I kid you not, Roy had one of his guys at my home within a few hours of reaching out. He's fast to respond, is thorough with his updates and such an easy going guy. Roy and his crew were able to work with my schedule and had my wall sealed up in no time. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done, at a price that's more than fair. What I liked about having Jerry Heikes do our job: Jerry gave us a very fair price and stuck to the contract. Unlike other contractors we've dealt with over the years, it wasn't uncommon that once the project started that the contractor tried to add other things to push the price up. Jerry's price was the price period. Jerry is a pleasant and professional guy to deal with. Jerry respected our time and communicated clearly what to expect each day. He and his crew came on time. Each day the property was cleaned up perfectly. I knew from the way that Jerry and his crew prepared our house that we would have a professional job. The property was power washed, taped off in all necessary areas i.e. windows, fixtures, etc. patched and primed before the painting began. After the paint job was completed, Jerry inspected the house with us to make sure everything was done to satisfaction. In fact, he even came back the next day just to hammer in two additional nails on our street numbers. We didn't even know we needed additional nails. If you are looking for a painter who is reliable, responsible, professional and gives you a fair price, Jerry Heikes is your man. We recommend him highly. Mark Sherman Oxnard Shores

The best part of my experience, though, was Jerry's supportiveness and integrity. I am caretaking a loved one who had a recent transplant, and I didn't have too much brain space to make a few of the necessary decisions concerning the job.
