They went above and beyond to not only answer all of my silly questions, but they helped me and my friend get an AMAZING deal on all the art supplies we needed for class! I have never met nicer, more helpful employees at a Michaels establishment and I truly believe they both deserve recognition AND a raise for their contribution to the Michaels team. I am not easily persuaded by people but I genuinely would have opened a Michaels credit card if either of them asked me. I am thoroughly impressed, and will be making the long distance journey from my humble abode in Davison, Michigan to this wonderful Troy, Michigan location many more times in the future!

She was rude, not well trained and had no business being in contact with customers. Michael's should stay in the fake flower business and leave the framing to to custom framing shops or Hobby Lobby. I'd like to leave a rating of no stars but I can't. I will take my framed item over to Hobby Lobby and have them clean it up. This is where I should have gone in the beginning. Have no reason ever to go back to a Michaels again.
