapeños, pickles, and/or bacon. And of course every single burger was without what we requested. Burgers were still "just" ok even though we paid extra to customize each one. "Sigh". Attention to details can really make a difference. If you can't follow through with customizations, don't offer that as an option. This place is a fail. The only solid thing at this location is that the wait staff will take your initial drink order. After that, well you're on your own. You won't see them again till it's time to pay. I expected all RG's to be created equal and have the same standards. I was seriously disappointed.
