Didn't know a painting company required 5 vehicles for one house they are working on. They take up all the street front parking for the paying residents of the community And will eat up multiple spots with their vehicles. The worst is the white truck with the RAIDERS licenses plate holder. Did this multiple days with no regard to the people who live there. Unacceptable by Busy Bee Painting. I wouldn't recommend them. Also was not impressed by the work they did either. I believe the kids call it "mid". read more

Joseph and his crew did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our home. It was peeling badly under the eaves and needed a lot of prep work. Busy Bee took the time to do things right. They worked hard, even through wind and smoke from the fires. They showed up on time, they kept the area neat and tidy, and they did an excellent job painting. For all the work they did, we felt the price was a very good value. We highly recommend Busy Bee Painting! Thanks, Joseph! read more

One of the best experiences ever with a craftsman! I needed my mom's deck repainted and we called Busy Bee. From the start they were very professional about everything. We received the estimate within 24 hours. Joseph's men showed up on time as promised. The prep work was done meticulously! Now we did have some wet weather in between prep and actual painting. So it took awhile longer but once it dried out, the painters were here and did the first coat. Joseph came by and covered the deck with tarps to avoid the moisture problem. The painters once again showed up on the day as promised and on time. They were total professionals and knocked out the work in no time. We have already asked them to come back and do some interior painting as well. We highly recommend Busy Bee if you want the job well done! read more

Busy bee painting was great, I would highly recommend then to anyone. We recently hired them to paint our exterior and interior, mainly focused on trim (doors and windows, inside and out). We are selling our house and wanted to spruce things up prior to listing. The home is nearly 4000 sq ft and there are lots of doors and windows that needed help (lots of prep, caulking, some minor repairs, etc.), so it was a fairly complicated job. We also had a patio cover that needed painting, some stucco work on our exterior retaining wall, and the home is two stories. Joseph and the team at Busy bee did a fantastic job. They took the job within 3 days of our call (timing was really important to us as we realized we had to move on fairly quick notice) at a very fair price. He and his crew were extremely professional and showed up everyday when they said they were going to. We have a 6 month old baby, and were working from home, and they very courteously worked around us throughout the days, and cleaned up everyday at the end. As the project went on we noticed some things that we didn't originally discuss in the scope, and Joseph had his crew take care of most of them at no cost, and for the few that were more involved, he gave us an extremely fair price to add them. The job also finished in a reasonable amount of time, despite the changes along the way. RE: COVID precautions, Joseph's crew was great - they wore masks and we consistently left the windows open to practice safety precautions. They practiced social distancing from our family and were very respectful and understanding. I talked with two other painters before I found Busy Bee - one was not nearly as well priced, and the other did not have great customer service over the phone. Busy Bee checked all the boxes. Honestly no complaints and I would hire them again for any future painting needs interior or exterior. read more

Joseph and his team just finished painting the exterior of our house. He was easy to work with from getting a quote to planning the job. They showed up every day when he said they would and knocked the project out quickly. They also go above and beyond by caulking where the wood meets stucco, we are really happy with the end result! Will definitely be calling busy bee the next time we need a paint job read more

My husband and I were looking for a qualified and licensed paint company to paint our garage, front door and trim. After interviewing several businesses, we spoke with Joseph from Busy Bee Painting. He was friendly and professional. He let us know the process for the job and how long it would take. His price was the best as well. He and his crew completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. He was thorough and the job was well done! We highly recommend Busy Bee Painting and will use them again in the future! read more

My wife and I recently moved into our first home. It is an older home, so we expected our share of repairs and upgrades. However, once thing we did not expect was the freshly applied paint to all of the doors, door frames, and cabinets to begin peeling like a bad sunburn. Since this work was coordinated by the seller's agent right before we moved in, we reached out to the agent and learned the work was done by Busy Bee Painting. When a painter from Busy Bee came over to address our concerns, he told us that he applied water-based paint over oil-based paint which will cause all of the paint to peel. He didn't explain why he did this. He said he would come back to fix it but we haven't heard from him in 2 weeks. Since different areas of our home have began peeling at different times, the full extent of Busy Bee's work has yet to reveal itself. I think my photos speak for themselves, so if you are in need of a painter I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

Highly recommend Joseph for his professionalism, attention to detail, quality of work and customer care. We moved into a small condo that needed a compete repainting of the interior. We selected eight colors in total, so a bit of a challenging job with transitions, accent walls, etc. Joseph and crew did a great job and kept me informed throughout the job. He started and ended the job on time and no surprises on the final price -- which was reasonable. A very pleasant experience overall--and my condo looks great! read more

Our house desperately needed a facelift. Joseph and his team came in and knocked out this project in less than a week. He was priced right and had some great recommendations on our vision. Appreciate that his team protected our property by properly covering up the surroundings and picked up after themselves. Neighbors were so impressed he started the next project a few houses down the very next day. Very happy with the finished product. read more

I met Joseph when he (and his crew) were painting my neighbors house. We had a large orange cinderblock/ and mixed mood wall on the perimeter of our property that needed to be painted. He was knowledgeable, professional and fair priced. He completed the job in the time frame he promised and followed up afterwards. I would recommend Busy Bee painting for any painting needs. read more

