This was about a year in the making and I'm sorry that it took so long! Top Class Painting provided outstanding service, communication, and a finished product when painting the exterior of my home. Noe was highly communicative, professional, and ensured that the work was up to all expectations. Additionally, the crew left the house in a condition of cleanliness better than they found it and I appreciated their courtesy in dealing with them throughout the process. I would highly recommend Top Class Painting for anyone looking to have their home shine. Unfortunately the after picture was more in the dusk, but the color still popped when I took this picture. Comparing the before only days before the after and didn't want to send an after picture a year later. Thank you again, Top Class Painting! read more

Thank you to Noe and his team for dilligently and professionaly painting my house inside and out. From the masking to the final details, as well as advice on color selection from the owner himself, I could not be more pleased with the final result. This was a seriously big job, with multiple architectural challenges inside and outside the house which made choosing colors that much more difficult. Noe was patient and motivated from start to finish. Thanks again guys! read more

Excellent all the way around. Noe provided a fair quote in writing. There were clear regular communications throughout the project. Helpful guidance and suggestions that made the end-result that much better. They used quality products and their prep work was meticulous. Paint job should last a very long time. He has a trusted network with other subs so that I was able to get gutters done at same time. Noe's crew was diligent and professional -- always on-time and cleaned up at the end of every day. I'm very happy with Top Class Painting and highly recommend them. read more

Noe and his team are professionals and excellent clean perfectionists! They painted my kitchen cabinets and did beyond an awesome job! I highly recommend All Class Painting. Noe just finished up a job in Hidden Valley with a 2k Renner product. The Cabinet finish he did the job is over the top. Some were off-white and others had off-black. I highly recommend Noe at Top Class when looking for great results. read more

Can't say enough about Top Class Painting! Francisco & his team are the most meticulous painters we've worked with. Our past experience with painting contractors has been less than pleasant. What an amazing difference!! From start to finish, this team is timely, professional & clean. One can tell up front that Francisco & team take pride in the work that they do& attention to detail is a priority for them. Our home exterior was way overdue for painting. Top Class made our home lovely again. When we're ready to address some interior areas, we'll be calling Francisco & his team at Top Class Painting!! read more

Very happy with the work that Top Class Painting did on our house, which hadn't been painted for 20+ years. Their price quote was reasonable, and they use good quality paints, not a coating. They took great care to give advice on what colors last the longest on a house, how they apply the paint, and they explained how they would perform all preparation tasks before the actual painting was done. They pressure washed to get loose old paint off, did repair work and sanding and scraping, and then the actual painting went very quickly, all done in the span of one week. They even dug the soil away from the stucco around the perimeters of the house and garage so that they could paint the stucco below the soil line. We have a detached garage, so there was quite a bit to do to paint that as well. They were reliable and were there every day at 8 am sharp and worked all day until 5:30 or 6 p.m. They answered all of our questions and kept us informed of what was planned and gave us options. They even went over and above by painting our front and back doors, to freshen them up! Thank you, Noe and crew. You did a wonderful job, our house looks new again, and we are very happy with the result. Our neighbors have left compliments as well! If anyone asks, I will give a our recommendation for Top Class Painting!! read more

Noe is very professional and organized - we met in Sept to walk thru a property I was purchasing to determine the requirements for repainting the entire place. Due to delays with closing we kept in touch and he was able to coordinate a crew for Dec shortly after I closed. It's important to always have a good lead time with businesses in such high demand and of the quality they Noe and his team produce. Memo and the crew that painted my place were very respectful of the property and the neighborhood- kept everything clean and organized throughout. Their attention to detail was excellent and I highly recommend Noe and his team read more

Wow! We are beyond impressed with Top Class Painting. We found them through a recommendation by our kitchen designer. We had Noe and his crew do our upper and lower kitchen cabinets, as well as the crown moulding in the surrounding area. We have never experienced an easier time dealing with a contractor and were blown away by the quality. There are several reasons that I am giving Top Class Painting five stars and a high recommendation: Scheduling: -showed up on time for each scheduled day -able to work within our timeframe to complete the project -was able to adapt to scheduling conflicts Cleanliness: -taped drapes to the walls and floor to prevent overspray from the surrounding areas -taped areas were extremely neat (you could tell that they took a lot of care in this step) -left each day with a clean site Trustworthiness: -no issues with having Noe and his crew in our home Responsiveness/Communication: -responded to text messages and phone calls in a reasonable time and provided solutions Quality: - perfectly painted and stained cabinets (I cannot stress this enough) -the seams between cabinets and the crown appear to be invisible due to their work We highly recommended these professionals to anyone. In fact, we are having them back to do additional work. If you want the job done right the first time, reach out to Top Class Painting! *the blue tape on the cabinets are there to help us open them while we choose our door hardware - also, we are not fully done with the project, but wanted to get the word out :) read more

I had two very large rooms painted and ceiling beams stripped to natural wood. To begin, the quote I got from Top Class Painting was about 1/3 to 1/2 what was quoted by 3 other painters. They proceeded to work on the rooms. They arrived each day on time until the job was completed. Moved all furniture and replaced it exactly as it originally placed. Their quality of work far surpassed other companies. They gave me more than I contract for, which I've rarely seen in a contractor. When the job was completed, we went through the rooms to ensure nothing was missed and the quality was there. I will use them again when I have another painting job. Thank you Cisco! read more

