Very happy with the work that Top Class Painting did on our house, which hadn't been painted for 20+ years. Their price quote was reasonable, and they use good quality paints, not a coating. They took great care to give advice on what colors last the longest on a house, how they apply the paint, and they explained how they would perform all preparation tasks before the actual painting was done. They pressure washed to get loose old paint off, did repair work and sanding and scraping, and then the actual painting went very quickly, all done in the span of one week. They even dug the soil away from the stucco around the perimeters of the house and garage so that they could paint the stucco below the soil line. We have a detached garage, so there was quite a bit to do to paint that as well. They were reliable and were there every day at 8 am sharp and worked all day until 5:30 or 6 p.m. They answered all of our questions and kept us informed of what was planned and gave us options. They even went over and above by painting our front and back doors, to freshen them up! Thank you, Noe and crew. You did a wonderful job, our house looks new again, and we are very happy with the result. Our neighbors have left compliments as well!