Busy Bee Painting just finished painting all the exterior trim on my home. I had termite damage repairs which needed painting. I found Busy Bee on Angi and hired them to do the work. Joseph kept in touch throughout the process and the painting crew always came when they were scheduled to. They were always courteous and got the work done quickly. Because of the rain, they had to come back to finish up some areas and they came when scheduled and finished the job. It looks great. I will probably need painting again and will definitely hire Busy Bee. Thanks, Joseph and painters! read more

I would have given this company 0 stars if I could. The painters had to come three separate times to fix lazy, sloppy work. The pictures will speak for themselves. Left paint ALL over the carpet! Do not use this company they are awful! read more

Busy Bee just finished painting my house and they did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail was amazing. Joseph communicated with me through out the process making sure I knew what time they were arriving, how many workers were at my house and when they were done for the day. I can't recommend them enough. Busy Bee painted two friends homes prior to mine and were equally impressed. read more

Busy Bee is the best painting service in the business. I got my house painted by them over 5 years ago and not only did they do a very high quality paint job their customer service was outstanding. I called to see if I could get my house power washed and busy bee sent 2 employees over the next morning and they did just that FREE of charge. Outstanding Busy Bee, you guys are the best!!! read more

The outdoor paint job was very good - house was beautifully painted, crew was on time, and Joseph clearly communicated with us throughout the process. We are very happy with the result but unfortunately, the clean-up left us disappointed. We understand that some plants may suffer a bit of damage due to the nature of the work, but we also had multiple sprinklers broken. Additionally, the clean-up left white paint splattered on our outdoor furniture and pavers, a statue was broken (and moved out of the way without notifying us of the damage), and a steppingstone was turned upside down to hide paint splatters. There was no offer to address the damage done (either financially or returning to clean up) except a suggestion on how we might do the clean up ourselves. Had there been no issue with the clean up, we would happily give Busy Bee a 5-star rating, but a week later, we are still dealing with clean up. read more

We chose this company because of reviews read on Home Advisor and actually meeting the owner, Joseph. Joseph was very good at expressing himself on how he operates his company and the level of satisfaction he delivers in his work. To quote Joseph, " I will not be done until you are 110% satisfied". My wife and I were sure his was the company to repaint the entire exterior of our home, including a complete color change of the main entry doors. Contracts were signed and the work began on schedule. First a thorough pressure washing of the entire exterior. Joseph sent a single guy to wash the exterior of our home (2-story). I helped him because he had to continually get off the roof to move the equipment. After a weekend to dry, Joseph and his crew arrived to paint the stucco and trim and finished surprisingly quick, 3 days. Once again Joseph told me he would not be done until I was "110% satisfied". My wife pointed out some areas on our newly painted front doors that needed to be fixed (Joseph said masking tape or paper blew into the wet paint) and he said he would be back to fix it. He asked for payment in full and asked us to "trust that he would be back" to fix the door. Over the next few days I found areas of the newly painted exterior that were either missed completely or poorly done. I sent pictures to Joseph and he said he would return to fix those as well as the front door. A few days later he and another worker returned, corrected the areas I'd found as well as worked on the front door. At that time I asked about the paint for the front door and he said he would drop off the remaining paint for future touch ups. Well the work he did on the front door did not improve it at all. About a week later one of his guys came and briefly worked on the front door again. Again it looks no better and he did not leave the paint. This all began in September of 2017 and we are now in the middle of November. I recently texted Joseph to let him know I'm not yet "110% satisfied" and I've still not been given the extra paint. His only reply was that " he thought the last guy to work on the door left it". That was over a week ago and I've heard nothing more. I'll also point out went as far as plugging in a refrigerator outside so he and his workers could have cold drinks throughout the day. As of December 26th, I have yet to hear back from Busy Bee and the job is not complete. read more

Shoddy work overall- Prep work was minimal, didn't remove all face plates or fixtures only taped off or cut in around. Painted over heavy dust in the garage which required complete re-coating. After work was claimed to be complete I found so many holidays, light spots, and missed areas I was immediately disappointed. Spilled paint on the carpet (was going to be replaced at some point but they were specifically asked not to get paint on It). They had to come back grumpily several times to touch up and then didn't return the garage remote control after requesting It several times. Now phone calls aren't even returned. They were the lowest bid but you get what you pay for. Spend a couple hundred extra dollars and hire a professional. read more

I called on Fernando Joseph Solis, owner of the Busy Bees Painting for an estimate and gave me a good quote. He beat 3 other quotes for the same job. They came one weekend to pressure wash it and then came back a couple of days later. He brought 4 hard working bees and he treated his workers very well and they were all very polite. He gave them a lunch break and then they work about 6 hrs. The job took a week. They did a great job with my home. I was specially happy the way my front door came out. The front door was painted with the wrong paint. He fixed it when he changed the paint. They painted both the interior and the exterior including the wall fence and arbor. When he was done I only had to call him back because they had forgotten to paint the stucco bottom of the french doors, but they came back the next morning. Other than that everything was perfect. The only frown I have is that I couldn't use my double point credit card the first half of the payment because he couldn't get his equipment to work for lack of a hot box for wi fi. At the end of the week when he finished the job, he got it to work and was able to take my credit card with the chip. I'm disappointed, though, that he wouldn't write me a refund check and redo the first payment over again with my double point credit card. For that reason, I gave him a 4. read more