We hired Noe and Top Class Painting to paint the entire interior (walls, ceiling, trim in different colors) of our historic home. We had very precise directions with many colors and Noe and his crew followed the paint plan perfectly! Their attention to detail during the prep process was enough to earn them 5 stars. We have a lot of original unpainted wood in the house and the crew made a massive effort to protect those surfaces. We haven't found a single drop of paint out of line! Highly recommend Top Class Painting for any job requiring attention to detail. These guys know what they are doing and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. Noe was fantastic to work with and we're so happy with the results! read more

Noe and his crew were great! He showed up on time for the estimate, gave us a fair price, showed up on time for the job, painting the entry, living room, dining room and stairway in my condo rental. Impeccable work! I will definitely use them again for the condo and for my home! read more

These guys are absolute professionals. They arrive when they say they will and they are not done with a job until it's perfect. They were respectful of our time and our pets and took all the time we needed to be certain of the colors. Some changes were made in the middle of the job without difficulty and they finished on time and on budget. I rarely write reviews but when you find exceptional professionals in the workforce it is worth acknowledging them. do not hesitate to have them do your painting job. They did our entire 4000 square foot house from the outside and inside and it looks perfect. read more

I hired Noe and his team at Top Class Painting to re-paint my kitchen cabinets. Although the quote was higher than I first expected....it was well worth the cost--they do it right. His guys were extremely punctual each day they came to work. They were courteous and very professional. Noe takes pride in his work and it shows. He worked hard to get me the paint color just right for me and the cabinets turned out better than I even expected. If you need cabinets painted, I would definitely recommend giving Noe a call for a quote. You won't be sorry. read more

We purchased a home and needed to have it completely re-painted. Walls, ceilings, trim, cabinets, ALL of it. We couldn't be more impressed and happy with the work of Noe and his team at Top Class Painting. They were able to provide all the services we needed - wallpaper removal, drywall repair, painting, and even an electrician to install recessed lighting. Noe was so easy to work with. He was quick to respond to questions, and kept me updated on the progress. Anytime I stopped by to see how things were going he stopped to show me around and update on their timeframe. Not only was the work impeccable, but they were able to finish almost a week early! One of the reasons I chose Top Class Painting was because Noe has been working with his team for a long time and can trust them to do the work to perfection. I appreciate that he pays his people well for their expertise and he protects them by being fully licensed and covered. We had a wonderful experience working with them and plan to call again for future any projects. I highly recommend you chose Noe and his team, you'll be very glad you did! read more

If I could give Noe, the owner of Top Class Painting, 10 stars, I would. I had orange wood cabinets in the master bath, courtesy of a prior homeowner. Noe, and the people he works with (Panchito, Miguel and Fernando) are phenomenal. The prep was meticulous. The cabinets are now a gorgeous shade of "Iron Ore," and it looks as though I spent significantly more money than I did. Besides the amazing work, everyone is incredibly kind and personable. The pricing is reasonable, particularly given the fact it took three days at the house, and whatever time it took at the shop where the cabinet doors and drawers were painted/refinished. I would encourage anyone who needs any painting, especially cabinets, to use Noe. You will be so happy. When I saw the finished bathroom, I literally cried, it is so beautiful. No stress, no complications. Just a gorgeous bathroom created by people who truly care about their product. read more

Cannot say enough positive things about Noe and his Team in how they prepped, painted and cleaned up after they were done. The house looks great and we have already gotten numerous compliments. I would both use them again and recommend them for people who are looking for a quality job. read more

Top Class Painting was recommended by our contractor during a kitchen remodel. We were so pleased with the quality of work, the attention to detail in preparation, the care given to protecting household items and to their thorough clean up that we have called them back for 3 projects. We know the crew by name and appreciate each of them as they find and improve the appearance of surfaces that need extra attention we did not notice until they completed their work. We know what will be done before the painting starts and the result ALWAYS exceeds our expectations. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Top Class Painting to all our friends. read more

Noe and his crew were excellent! They were on time everyday, quick to get the work done, and cleaned up at the completion of the project. My kitchen cabinets look brand new and the end result is clearly professional grade. Noe also went above and beyond to complete the job. Noe & team just finished repainting our cabinets and did an phenomenal job. They were very thorough, used high quality paint & lacquer, and we're timely to arrive every morning until the job was finished to our satisfaction. We received several bids and while they were on the higher end of the bids, we felt more confident they would do the best work after meeting Noe in person. Now that the project is complete, we feel we definitely made the right choice. For high quality custom work, they are very skilled at their craft. read more

Noe Chavez and his brother did an outstanding job painting our condo. He was on time, did an awesome job of prepping the areas and was so neat and clean in his work. I wish there were more than five stars to give! Noe Chavez and his crew, just finished painting our home in Hollywood Beach. My husband has been a general contractor for 35 years and dealt with many painting contractors, but never have we seen such attention to detail and prep work as we have seen with Top Class Painting. Here at the beach our homes take a beating with the salt air, the wind and the sand. Not to mention the termites! So having your home painted properly will protect your investment for years to come. From their first day on the job, as they went along covering our plants, walks, driveway & brickwork, caulking, sanding, prepping and priming if they found a problem area they pointed it out and then quickly repaired it. People we didn't even know stopped to watch, comment on the great job and ask who was doing our painting. This company has something that you can't easily find today; integrity & dedication. I highly recommend this company. read more
