We recently visited again in February of 2026, and were severely disappointed. We visited on a day that was advertised on their website AND on the screens in the alley as "$3.50 shoes, $3.50 games." From this advertisement, you would assume that shoes cost $3.50 per person and games cost $3.50. We were shocked when we checked out and our bill was more than double what we expected. Turns out the rate is $3.50 PER PERSON, per game. Not $3.50 per game. This caveat is only listed on a single sheet of paper at the counter and nowhere else. After a brief discussion with the Hispanic woman at the counter, who contested our disappointment that we felt the prices were unfairly advertised by saying "it's a family business" and "you should support small businesses," we were refunded. She was very unwilling to listen to us. We agree with supporting small family businesses, but that only applies if they are fair and open about their pricing. The lack of pricing transparency, plus the unwillingness to listen to our concerns from the staff has lead us to find somewhere else to bowl, even if it does cost more.
