My gate is falling apart and I will say this, I shouldn't have had him build it as he had to talk to friends to find out how to do it. And of course now it's all falling apart, was built with the cheapest wood and would have used tiny hinges had I not noticed and went to buy the ones you actual need on a gate. We went with arborist. Deck bid- Building a large floating deck for base of greenhouse. Very high bid for labor, bid was not detailed enough. Didn't break down ttl cost lumber pkg, labor cost was only thing detailed. Got vibe they didn't want to communicate or interested in job. This is incredibly important job to me so went with different company.

I cannot recommend this company based on the really terrible customer service I received. I was…read moregoing to hire them for a stair project and all I needed were the details (how many steps were in the plan + materials) that I could send over to the HOA for approval. They came out, gave me an estimate, and I was ready to move forward with the project, but for some reason, they had a really tough time providing these basic details. I was very patient and understanding, even when I emphasized that we needed the stairs to access our crawlspace for additional house work (mold remediation). Unfortunately, I was met with repeated promises to follow up that never happened, spanning over a week. I get that businesses get busy, but communication and follow-through are a pretty basic part of customer service. I gave them multiple opportunities to simply send over the information I needed. He said his email wasn't working, so I asked if he could just send the info over via text. He said he would and that he just needed to finish something up and then nothing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them. If they are willing to be this unreliable before a project even begins, I can only imagine how difficult it could be once hired. Large landscaping projects require a certain level of trust and reliability and unfortunately, my experience gave me neither.
