Their prices were competitive and their scheduling fit well with our plans. As a part of this project, they cleared out a wooded area behind our home and removed items left by some vagrants. Then they revitalized our garden areas by removing some old, tired junipers, and golden cypress. They planted new trees, added a rock border in front of the house and paved the apron next to the house. Everything looks fantastic! We will definitely be using them again in the near future. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for high quality work.

Gerardo showed up, chatted with me about what I wanted, took measurements, and gave me a bid on the spot. I was moving into a house I was rehabbing and needed a portion of this fence done right away because I have a dog and he hustled to not only build the new portion I needed, but went out of his way to do some repairs on the existing fence to keep my dog safe and secure. He and the people working for him showed a lot of attention to detail, checked in with me often about the project to make sure it was coming along and looking as I expected, and every day at the end of the day the work site was clean and organized. First of all, if you are in the field don't respond to the message or hire someone who can do it without getting upset that their customer do not know what they need.

These guys came in and dug out about a foot or more of the bad dirt, installed a drain and erected stone blocks for the raised bed and filled in with good quality soil and mulch. The end result looks awesome and I look forward to spending many nights in the back yard looking at how nice it is. After our initial meeting with Ozzie and Christine, Designer, they knew right from the get-go that our project will need to go through the 3-6 month permitting process with the City of Seattle. They also let us know early on that a structural engineer, geotech, and site surveyor were needed and they would be handling the coordination process. We felt confident in signing the contract after our meeting since they were detailed in explaining the entire process to us from design conception, permitting, to construction.
